((OOC: is Ront at zero hp?! Or just slumped?! I guess we don’t know? Eek!))
((Based on Lia’s last turn, I think she can maybe see one of the Quaggoth if she goes back where she was between Sarith and Thom? Is she within 60ft??))
Lia moves back up behind/between Sarith and Thom calling out to the first quaggoth she can see, “You fool! You have no hope against Lex!…”, casting vicious mockery at it ((WIS save (DC13) or take 3 (psychic damage) and have disadvantage on it’s next attack)).
Seeing three of the beasts emerge, meant her heart may not have been quite behind that one! But at least it might be enough to distract it from its next attack?!
Lia moves back (5ft), to where she was before.
Seeing the spider take down Ront shook Lia. And she ‘thinks’ desperately to Galingal and Io (or at least in their general directions), <Galingal!… Io!… I think we need you!>.
Lex tugs her sword from the fallen drow and hefts it up for another strike....
But then she takes a moment to look around and realizes the odds of the situation. Three beasts in front of her and who knows how many more in the cage behind them, the giant spider that felled Ront at the edge of her vision, the bleeding wounds on her arms, the crossbow bolt sticking out of Stool... Some help might be useful.
<I'm bringing the party to you...> She mutters telepathically to whoever is close enough, then turns on her heel and breaks into a sprint back towards the bridge.
((Action: Disengage. Movement: Up to 30ft towards the bridge, but not pushing past any of her allies))
Galingal, caught halfway in to getting the armor on, listens to Lia and hears something about a party from Lex.
<Don't get stuck in a fight.> Galingal thinks to whoever is in range. <Fall back to the guardpost. They can probably only come at you one at a time that way.>
@Spider
Any thoughts on how many more rounds Galingal will need in the dressing room?
((Would Stena know if Ront is dead or just paralyzed from the poison? She certainly wouldn't bother to check him.))
Stena moves onto the bridge since it doesn't appear she'll be able to get any closer to the guard house with it full of her allies and will target the injured spider.

Thom shouts to the prince:
"Prince! Do us a favor and watch that other door, yeah?!"
And then Thom refocuses to the action. He sees Ront go down and Lex in a really bad spot.
Thom takes out another arrow in the heat of the action and looses it at the giant spider that is in the faerie fire, trying to kill it so it doesn't attack Lex.

Thom and Stena take shots at the spider, both hitting.
Jimjar backs up a bit and holds crossbow ready for when the quaggoth present a better target.
The spider scuttles to the underside of the web, you can still see the glow of it, but would have to shoot through the sheet of web to be able to hit it, and the webbing's fairly thick.
The lead quaggoth stalks up the stairs towards Lex, moving warily (Dodging), but intently. Jimjar takes a shot, burying a bolt in its shoulder. The other two aren't far behind, but pause to check the vitals of the downed drow and Ront.

Lia moves back to her ‘peeking out spot’ between Sarith and Thom, and is relieved to at least see one spider seemingly gone, and Lex retreating to a slightly safer position. It’s not long after that though, that the quaggoths start stalking this way too, and sniffing around the fallen…
This time, Lia heckles thequaggoth nearest Lex, calling out, “It’s over Quaggoth!.. We have the higher ground!…”,
((Cast a spell action (vicious mockery): WIS save (DC13) or take 4 (psychic damage) and have disadvantage on next attack)).
Once again, she ducks back 5ft, and this time she both thinks and says, “Galingal! Forget the armour, we need you now!… Io?! Where are you?….”.
Galingal hears Lia's call for help in his thoughts. She has reached out and offered aid so far and he knows he will need allies to get out of this prison but how many of them does he really need, he thinks to himself. If the orc goes down now in fighting that will save having to kill him later.
He contemplates climbing down, only partially garbed in the studded leather armor, but as he steps towards the hatch, he finds even his balance is hampered by the armor. He needs to either take it off or put it on. In between will not work. He continues putting it on.
<Almost done.> Galingal thinks to Lia. <I will be of more help with armor on.>
He thinks for a moment, trying to make sense of the chaotic thoughts of the others to piece together what is happening outside the guard post.

Lex steps up to intercept the first quaggoth, shaking her head a little and reupping her focus. She hefts the greatsword and makes a sweeping horizontal strike, then angles her body so it'll hopefully have a hard time hitting Stool.
((Bonus action: Rage again, since not attacking last round would have dropped it.))

Attack: 16 Damage: 5
Quaggoth Wis Save: 17
Lex falls back 5 ft.
((Unless you're not counting Ront as an ally, in which case you'd fall back to 25ft to the top of the stairs where Jimjar is.))
@Galingal
It's been 2 or 3 rounds since this started? So another 7-8 rounds?
Turvy doesn't have a clear shot at the quaggoth, so shoots at the spider that dropped Ront.
Attack: 12 Damage: 3
As Lex was falling back, Stool tries to contribute, a tendril taking a pop at the quaggoth.
Attack: 21 Damage: 10
<Take that!>

Stena looks up the bridge to the guard room and mind says with more than a hint or irritation,
<What are we planning here? This isn't sustainable, clogged on the bridge while they kill us one at a time.>
She fires off another shot at the lead quaggy.

<So much violence.> moans Shuushar.
<If you retreat to the slave pen and lock the door, they can't get in... until they go grab a key from one of the drow...>, Eldeth adds.
