The old man clambers on only with great difficulty, his swim not having improved his condition. Nor is he too familiar with the group just yet to realize some people may be missing... Still, if he does at least notice Stena, or Jimjar presiding over her, he quickly slumps over, trying to hold over the worst of the bleeding while leaving the main job to Jimjar with a nod.
The old feller was perhaps a bit startled at the fishy hands grabbing him, but he soon feels the boat under his hands and manages to clamber aboard. Feeling about in the dark, he locates the downed Stena, and feels for injuries, but isn't able to find any wounds. If his own trials and tribulations with the thing on his head was any indication, it may be more of a crushing suffocating type trauma, but he nods his willingness to help to anyone who can see him.

Neth fights down the dread that's creeping over him, momentarily forgetting that he's able to breathe underwater before calming himself enough to keep looking.
((I figured Neth was still looking, so this was for the current turn. As soon as Galingal goes, it'll be top of the round again, so Neth can keep looking. Should we exit turn order before then, the 12 will suffice, will just take him a while.))

Is Stena unconscious still in the water? If she is, Galingal will get to her, use Spare the Dying and make his way back to the boat, climbing on if he still has movement.
She's unconscious in the boat. Lia brought her back up, Jimjar tried to shove her over, but she fought him off just in time for the darkmantle to choke her out a second time. Galingal was right there, having tried to inflict on the darkmantle, so it is easy for him to climb aboard and keep her from slipping into death.
The boat continues drifting with the current, as the remaining spheres of darkness either fly away or slowly make their way through the water to the walls of the tunnel and begin crawling their way up to the ceiling.
Jimjar calls to Plibble to help with an oar as they try to fend off any rocks the boat is approaching.
Jimjar and Plibble on oars: 13
It's still dark on the boat, and FOG can mostly just see Lia's softly glowing form.
@Neth
Down below, you finally find what you were searching for, and as your hand closes on the dagger, you feel the panic drain away. The darkmantles may have caught you unaware without Enaghu, but it all turned out fine!
Upon surfacing, Neth sees that the boat has drifted a few dozen feet further down the tunnel. The first thing he'd also see would be Lia's glowing wings sprouting from her back and her glowing eyes. They begin to fade before vanishing as he reaches the boat.
The absence of Ranador and Buppido gradually becomes apparent to everyone but FOG (and Stena) in the aftermath of the darkmantle attack as you take stock of your surroundings.

FOG is sadly not aware yet of the missing friends, although visibly shook by what just happened none the less. He does find his memory refreshed of one thing at least however, and now takes proper note of the water in the boat, and the leak...
And in the next few moments, that water reassembles itself, forming a structure of simple spheres, yet intricate. Is... That a solar system..?
Whatever it is, he tosses the structure over the boat with another flick of his wrist, then repeats it to empty the boat. A different flick would eventually seek to freeze some of the water around the leak, hopefully plugging it by doing that...
(Trying not to move too fast, DM decides how long that takes with up to 5 cubic feet each two turns.)
Galingal catches his breath before looking around the boat to take in their situation.
Once he sees there's no more imminent threats, he reaches over and touches Stena's shoulder and says "Hoitaa haavat." Silvery lines of energy form around the raven on his cheek and race down his arm and into Stena's. He then does the same thing to him self.
Casts Cure Wounds on Stena, curing 12 HP and then on himself for 8 HP.
Once he's not ready to die from a slip on the deck, he gets up and begins polling along with the Jimjar.
He notices the absence of Ranador and Buppido, but decides it's a good trade and doesn't bother bringing it up.
As Galingal takes the pole, Jimjar will return to the rudder and help to steer. He's a bit wide eyed at the moment, but doesn't offer further commentary. FOG is gradually showing his value by bailing out the boat.

Neth, relieved and suddenly wandering why he ever felt panicked in the first places, catches up to the boat. He climbs aboard and happily begins to help clean off the deck.
((Does neth have the necessary reagents to summon his familiar or should he look for them in the boat?))
She blinks up at Galingal then feels where the thing had her. She surveys those she can see while she is still sitting before levering herself up.
Moving forward unsteadily she nods to Galingal and notes Jimjar alone at the helm. Turning she moves and pokes her head inside the cabin, ignoring FOG, Neth and the KT.
"Ranador?"
She turns and walks quickly around the boat before addressing Jimjar,
"Where are they? How long was I unconscious? Did the darkmantles get Ranador and Buppido?"
Galingal looks over to Stena, and even if she's speaking undercommon, he can pick out the names of Ranador and Buppido.
"There was no sign of them," Galingal says. "Think Buppido talk Ranador into running off in the attack. Don't think big bats strong enough to carry them off."
"I... I don't know. You weren't out long, I don't think... There might have been a splash, but when I fought free and the darkness cleared, they were gone. I.... I've been keeping an eye out.",Jimjar nods grimly to the water filled tunnel the boat passes through. It takes a moment to realize the deep gnome made no offer to gamble on the outcome of the two missing crew.\
Jimjar grimaces at Galingal's suggestion. "I don't like the thought of that. Buppido's been... useful, but not what I'd call a good father figure."
FOG is still in the midst of clearing up the boat, but even he hears this, letting out a slow. "Oh. Oh dear..." as he learns of two people apparently missing. He briefly steps to the boat's edge, as if wanting to look out for a sign of the missing people- But quickly realizes how futile that would be, especially with how he can barely see anything, that little shell of his the only thing helping him in this moment. A glance over, lips opening as if he's about to say something, but nothing comes out. Even in this brainfog, he at least seems aware there are no words to be shared in a moment like this. He just silently turns to the ones with the paddles- If necessary, some more waterbending of his could help redirect the current at least a bit...
(So is the boat clear now?)
((Yes, and the fish-man has brought you over to it.))

Galingal nods agreement with Jimjar.
"Swords are useful but can still kill you," Galingal suggests.
Unless Stena or someone else makes the boat stop, Galingal will keep polling along, looking for somewhere they can hole up and get some rest.

Stena turns away from Jimjar and looks up and down the tunnel, fully ignoring Galingal.
"That sneaky rat wouldn't have jumped off to drown. Where did he go? This is his secret route, there must be another way."
She opens her mouth to shout but, pauses and slowly shuts it.
"They didn't fly. Where is the Kau-tao?"
She turns to find him,
"Ye were in the water, did ye see the Drow boy and the derro?"
