"Thanks, Reg!" Eline takes the gold from both Kha and Reginald, and also purchases snow shoes and ice climbers. Didn't want to be caught unprepared on this icy trip.
"Yes that is a fine trade for 1 health potion and the winter travel gears"The buyer waggles his finger causing the items to drift to one of his shelves as a health potion, snow shoes, and crampons float over to Roxaria.
The party leaves the Buyers Yurt and make there way into the wilderness. Soon the only sound you hear are the crunch of snow beneath your snow shoes and the frigid wind.
(What is the group's marching order? Is there anyone scouting ahead?)
Roxaria grits her teeth as the wind picks up and the snow swirls around her. She clenches her heavy coat tighter around the collar and pulls hood down briefly to keep from obscuring her view looking for any natural shelter to get a reprieve from this weather.
Roxaria finds a sizable cave entrance not too far away. There is a wooden post just within the entrance that has an unlit lantern swinging in the wind.
The interior of the cave offers a reprieve from the howling blizzard. There is a small pool of unfrozen water in the back. The ground show signs of tool markings. Someone must of come and evened out the cave floor. There are tough hide flaps anchored to the doorway. Some kind of makeshift entrance cover to keep the worst of the inclement weather outside.
Its large enough for the whole party.

(Best buy what you need now as there won't be any other opportunities to do so for the next part of the adventure)
(Is the trade Roxaria presenting good? Her longbow and quiver for snowshoes, crampons and a health potion?)
"Yes that is a fine trade for 1 health potion and the winter travel gears" The buyer waggles his finger causing the items to drift to one of his shelves as a health potion, snow shoes, and crampons float over to Roxaria.
(What travel pace would the party choose? Fast, moderate, slow)
(I vote fast since Trem and Roxaria are infected and when we start getting slower due to the effects, we can adjust pacing)
Agreed, fast as possible.

I'll be in the middle, Jonax'us can be circling us and give us nearby ariel scouting.
Cats go Moo!
(Fine with a fast pace as well. Kha will be at the front.)
(I will bring up the rear guard)
(Eline will be with Trem, for obvious reasons... so wherever he is!)
(Trem is behind Kha with Eline)

The 3 day passes before a terrible blizzard sweeps in on the 4th day. The wind is strong enough that pushing forward is a challenge.

Roxaria finds a sizable cave entrance not too far away. There is a wooden post just within the entrance that has an unlit lantern swinging in the wind.
Above the howling wind, she yells, “Kha! Over there! It’s a bit suspect but it will get us out of this nasty weather for now!”
Roxaria points to the cave and begins heading that direction keeping her eyes open in case something else is inhabiting the cave.
