Og eyes the situation and says, "If we're going to engage them we should use the element of surprise, if possible. We could also hit them with ranged attacks as you suggested and that may surprise them. What do you all think?"

"Back me up and be quiet," Honor says wryly to the party rolling her eyes moving away from the group taking her bow out again, having gotten the most kills of the party, and notches an arrow.
OOC: How far away are they? I'd like to shoot at Wight.

Sometimes a Nat 1 tells a better story than a Nat 20 ever could.
OOC: Unfortunately there isnβt a map this time. So this combat will be theater of the mind. Iβm attempting to try a new mapmaker, weβll see how it goes.
The wight and the sskeletal Minotaurs are all grouped together with the Minotaurs looking in your direction, but not seeing you, and the wight in the other. They are about 40 feet away. They are cabe stalactites and tombstones you can attempt to cover behind. Theyβre about 15 feet away.
If youβre attempting a ranged assault at first you may do so, with advantage in attack rolls, followed by initiative. Melee would require another stealth roll (Pass Without a Trace still in effect) but botching it will ruin the advantage for the ranged attacks.
OOC: I've got ranged attacks y'all. How about we agree to roll initiative then if you're making a melee you hold your attack/movement until I can start it off? I'll get advantage on my two ranged attacks and I'm going both on the Wight the bigger enemy!! What say you?

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Griff waits with an arrow knocked in his longbow for honor's signal, firing two shots at the wight immediately after her.
Attack 1: 24 Damage: 12 Piercing
Attack 2: 12 Damage: 8 Piercing
He quickly stows the bow, drawing his Halberd waiting for the coming onslaught.
Initiative: 16
OOC: I didn't add brute strength to either of these, since it doesn't really make sense to work with a bow, even though the ability is written to include all proficient weapons
Seeing her arrows do little damage she curses in Infernal. "The Wight can only be harmed by silvered weapons or magic damage. Its resistant to necrotic damage too as are the undead. Radiant damage," she adds in a growl, " use silver and radiant damage," she adds.
OOC: As undead being a favoured enemy I'm assuming Honor would know this.

Seeing his arrows have little to no effect, he charges forward with his halberd drawn waiting for the creatures. (Moving to F6)
Ready an attack action for when one of the creatures are in range.
OOC: If one runs into range I should get my reaction attack from Polearm master, then 2 attacks from my readied action (please correct me if this is mistaken). Additionally, my halberd is silvered if it makes a difference.

(I'm assuming it was meant for us to understand)
Og, hearing Honor just before firing at the wight, quickly aims for one of the undead minotaurs instead.

All damage has been noted and I'd say with Undead being your favorite enemy and having attacked them you'd notice the resistance.
Griff is Up and Honor is on Deck
Map (Still attempting a learning curve with a different program but here is one I whipped up for this):
