Kerwyn bends down to Hoggle, for a second pressing the pistol to his temple, shouting at him. “Why did you unlock the damn door for them if you knew this would happen? Why would you put them in danger like that? Screw you, you’re not worth my time or breath.” Kerwyn stands up, looks at Johnathan and says, “You know what to do.” and gives a nod, then runs down the passageway to open up a can of whoop ass on whatever is threatening Shavaris and Ralik. Notably, he takes Hoggle’s keys with him, in hopes that they will allow him back through at some point, or access to their objective. And because he thinks that he deserves them, as the obvious leader of this group.

Travin takes the open opportunity to leave the scene in which he just accidentally shot someone and dashes as fast as he can down the corridor, he gets 90 ft in, before concern overwhelms him, he quickly grunts out a tune through heaving unhealthy breaths and casts Locate Object on the gem that he lent to Shavaris.
Blood. Blood. Blood. Blood. His thought was that of a heart beat. Continuous, never ending and always repeating in his mind. For so long he hasn’t fed properly. Animals only nourished, it was never enough. I’ve earned this. Look at him, lying there all weak. Complaining about the mission, about the DAWN GUARD. He should be grateful he is here. We are gonna make the world a better place. So what if I need a pick me up, he is only slowing us down. Johnathan doesn’t even hear Kerwyn as he gives him a sign of approval. He doesn’t hear the vague threat from Ward. He doesn’t even notice the gun on the meat bags head. That’s all it was, a wounded cattle that was ripe for harvest.
It was time.
Johnathan eyes turn a pure crimson red as his fangs extend further than they have done before. His fingernails sharpen as his hood, which Johnathan has always kept up, is lowered revealing his entire head. He hisses at Hoggle and with an incredible speed he grabs his throat. There were no words, only a grin as Johnathan holds the dwarf and goes for the final blow. He opens his mouth and leans in. Just….one…. HHHARRRRRRRRA.
A scream. Not from the meat bag but from a women. It took Johnathan a second to recognise that someone was even screaming. It was coming from where Shavaris and the others went. Shavaris, NOOOOOO. In a blind rage he drops the dwarf and turns into a black smoke, reappearing ahead in the tunnel. He was sprinting at full speed, not even realising he was still in his true form. He didn’t care, he had to get there. He wasn’t letting them die, not a chance. IF YOU’VE LAID A SINGLE HAND ON THEM IM GONNA RIP YOU TO SHREDS. DO YOU HEAR ME!!!!!! ILL KILL!! ILL KILL YOU ALL. He continues yelling as he runs, hoping that the others hear their approach.
Ward looks at Johnathan run off and turns to Hoggle "Honestly, staying here is probably your best bet. If we're not back soon we're probably dead." Ward says before using his Wild Shape and turning into a Warhorse before charging down the hallway at full speed.

There is a moment where things get really warm in Hoggle's pants as Johnathan grabs him. He pisses himself, and then, just as quickly, the strange ginger maniac lets him go, bolting down the corridor at the sound of the scream. Near tears, water beading in his eyes, Hoggle stammers for a split second, then bolts upright with recognition.
"I'm coming Sarah!" He screams, following after the lunatic that had just tried to kill him, ignoring Ward's warning or Kerwyn's harsh words.
Ludo hears the confrontation behind him, looks back torn, but continues his running down the corridor, deeper and deeper into the fetid odor wafting their way.
There is a rumble and clap of thunder ahead, followed by a nerve-jarring ring like nails being pushed into the eardrums of everyone that can hear it. Dust falls from the roof of the corridor.
Kerwyn jumps onto the back of Ole Ironsides and says “Let’s roll!” He and Ironsides dash 80 feet, looking for any combatants or sources of screaming and commotion.

Johnathan continues running at full speed, still a bit frustrated and wild. He doesn’t hear the dwarf say a name so doesn’t realise that it wasn’t Shavaris screaming.
WardHorse will charge full speed down the hallway following whatever directions Travin is giving the best he can. If there is something attacking the party in his way he will trample it and if he sees any of his party injured he will drop WarHorse form and heal them as fast as he can. Johnathan keeps running like a crazed lunatic. He was still in his monster form, though he had other things to worry about. When he emerges from the corridor he is shocked in what he sees. Ralik was dead and there was some beast that needed slaying. He was too late to do anything to help. Johnathan sees he is still too far away to do anything so he runs as much as possible.
Johnathan looks at the monster and let’s out a roar of rage. He didn’t like losing friends, especially if he had no way of helping them. No matter what happens this thing dies today.
Hoggle and Ludo continued down the hall, the Horned Beast roaring, the Dwarf uttering all sorts of Dwarven curses as they went.
Wardhorse was unable to make it all the way to the monster. As soon as he hit the difficult terrain of the bog he slowed considerably, splashing across some of the stinking slurry and to the shore next to Shavaris and Delphinium.
The monster bellowed as it was shot at, struck with rocks, and otherwise harangued. It turned, heading the way it had come, moving away from Jareth and Ralik's bodies and away from the Dawn Guard as it fled.

