Slither doesn't like the idea of breaking this glass, and he's thinking back to Acererak's warning, specifically at this point "dawn the mask or be seen" he's scribbling in his book trying to figure out if we missed something.
As you peer into the window, you see the two large statues of bears gripping five foot wide bronze disks embossed with a dozen glaring eyes. Six desiccated corpses slump on thrones in niches along the walls. Each corpse wears a black mask made of papier-mache and feathers.
When you look at the disks, the eyes on the disks are moving randomly, as if scanning for intruders.
And, as mentioned earlier, there is a large sarcophagus in the center. There is also a large pile of bones laying in a dusty pile. The bones are enormous, as if this creature was very large.
"I could try to Step into the room. Typically, if I can see it, I can reach it. However, I don't like those eyes. If I'm seen, I may be trapped." Shariel doesn't like her odds, but short of trying another location, she is dry up on ideas.

A grand chamber opens ahead, fifty feet across and plunging down into darkness below. A stone balcony winds around the walls to connect four archways. Other balcony levels are visible below, with corridors radiating off in all directions. To the north, a stone staircase descends to the lower levels.
If you look at the player map, the grand staircase has the steps going down, and if you follow the edge of the staircase, you can go to the room towards the east. There is also the path north, and the path that lead north then sharply west.
This staircase appears to connect the other levels of the Tomb. You see a hunched figure glaring up at you, Clayton, as you look around. The figure glares at you from the balcony below, wearing a mask that is a replica of the devil face at the tomb entrance. Without saying a word, the figure steps out of sight.
Bree happily takes Mal's hand, looking around curiously at the sights. At the green window, she peers in with the rest, but agrees that breaking it seems like a poor choice.
On the way back to the west, she drops a Fire Bolt into the mouth of the mask at the T intersection, but from ten feet back.
If nothing happens, she continues with the rest to the west and the grand staircase. "Where do you run to, masked man!" she yells at the guy as he walks off. If people look at her funny, she says, "The worst way to approach a dungeon full of traps is to go and do what they expect. We must make them react to us, not the other way around."
Finally, if she's not managed to scare up something interesting, she'll suggest that we all go north and left.

ey/em/eirs, or they/them works, too (just not he). Role-playing since that keep on those borderlands. I love it so.
Shariel will hop the railing (hoping for Acrobatics check to succeed woth no damage) or teleport down, whichever is more feasible.

Role-playing since that keep on those borderlands. I love it so.
Instead of taking the stairs, Clayton will hop over the railing and Levitate down to the point where he floats a few inches off the lower floor.
