Finally able to see the monster, Belkas cries out, "What in the nine hells is that? Some sort of young mutant dragon? Maybe we should disperse in case it breathes fire or lightning or something. Remember, it killed two giants."
Belkas tries to ensure he is not close to anyone else, ideally behind some sort of cover, and then he releases two more Eldritch Blasts at the creature.
Crowley's voice sounds in Belkas' mind, "I don't seem to be doing much good up here, boss, and honestly, I think this is above my pay grade."
"Come back then. We may need your help moving around the healing potions if things go wrong. Have you ever seen one of these things before?"
--- Eldritch Blast: 1st: To hit 18, damage 13 2nd: To hit 26, damage 10
Enraged by the destruction of the eagles, Siobhan stops the instant she is in range of this monstrosity and strikes with her druidic magic once more. She does not shout but saves her breath to concentrate on transforming her wrath into power.
This time it is not eagles that she conjures, but a flaming sphere half the size of the monster that slams into its side, right where the wing meets the body.
While Vernon tries to catch up with the others, running as fast as his short legs will carry him, the three spell casters continue with their magical assault against the creature. Arisa's guiding bolt slams into its body with a magnificent burst of radiant light, right before Belkas hits it with two more Eldritch Blast, both of which impact the thing's body with powerful arcane force. However, it seems to shrug off Siobhan's flaming sphere with not even the slightest bit of annoyance, as it continues to race towards you.
Crowley answers Belkas as he speeds back on his tiny wings, "No master, I have not had crossed paths with anything of this type. I fear for you, as I am fairly certain that this being is not from your world."
A few brief seconds later, it is upon you. Unfolding its wings and arresting its dive about 10 feet above the ground, it gives you full, close view of its terrifying form. Then, opening its sharp beak, it lets loose with the most horrifying screech you have ever heard in your lives. It fills your ears with a paralyzing dread and it takes every bit of mental fortitude to keep from being completely overwhelmed by the sound. Then it flaps its huge wings once and climbs another 10 feet up into the air, where it holds its position above you.
Need Belkas, Arisa, Siobhan and Zyllith to make a CON saving throw. DC14, or else you are stunned. Vernon hears the screech, but he's still far enough back not to be affected by its full force.
Zyllith nearly passes out from the terrible sound that assaults her ears, unable to focus on anything else. Hopefully the creature will fail to notice her as she remains hidden, clutching her head in pain.
The sound is horrifying but no more so than the shrieks of wildlife in Barovia. Siobhan flinches but manages not to be overwhelmed. Having maintained her focus, she directs her flaming sphere to ram the creature again in the hopes it might succeed on a second try. She also reaches into her magic once again and a splash of green light explodes in a twenty foot cube centered around the flying creature.
If only she were a little more powerful! If only her shapeshifting wasn't spent! Siobhan snarls, wishing for fangs and claws to sink into this abomination.

Vernon slows, tilting his head and using Divine Sense. (Gives him the positions of all celestials, fiends, and undead within 60 ft, or anything affected by the Hallow spell.)
Fortunately, Arisa and Siobhan are able to stand strong and resist the terror of the flying beast's vile shriek. Belkas and Zyllith, however, find themselves completely motionless from the sheer fright and panic, and they are stunned for one full round.
Arisa's Spirit Guardians appear and encircle her in a protective array of fey magic, while Siobhan once again slams her flaming sphere against the beast However, just like last time, it seems to have little effect, even as the fire presses against the creature's feathers and bare, exposed hide on it's limbs and underside. However, it seems unable to resist the Faerie Fire, and you watch as the entire creature is bathed in an aura of translucent green light.
Ignoring the two active spell casters, your watch with horror as beast goes after Belkas, who is, unfortunately unable to properly defend himself. Diving down, it launches a vicious attack on the stunned half elf, ripping into it with its razor sharp talons Attack: 22 Damage: 9 and wicked, pointed beak. Attack: 17 Damage: 18
After its attack, creature launches back into the air, rising up about 20 feet above the injured Belkas. The rest of you are about 20-30 feet away from Belkas, including Vernon, who has now caught up with the rest of the group. (After the creature attacks, Belkas and Zyllith are no longer stunned, so everyone can go.)
Vernon
Your Divine Sense points directly at the flying beast, whose very presence briefly fills your entire being with a putrid odor and a cold shiver that travels down your spine, indicating that this is indeed some kind of fiend from the lower planes.
When her senses finally return to her, Zyllith will leap out of her hiding spot and run past the creature as she tosses a dagger at the fiend before trying to run into another hiding spot if possible.
Dagger throw: 19+8 = 27 Damage: 7+10 = 17
She will use her movement to try to reach another place within her 30ft. range to get behind cover and Hide as a bonus action.
Arisa uses [Tooltip Not Found] (bonus action) with a ghostly quarterstaff appearing and attacking the beast
19 to hit, [roll]1d8+4[roll]force damage if hits
she then casts Sacred flame for DC15 dex or 14 radiant damage. She moves herself and the cloud of angelic fey around her closer to Belkas, Hoping to provide some protection.
Finally realizing this creature has some sort of immunity or resistance to fire, Siobhan releases her focus on the flaming sphere. Instead, she directs her power towards Belkas and sings out "Let nature heal" as with another shimmer of light the translucent shape of a stag appears by Belkas. The stag bends his head to brush against the warlock. (1 points from Healing Spirit). Siobhan also switches to her sling and flings a stone at the monstrosity. She doesn't expect to cause much damage but perhaps she will be lucky and strike an eye.
The pain recedes, and Belkas feels the terrible gashes in his flesh knit together as Vernon and Siobhan's magic wash over him. "Thank you. I seem to have gotten distracted by the giant chicken's lovely singing. I will endeavor to pay more attention to what I am doing in the future." And with that, Belkas shoots off two more Eldritch Blasts at the creature.
(Ohh crit- so here’s another 19 damage. Radiant. (This was a second level slot)
Vernon keeps running, trying to get to the front.
