@Syd, to be clear, the rolls are 2 atra KS per standard Iron Lion envoy. No AD, no save vs prone required: shield bashes were misses.

It seems like a swimming character attacking someone on the surface of the water ought to have some sort of disadvantage. Are they ranged attacks? If melee, it seems unlikely that 6 different mobs could manage to surround him like that...)
64 damage to Tabaqui, using his Uncanny dodge on the critical hit, rendering him unconscious. Does the ring of water walking still work when he is unconscious or does he sink and drown? Is he now surrounded by swimming Iron Lions? Do they have to save vs rust?
Depending on who is worse hurt Walks will go towards Angus or Tabaqui.
Then cast Cure Wounds lvl 2 for 21
Those guys were last seen inside the keep, Walks is currently swimming in the open part of the lake, outside the castle wall, moving 1ft for every 2. I don't think she can make range 'Touch' unless something moves one or more of these three characters closer to another before that time. Do you wish to modify?

I apologize... describing actions may not be my forte. Forgive my limited Paint 3D skills, and I will post what I had intended. Beginning at the origin of the red arrow, Tabaqui runs around the corner of the building, fires at the mage, dashes back (green arrow) around the corner of the building, and there hides, all the while remaining on the water's surface.

You are absolutely right. Originally, I had thought I could use half movement to step out from behind the wall, then shoot, then the rest of the movement to go back to origin, then hide. But since I need to use the bonus action to dodge, i will forego the hiding.

He's 10ft above the floor, so 1d6 to drp straight down, none if he swings himself to the center. The BBEG jumped down to the flooding 2nd floor and rode off on a wurm, now on the open lake. Angus can climb up to the third floor. No PC has been there yet. The THIRD floor still has a few Banner of Blades mercenaries and the flooding 2nd floor has 6 iron lion mercenaries and 2 water elementals.

Stealth isn't really an option, man e fog of war, so letting the army of defenders and high level wizard guard a sealed tower from you seemed really limiting. I'm trying to encourage the option of ranged combat, but if you want to roll with DA on any target inside, I guess that would add to the realism. the module actually doesn't say too much about windows, but it paints a picture of the attitude Tyreus had when building it. He's very self assured and openly invites, well, tou.you.. heroes trying to stop him from world domination, to show themselves and be rid kf the nuisance they present rather than hunting them down and engaging in endless skirmishes. He wants you all dead and he's hires these mercenaries to help out. Still, you'd think maybe he'd worey about a missile or something catching him anawares here in his bedroom and sanctum... anyhow- yes, you csn target him through the window, unless I have to peel the tower apart in four straps, furthering the similarity to a peeled banana, (especially with the wurm emerging from the center,) in the name of verisimilitude.

The bowmen both decide at the last second thst they cannot make a clean shot at the embattled paladin and instead aim out on the water, hoping to hit anyone who's still within range.