She's about to shoot at the monster and is relieved as she watches it slink away. She takes a breath, tucks away her bow, then heads to her left, running and jumping over the awful, super ass nasty gross water. Then uses the rest of her movement to dash to the log. "Ralik!!" she knows she is calling in vein but she can't help it. Images of Eloise up in Hyperborea start flashing in her mind.

Delphinium was ready for a raging beast but instead it turns and flees. The fairy watching for a moment as it makes it way away. It is then the fairy notices that many of their friends start to make their way through the tunnel and into the open stench that is this bog. Still, there is a need to be careful. the creature might be fleeing but that doesn't mean it won't turn around. If it is scared of them or if delphinium scared it away then best to let it keep fleeing. The fairy moves closer to get to Ralik and see how bad he is. Truth be told, Delphinium hasn't been able to get to the body and its now that Delphinium sees another body. That of the human Jerath also near Ralik. Delph also notices Sir Didymus diving into the bubbling stink muck to get after the monster but the difficult terrain slowing them down. "Sir Didiymus, let it go."
As Delph flies over to the island that Ralik and Jerath are on they inspect Ralik's body first. Delphinium doesn't know them very well but maybe whatever poison that thing spewed on them could be cured. The stench of their body horrendous after whatever was spewed upon them sticks to their clothes. The fairy hesitate. Delphinium only has so much. They don't really know Ralik. They just showed up here in this maze. Delphinium needs to save this for their family and friends. Once its all used....its gone. Delph doesn't have a way to make it as it's something only their mother can make. They can't save everyone. Delphinium in their hesitation hears Shavaris' call to Ralik. A call of pain. Of fear. Of loss. Shavaris is Delph's friend. They can't let their friend be sad if there is something they can do to help them.
Once again the fairy pulls out a very tiny container. Wrapped in leaves, stone and wood the container seems innocuous. Delph flies to land on the top of Ralik's head. Their tiny feat resting on their forehead. Delphinium opens the container and for a brief moment they can once again smell the sweet smells of home being unsealed. The sweet smells of an evergreen forest mixing with the putrid smell of the bog. The medicine inside seemingly plain and brown but a cream of some sort. Delphinium looks to Shavaris and says "It'll be okay Shavaris." Then the fairy scoops up a bit of the cream into their hands. The fairy having their senses flood with the sensations of the forest. The feeling of a smooth moss bed. The smell of flowers. The sounds of wrestling leaves. Even the taste of fresh spring water fill Delphinium's senses as the cream touches their hands. For a moment Delphinium feels like they are home.
It is short lived as they scrape the cream off their hands and drop it into Ralik's mouth. A tiny amount of the life of the forest. Consumed by one still hopefully with a piece of life left for them to cling onto. Delphinium gets down next to their ear and says to Ralik "I don't know you Ralik but you are Shavaris' friend. Please come back for her. Don't let my friend be sad. Let the forest help guide you so you don't become lost." Delph waits, nothing left to fight and just hopes their mother's magic will help. Hoping that they didn't waste the precious gift granted to them from home. Hoping that no one has to die. Hoping they saved at least one if not two lives today.
Kerwyn likes his new weapon. He is thinking about giving it a name. Hand of Doom. Yeah, I like that. In the midst of the mayhem, the stink, the bodies, his mind wanders. He envisions himself on the goblin throne, twin revolvers in his hand, glaive back into necklace form around his neck, telling his subjects what to do, ruling with Shavaris by his side, the fanfare….
Whoa, what is that stench? His mind comes back to the present as he sees those shouting around him, sees the bodies on the ground and the horrible creature walking away. “Why should it get away scott free after this? Hell no. I’ve got this in my bag.” He stands up and urges Ironsides forward, they walk the distance that they can in this muck and mire, then he takes two shots at the creature’s ass with his pistol. Afterwards, he ducks down behind Ironsides shell.
The other creature stumbles away, continuing to bellow as a pistol round strikes it in the ass. It turns, calling over its shoulder, and looks like it may wheel on its nearest foe...Delphinium.
As this event takes place, a second monster, buried in the muck and appearing to be an oddly covered hillock to the west, rises up out of the slimy stink water and begins to charge toward the band...
Kerwyn bends down to Hoggle, for a second pressing the pistol to his temple, shouting at him. “Why did you unlock the damn door for them if you knew this would happen?
