You are able to see Vorpip training the Raptors through the back window. As you leave to find him you hear Tarvyn tell you that he plans on trying the tracks again tomorrow. You can hear Vorpip calling out commands to the beasts as you approach...
Gwyth: Try rolling a Religion on the totems :)

Shaede approaches the maid and strikes up a conversation. "Hello, Allorah. I see that you are the woman behind this manor that keeps things neat and tidy. I want to let you know that my room was immaculate, and I appreciate having a nice, warm bed to lay my head. Have you been employed long with Tarvyn? It seems very quiet here."
You know that the symbol on the bottom of the figurines is the symbol of Tymora goddess of Fortune. You aren't sure whether or not the figurines themselves have any significance, but you get the impression that they are not a traditional form of worship.
Shaede
Allorah looks at you in silence for a moment before answering, "thank you for the kind words, I do put a great deal of effort into the upkeep of this manor. You should have seen it when we first got here... It was an old farm house, some ancestral lot. Tarvyn and I got here and started building this place from the ground up. We brought on the rest as we needed them. Regald and Charmaine first, Vorpip and Dil'gug later." She looks out the window and takes a deep breath "it really is peaceful here, isn't it?" She looks back and smiles, as if looking at the land beyond the walls has revitalized her soul.
"Oh so, you are one of the original workers and came with Tarvyn. You must have known him for awhile. Where did you learn your trade, if I may ask? And yes, it is extremely peaceful here, but when we were shipwrecked a few days ago, we were set upon by some very strange creatures. Luckily for us, Tarvyn was close by to save us from their jaws. Have you seen anything out of the ordinary with Tarvyn's creations, lately?"
"Ahem. Sorry to interrupt the conversation," Gwythian says after vocalising some kind of epiphany with a dry cough.
"You say these totems had a coin at their base Shaede? They sound to me like they are relics to the goddess Tymora. Generally associated with good look and fortune. Do you think they might have some significance?"

"A fine bunch of detectives we are!" Brom lets out a hearty laugh.
"Ok let us go talk to the carpenter first. Then we will go speak to the beastmaster. Now thinking about it, it is probably better to speak to the beastmaster inside the manor when he is not handling the raptors."
"Ok, off to the carpenters workshop we go"
Brom, Jarmon, Gwythian head off to speak to the carpenter. Shaede continues speaking to the lady and follows shortly after.
OOC: Ok... 1. Speak to carpenter. 2. Speak to the beastmaster. 3. Speak to the orc who handles security. 4. Shaede already spoke to the Royal maiden. Sound good? Jarmon should do the talking as he rolled high perception and persuasion. Gwynthian should look around the shop for any clues as he rolled high investigation.
“I will take a look around the carpenter’s shop for any clues.” Says Gwythian while they are en route.

"Tarvyn loves those things... He thinks that once the world see's what amazing creatures we have here, they will love them too. I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary with them, they are all very well trained, Tarvyn and Vorpip spend hours everyday to ensure that they are as docile as possible." She waves as the rest of the party leaves then continues, "I was the only original partner in this endeavor. We came together, and during the renovation we realized that we were going through our funds faster than expected. That's when we brought on Charmaine, she is a highly regarded financial adviser, in addition to a wonderful chef."

You change course and pass by Shaede and Allorah in the house. You make your way to the carpenters workshop. It is a large out-building about 50 yards off of the main estate. A cobble stone walk way, slightly grown over by clovers leads to a beautiful orange door. You hear a busy hammer and a mans voice singing a tune, but you can't make out the song. As you enter the workshop you see Mr. Regald working on a large oak cabinet. You see that it is beautiful and covered with a carvings of beasts that look similar to the beasts on the island. Gwythian scans the workshop and sees a couple of small-unfinished figurines on a work bench in the corner, partially covered by a cloth.
Mr. Regald looks at the group of you in surprise. "Aye, you must be the guests." He looks back at his work, "thank you sir, I do try my best. Now how can I help you?"
You don't notice anything too fishy, but you do see that the symbol of the face up coin is featured on the handles of the cabinet.
