OOC > Whoa you guys! Rompin' stompin' tomb raiders!
Bree
She watches perplexed and amused, both, as her friends make short work of the dreaded tomb. She waits at the doorway, ready to assist Slither however he needs assisting. Of course, he's invisible, so... :)

ey/em/eirs, or they/them works, too (just not he). Role-playing since that keep on those borderlands. I love it so.
(Did Shariel's sword break? At least I have another plus Yasei's)

"Nope."Mal grabs his sister and begins for the exit.(If there is one. I remember reading that something closed and I hope to goodness it was not the exit.)
She growls a little as Mal 'guides' her to the exit. "Stop it." Then she turns, "Shariel's right, everyone out! Bring the staff, Slither, let's go!" assuming she sees the staff rise disembodied from the sarcophagus.

Clayton, the skull in the box doesn't want to move. It's like it's magically stuck. Once you are all out of the room, the insects completely fill the room - but don't leave through the skull trap you used to enter the room.
From this point on, should you chose to stay on level 1, you can head north, or northeast to two other rooms. Or head west to the room that had the glass door. Look at the map if you forgot where what is what.
ROOM #3 of 10, LEVEL 1, ROTTEN HALLS: THE BLADE TUNNEL
Carved birds soar across the walls of this corridor. Blocking the passage near its northern end is a large adamantine propeller with five sharp blade. As you guys walk along the corridor, you hear a CLICK and the blades start to spin extremely fast.
- DC15 WIS check to discern what's going on. - You can leap past the blades with a DC20 DEX (Acrobatics) check. - No, you cannot levitate or crawl "over" the blades.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
“If I’ve learned anything from this dungeon, it’s that firepower trumps brainpower.” Clayton stows his hammer and manifests two pistols. “Let’s see how you take these bad boys!” Two Eldritch Blasts: Attack: 16 Damage: 7 force damage and Attack: 27 Damage: 8 force damage. Any effect?
OOC: Woo! If Shagambi didn’t make me so good at swinging things, I would use these more often!
Seeing that it worked, Clayton will fire another volley! Attack: 11 Damage: 4 force damage and Attack: 29 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll. force damage.
To save time, if it survives and he’s allowed to take a third volley, while not be killed in a gruesome manner, then he will do so, Attack: 27 Damage: 10 force damage and Attack: 16 Damage: 3 force damage.
Slither will lift the lid and peer inside.
Inside the sarcophagus are the large bones of a serpent and faded cloth. This must be Moa.
A Staff of the Python is lying inside the sarcophagus as well.
Clayton approaches the skull box. Cautiously.

Nope
Slither man communes with Moa "We'll bring this with us, yes?" Slither takes the staff from the sarcophagus.
Countless bugs begin to emerge from the holes in the walls. You can tell that if you wait long enough, you will "drown" in insects.
Slither holds a thunder wave spell handy and looks to see what Clayton is doing. (Still invisible btw)

Clayton backs up, heads toward the exit. Naaaaah. Can Mage Hand grab the skull?

Yup, your hits damage the blades, but not enough to stop them.
