With his axe held high, Gunnar goes for a reckless cleaving attack, attempting to behead both Lizardfolk 1 and 4 in one fell swoop.
(Represented by two separate attacks, naturally.)
Gunnar
Move: E5
Attack 1: (Reckless! Lizardfolk 1) 23 to hit, 10 Damage
Attack 2: (Reckless! Lizardfolk 2) 23 to hit, 6 Damage
Reaction: Protection, first attack against ally within 5' made at disadvantage.
Daventry charges in after, following Gunnar's staggering blow against Lizardfolk 1 with a pair of thrusts of her rapier.
Daventry
Move: F5
Attack 1: (Lizardfolk 1) 20 to hit, 12 Damage
Attack 2: (Lizardfolk 1) 23 to hit, 13 Damage
Reaction: Sentinel
(if Lizardfolk 1 dies, Daventry will move to E6 then D5 to put herself in the best position for Sentinel attacks, taking her second attack against Lizardfolk 4)
Maxx charges into the battle, though pulls up a little short of where Gunnar charges. (move to H5). She tries shouting out at the nearest lizard creature (Lizardfolk 1), "Your foolishness brings your doom! Come die with us!" (Vicious Mockery: WIS Save DC 15 or take 1 phychic damage and disadvantage on next attack roll)
She then makes a gesture at the other lizard creature (Lizardfolk 4) trying to distract him. (Distract ability: CHA Save DC 13 or have disadvantage on next attack roll)
Triäsa stays back where she is at, taking a shot at Lizardfolk 2 using her Force Bolt. (Spell Attack: Attack: 19 Damage: 217)
She also sings encouragement to Daventry. (Bardic Inspiration: add d8 to one ability check, attack roll, or saving throw)
The Lizard 4 is unimpressed by Maxx and retort's, "You are the only one who will die here devil." However lizard 1 has it's confidence shaken and you can see it is not so sure.
Lizardfolk 1 attacks Daventry as she appears to be a less intimidating target than Gunnar.
@Daventry
Attack 1: 23 Damage: 6 DC Con Save on hit or 7 poison, half damage on success
Attack 2: 13 Damage: 7 DC Con Save on hit or 14 poison, half damage on success
Dandelion shakes her head at the chaos and has an obvious look of cat disdain for the situation as she pounces to I2. She stops concentrating on Pass Without a Trace figuring the need for stealth is gone. Instead she turns her attention to Lizardfolk 1, 4 and 2. Her eyes and amulet glow deep purple as she casts Bane (DC13).
Charisma Save 1: 14
Charisma Save 4: 15
Charisma Save 2: 9
For ease I am going to roll a d4 here and that is what we will subtract for all Bane effects.
Bane 4
Lizardfolk 3 grabs an orange flask, slides up to D1 and lobs the flask at Triäsa
Thankfully, Maxx's words distracted the lizard enough to prevent a devastating attack on Daventry. Only Lizard 2 is affected by Bane but the magic is strong nearly crippling it's abilities. Just as Dandelion's magic takes hold the thrown flask erupts in sticky fire burning the young bard.
Halfling Heroes are up! Pardot and Shorty!

I screwed up the map and read a post wrong. Tri stayed back and Maxx moved up so the fire is on Maxx not Tri! I will fix positions in the next update. To get LOS for Force Bold Tri does need to move into the hallway where the Troll was at least, maybe like J3 or something
Daventry takes the glancing blow from the first attack, gritting her teeth as she feels the bite of poison, and counterattacks Lizardfolk 1's second attack, hoping to riposte a lethal hit.
Shorty moves up just enough to get within range of his sling, and shoots off two stones towards #2
Attack: 23 Damage: 8 Attack: 14 Damage: 4
Pardot, in an attempt to confound their captors, slams his staff towards the ground and conjures eight giant poisonous snakes, which seem to slither up through cracks in the ground and surround the snake guards, two each, biting at their knees.
technically the spell says that the DM selects the creature, if you want, you can change it, but snakes just seemed fitting here, so I went with it. Also, thank the gods for copy/paste otherwise attacking with all of them would be damned annoying...
Attack: 26 Damage: 11 dc11 con save or 11 poison on hit, half on a success
Attack: 19 Damage: 8 dc11 con save or 11 poison on hit, half on a success
Attack: 17 Damage: 5 dc11 con save or 11 poison on hit, half on a success

Attack: 26 Damage: 8 dc11 con save or 8 poison on hit, half on a success
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(I am happy to let you choose your animal when you cast the spell or we can create a little table and roll for it. Either way. Just like Tri Pardot will need to move up into the hallway to conjure and know to attack all four lizardmen. Shorty will go to K3 to get within range and not have disadvantage)
Daventry's counterstrike slips wide of it's target.
In a fit of rage and halfling vengeance Shorty's stones fly through the sky the first stone is perfectly timed and flies into the lizard's mouth, momentarily getting lodged in it's wind pipe before it coughs it free. The second stone just misses it's target.
Out of no where more snakes appear in the room and bite at their brethren in unexpected fury. (I am not sure how the rest of you would react to snakes materializing out of nowhere in this room)
The bites along the ankles of the lizardmen draw dark black blood but the poison does not seem to bother creatures at all. (The lizardfolk are immune to poison damage) Snakes 1,2, 4, 7 and 8 sink their fangs deep into the scales of the lizardmen
Lizardman 2 slithers forward to G3 and hisses, "You dare turn our children against us!" It pulls two daggers from his belt licking the blades and throwing the at Pardot.
@Pardot
Attack 1: 19Damage: 10 DC 13 Con Save on hit or 9 poison, half damage on success
Attack 2: 16Damage: 5 DC 13 Con Save on hit or 6 poison, half damage on success
Lizardfolk 2 seems equally annoyed with Pardot's insult and moves into range and thows two more daggers at the halfling.

Cathbad draws his scimitar and moves up alongside Maxx (H4) and takes a swipe at the lizardfolk attacking her (lizardfolk 2) Scimitar: 5 Slashing: 6
Meanwhile Ludolf hurries up alongside Triäsa (J4) using the eldritch powers of his mind to drive a spike of psychic energy into the mind of the lizardfolk (lizardfolk 3), then using his mind over matter to push him back, hopefully allowing Dandelion to retreat out of the room.

Maxx deftly stabs lizardfolk 2 in the stomach and the black blood runs over the shaft of the rapier as the alchemists' fire continues to burn her flesh. (I adjusted the damage as she is resistant to fire damage being a tiefling.) The fire continues to burn and she will take 4 fire damage next turn if the flames are allowed to continue. Lizard 1 is able to fight off the effects of the poison mist, but you get the impression if was not too worried about the effect of the poison as it surrounded them. (They are immune to poison).
Cathbad's strike misses; banging harmless against the wall.
Lizardfolk 3 is able to resist Ludolf's assault but it is still thrown backwards 5feet to F3. Dandelion hisses as the creature moves away.
