Thom says to them both "Mates, Sarith is in this boat and he doesn't look good."

Thom waits to see what happens next with Lia and Jimjar along with continuing to watch the chaos on shore with concern. He would also grab all of his gear including the dagger that he grabbed after the KT threw it down into the boat. 

Is it just a regular dagger?

"I've got Big D here with me," he says, jerking a fishy thumb over his shoulder at Derendil.

"Haven't seen any of the others... you think the KT left their- them behind?", he asks worriedly.

((It's a moderately crappy dagger.))

((Does Lia find her gear or does she need to make a roll? She’s crouching lie and looking in her boat for her gear)).

((It's all piled in your boat, at one end or the other. It looks like you were all hastily tossed in the middle, gear tossed by the paddlers, then they took off.))

If she can, Lia will gather her things, while crouched low.

She will try and use prestidigitation to hastily clean and dry her Lyre.

And she will then turn back to Jimjar-fish, Thom, and the unconscious party members to try and rouse them.

She would try and wake them, shaking them a little or with a gentle couple of slaps on the cheeks.

She says, “We have to get them out of here!… Wake up! Wake up!…”.

Thom responds to Jimjar "Beats the heck out of me, yeah? I thought I was done for when I came to in this here boat."

Thom sees Derendil and says "My prince! Glad to see you're alive, yeah?"

He says to everyone with a worried look "Any sign of Galingal and Stena?"

Thom says to Lia "Ma'am, I think Sarith's going to need more than that. He might be... dead, yeah?" (Thom has no idea of course, he just thinks this based on his previous rolls.)

Thom is also staying crouched, and he arms himself with his bow. He says "What do we do now?!"

He is scanning the shore for a location perhaps to take cover if the KT's aren't noticing them in this moment. Perception 11

Some of them seem aware of being slapped, but it's not enough to rouse them from their unconscious state.

Derendil unfortunately misses out on Thom's joyful greeting, as he's out.

"I've only seen you...", Jimjar waves a hand and the boats the three of you are in, but looks around. "I think there's another boat that way!"

He points into the dark, but if there's a boat there, it's beyond your vision.

Thom surveys the battle some distance from them on the shore, and it seems to have turned, what remains of your captors are fleeing back to the water!

Lia tries to do a quick mental headcount…

Topsy and Turvy are still gone.

She doesn’t see Stena or Galingal anywhere.

Lex, Stool, Jimjar, Thom, Derendil… check…

”Who’s missing?…”, she whispers, still crouched, still slightly dazed.

She peers out, up onto shore. Is there still a small army of fishfolk gunning for the boats?

((Shuushar, Eldeth, Stena, Galingal and Buppido are unaccounted for.))

There are two, injured looking fishfolk who seem to be fleeing back to the boats, with the fishfolk who attacked them not far behind. All told, you see about a half dozen of the opposing force.

Lia looks at Thom while pulling out her bow and nocking an arrow. She whispers “Do we take them ALL out now??… Jimjar, do you have a bow?…”.

She’s peeking over the edge of the boat hoping for some cover, and she’s ready to fire if Thom is keen…

((Captors closing on the boats, 20-30 ft away, pursuers are another 20-30 past that.))

drat Thom mumbles to himself realizing that the prince is out. He wonders if Jimjar heard him trying to talk to the unconscious prince. He hopes not. 

Thom sees the injured fishfolk heading towards the boats as well as the other fishfolk who seem to be chasing them. 

He looks at Jimjar to see if he has a bow. "Let's all shoot at once, yeah?"

He responds to Lia with a whisper and a nod "yeah mate. Let's take 'em all now. This might be our only chance, yeah? On three..."

Thom would give Jimjar a crossbow and a few bolts from his backpack IF he needs one. 

"One..... Two.... THREE!"

Thom is ready to fire. Do any of the fish folk see us? Can the first attacks have advantage due to surprise? 

((Hard to say if they've taken notice, they are looking back and forth between the shore and the ones chasing after them. I'll say you can either make a Stealth or Performance (eg, play 'dead'), and if you do well enough, you can make your first attack as 'unseen', so have advantage on it.))

One of the KT cries in dismay as Lia's arrow drops his companion.

Thom lays low and them tries to pop up quietly to take the shot (he will take two shots, using an action surge) stealth 24

Adding advantage to both shots and you can do with it as you see fit! Thom shifts his aim to another KT should he kill his first one.

Longbow 1: 26 Damage: 10

Longbow 2: 26 Damage: 16

Thom pops up and drops the second KT with his first arrow and draws down on their pursuers with his second.

To confirm, there are roughly 6 of the pursuers? Anyone else around other than them and our 3 boats? And the pursuers, they are also KT?

In Thom's mind right now, Lia's words of "do we take them ALL out now" means take them ALL out, now. 

Thom would want to confirm those items above though, but yeah his intention was to shoot ALL of them. 

What's Jimjar doing?

Jimjar has a hand crossbow at the ready.

((There are 6 that were in hot pursuit, though they are are pulling up a bit as the other two go down. Right now it's the three of you, your boats, and the 6 KTs that attacked those who had captured you. Jimjar's looking at you... ;P ))
