[Yelling is a free action. I will allow her to make a Perception check to try to locate a place that she can try to run to for safety; the running will then be her Move for the turn, if you decide you still want her to do that.
Please note that when leaving the Zone of Control of an enemy they will normally be able to use their Reaction to make an Attack of Opportunity against the fleeing opponent. That is unless the fleeing character uses their turn's Action to perform a Disengage. The disadvantage of doing a Disengage is that it uses the character's Action for that turn.]

Run to the man, he is probably the dog's owner. Yelling for help.
[OOC: I will presume that Dora Disengages from the dog to avoid the Attack of Opportunity. She then move 30' towards the man and we progress to the dog's turn in the round.]
Dora runs from the dog but it follows, hot on her heels, and will attempt to take another bite at her.
Dogs Attack: 6
Damage: 1
The dog's bite is successful, grabbing Dora's calf in its mouth as she runs.
[OOC: Please make another Strength save to avoid falling prone.]
Dora draws her other leg up ready to kick the dog if it should try to bite her elsewhere, she also holds her arms in a boxers stance protecting her neck and face.
At the same time she speaks firmly to the dog in Stemian, continually stating Bart Sit
[OOC: As her action, she can either kick at the dog as it continues to try to bite her leg, or she can attempt to get it to sit using her voice. Your choice, but only one of these is possible as her Action in this round.
Her bonus to kick the dog would be a +2. Her bonus to Intimidate the dog into sitting would be a +3 because she has proficiency in the Intimidation skill. However, both of these will be at Disadvantage because of her current Prone condition. If she stands up, which she can do because she is not Restrained, the Disadvantage on the rolls will go away.]

You made a normal roll with a +6 bonus whereas Dora's bonus to Intimidation is only +3 and the roll should have been made at Disadvantage because she didn't stand up; being Prone and at the mercy of an attacker is generally not good in this combat system as it is in the real world.]

The dog's roll against the Intimidation:8
That is a skill failure, which earns Dora 5 experience points.

The dog ignores Dora's command to sit and continues to try to bite her on the leg.
[OOC: Dog's attack at Advantage because Dora is still Prone.
Dog's Attack:22
Despite whatever appears above (Not sure why it is saying there are modified die rolls), the dog's original attack was a natural twenty, which is a critical that does double damage (i.e., 2 hit points.) and Dora is now on 8 hit points out of 12.
It is now the man's turn in this round and as he runs closer, he will try to command the dog to stop attacking.
Man's Intimidation Attack:5
The dog's roll against the Intimidation:6
Sigh... Just ignore all the die rolls, which are now changing each time I save this page. The dog's save was a failure.
]
The dog stops biting at Dora's leg and backs away fearfully from the man as he approaches shout that it is a bad dog and should get away home.
[OOC: We are now out of combat with the dog hightailing it back the way it came and the man coming to a stop next to Dora.]
"Are you alright?" says the man, who is wearing pants but no shirt and has nothing on his feet. "He has never done anything like that before. What happened?"
The dog has run off down the street back the way it came now that its master is here and the man himself seems to be more worried about Dora than corralling the dog.
"Sorry about the dog," says the man. "He's young and hard to control and loves to chase things... Can I do anything for you?"
Examining her wounds, Dora can see she has a bite wound on one arm and two on her leg, one of which is bleeding, but not badly so. Overall, she is not too badly hurt.
[OOC: Mechanically, Dora is on 8 of her 12 hit points. This does not impede her in anyway, though it will be readily apparent to others that she has been attacked, most likely by a dog because of the size and shape of the teeth marks.
The loss of hit points in the game system can represent many things, not just physical damage to the body. Dora will likely recover most of these lost hit points if she simply takes a short amount of time to rest and recover. This is called taking a Short Rest and it usually lasts an hour during which time a player can roll one or more of their hit dice to add to their current hit point score. As a first level character, Dora only has 1 hit dice, but as she is of the Fighter class that die is a d10. She also gets to add her Constitution bonus (+2) to each dice she rolls, which means the minimum she can roll will be 3. She will then recover half her level in hit dice (minimum 1) after a long rest.
As a Fighter, she also has a special class feature called Second Wind which allows her to draw on her Fighter's stamina to regain hit points very quickly. Second Wind is normally used as a Bonus Action during combat but I will allow its use here, if you wish. By using it, Dora will gain 1d10 plus her level in hit points immediately (minimum here of 2 points). She will recover the use of his ability after her next Short Rest.
It is your choice as to which of the above she would like to use now to recover some hit points. She could also choose not to recover any and continue on with her run but she will then be more vulnerable to any further attacks because she will fall unconscious, and potentially die, if her hit points are reduce to zero.
Finally, I will award Dora 12 experience points for the encounter as it is likely something of a learning experience for her.]

[OOC: No, it is not automatically included in the Short Rest, unless the character actually has ready access to the equipment or someone who does and can do the job. Dora is not in that situation, so she might be thinking along those lines. However, apart from the possibility of disease, there is no need for this to be done according to the mechanics of the game.
