Valas holds his tongue but hangs his head a little as Kendes begins the climb. Back home he did not practice the sleep spell to then murder people in their slumber but perhaps it was indeed a necessary evil of sorts, given the circumstances. For as long as the elf had read about dragons and their kin he had never thought about the realities of actually meeting the often evil minded kobolds much less their much larger elders and thus what situations such encounters might force him into.
Evendur and Kosef lead the prisoners out of the camp with no further complications. The prisoners thank them for rescuing them multiple times. The leathery man says, "We can't thank you enough for what you've done. I was sure we'd die here. I hope Chauntea watches over you in that camp." The other prisoners add their own blessings and well-wishes, before drawing their loaned weapons and wandering off into the night.
Kendes and Valas climb the tower and end the lives of the slumbering kobolds. From the 20 foot tall tower they can see the lower area of the camp much better, and even some of the higher area where the humans have their tents. A few humans can be seen wandering around, some of them patrolling the camp, and others just up late at night. A few giant lizards are also visible, standing near a large tent with some humans.
OOC: The kobolds have few hit points and cannot defend themselves, so the throat slitting needs no rolls. I would like stealth rolls though for Kendes and Valas for climbing the tower though.
"Yes, thank you all, your blessings strenghtens my resolve in opposing this Cult of the Dragon. Be careful on your way back to Greenest and may Torm guide you through the night." Evendur answers and explains the way back best he can. He then prepares to help Valas and Kendes should they need any.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Kosef wishes the villagers well, as well. He will watch the tower for Kendes and Valas's descent, if he can see it. Much of him wants to go searching for the monk, but he worries about how loud he can be so he doesn't move. He just watches and tries to be patient : Perception 10
(I had intended to just let Kendes do the throat cutting as Valas waited at the bottom lamenting all of the necessary bloodshed just over the last 24 hours, something he isn't used to.)
OOC: Sorry about late reply. Had a midterm today. If Valas is remaining in the ground, just a stealth roll from Kendes then.
Kosef looks back at the camp. If he looks up at the watchtower, he might be able to see someone creeping up to dispose of a few kobolds. He can also see a little movement in the camp from its occupants.
As Kendes reaches the two slumbering kobolds, he sobers a bit, thinking of Kipio. These kobolds, however, are still beholden to the cult, and he knows that they can be vicious, clever, and backstabbing all at the same time. Saying a short prayer to Helm for the two, he makes quick work of them, and frisks them for their valuables before leaving.
(he'll take only weapons and maybe armor of value, and definitely any slings for the freed prisoners) Investigation: 4
Kendes slips up the tower and quickly deals with the kobolds. He finds a dagger and a sling on each kobold. He also finds 12 bullets in a case. There is nothing else of value in the tower.
Returning to the group, Kendes distributes the weapons he found to the prisoners who seem weaker or less certain of their skill with the other weapons he provided.
"We should go deeper into the camp looking for Master Leosin. Hopefully we won´t need to go into those caves to find him. I think Sir Rudneve and Fesok can join you in your search."
Unless stopped Evendur starts off searching the camp trying to move as to not bump into that patrol seen earlier.
Perception:10 and Deception:22 if needed.
(I suppose we all could be at the guard tower by the entrance, Kendes just having giving the ex-prisoners some more weapons and sent them on their way)

Kosef/Fesok is happy to explore the camp with the others, if that it the plan. He'll rest his great sword over his shoulders and do his best to look intimidating: 24. He will also remain alert, watching to see if they are watched in any unusual ways: Perception 11.
Kendes, Valas, Evendur, and Kosef walk back into the camp. Kosef and Evendur examine their surroundings. The kobolds they do pass ignore them, or slip inside their tents. When they pass the kobold area, they enter the cleaner tents of the human cultists. Most of them are sleeping, but a few are awake. Some patrol the area, but they can be avoided by taking alternate routes among the tents. A large tent is visible after they have worked their way deep into the camp. Many large lizards and guards protect it. A voice can be heard inside the tent, and then someone starts to emerge. The voice is familiar.
(The voice belongs to Langdedrosa Cyanwrath, the half-dragon who fought Kendes)
Hopefully the half-dragon doesn´t recognize Evendur and Kosef but just to be safe Sir Rudneve steers away from Langdedrosa Cyanwrath. Evendur hopes that Kendes is stealthy enough to not be spotted by the half-dragon as he certainly would be recognized being the triton he fought the other night.
Kendes grits his teeth and squashes the rising grimace on his face. Instead, he attempts to fade into the shadows, hoping to remain unseen by his former and current opponent.
Cyanwrath walks past, completely ignoring the group, and missing Kendes, who is well hidden. He heads off towards the eastern cliff. He is carrying a sack and attempting to whistle a song. The way is once again clear for exploration purposes, though a few humans are still wandering around. After the large, guarded tent there is an open area to the south where a figure is easily visible to those with darkvision (and faintly visible to those without). It appears to be tied to a stake.
OOC: Kosef and Kendes would recognize the person when they get closer as Leosin.
"Look Fesok, you rascal, is that the prisoner we are supposed to torture? Let´s take him away where his screams of exterme pain won´t wake up the camp."
Unless a cultist with authority is in sight the wicked Sir Rudneve walks up to the prisoner tied to the stake. He then leans over and whispers. "Do not worry, all is not what it seems, I am in fact Sir Evendur Archebolde, loyal servant of Torm, and these are my brave companions, we are here to rescue you. I think you know some of them." He then tries to untie the prisoner and prepares for a hasty exit if need be.
Kosef also leans toward Leosin, but rather than speaking tries to turn to his face is visible in the moonlight. He wonders for a moment if Leosin has forgotten the fight in the alley. Certainly possible, he thinks, when you've saved as many lives as Leosin has. If possible, he will join Evendur in undoing any knots.

"Where to?" asks Valas as he scans the camp and the caves again from this new perspective near the base of the watch tower.

Valas, potentially with Kendes, tries to sneak around but stay relatively close to Evendur and Kosef during this search of the camp.
Fesok steps away as well, doing his best not to be obviously avoiding anyone, but also not being seen.
