Grugga is struck by the first of the sewerfolk's blows, but quickly falls into a fighting posture and parries the second blow. His wound is barely more than superficial right now, but it'll smart in the morning.
"Damn it!" He bellows. "Damn fools! Don't you want to live?" Scrunching up his face, he knows that this is a fight for life or death. Thinking of his friends behind him and how they rely on him for a clear path forward, he brings his sword down in a flurry of blows designed to kill. He aims first at the transformed wererat; if it dies he aims at the sewerfolk above him.

If the wererat dies, he will move to flank the sewerfolk with Rohuzar

Grugga'sblade leaves the human-looking werewat nearly gutted, but somehow still alive. He looks as though a strong wind would finish him off at this point.
Down the other end of the hall, Aubrey'seldritch blast kills the wererat in front of the door, while his invisible shove pushes the transformed wererat back to the very edge of the inky blackness. He curls his tail around him to keep it from falling in. From within that darkness, a final, choking scream is heard.
