Let's go for a ride and get away from those crazy gnomes!" He will then usher and put the children into the wheel barrow and push them up to whatever remains of my 30 foot movement.

Using fast hands and her high dex, could Piccolo tie up and then disarm each of the three gnomes one by one without triggering breaking the spell...she is trying not to kill them but would like to leave them to the store owners to deal with.....if this is not an option, she will cut their throats one at a time (I know there is not a rule for this, but would like to kill them in one blow, or stab through he heart, but prefer non violent action....Once they are all tied up and disarmed, she will tie them all together to a stronger structure, such as a tree or post.)
As long as you don't shake them, you coukd tie them up. As picollo dies so and Trisk grabs the drow boy and the human girl ro cart away. Feim within the hollow log that is the hag's house. The sound of combat comes to a crescendo then quickly fades to silence. On the far side of the house in the gardens to the west, the scarecrows have stopped screaming.
<if they want to,> Sam, Drain and Uriel emerge from the windows from which toys and candy are sold, as the sound of shuffling iron boots falling heavily on the grass approach from the north. Three more red-capped small creatures hop about, sickles in hand and murder in their eyes.
Trisk only has a minute with the 'real' wheelbarrow so the ride away from danger will be a somewhat short one.
It should get them a good distance away while the enemies are being tied up.

(They popped up when the scarecrows streaked and the hag got a look) the other half of the crop sprouted when she died, which tool like 3 rounds, so we csn round upnton1 minute. Three gnomes ties to a tree and Trisk carting the kids off into the woods. The younger trio of redcaps shows up while Picollo is questioning the terrified shopkeepers. Around this time Chucklehead shows up and (if they want to) the rest of the party.
"What's going on here? " Chucklehead calls to the candy market before seeing the source of the chaos, "Redcaps." He spits, the word suffused with disgust.
Stares briefly into the corpse of the hag, his struggles grow more frantic as he sees the horror of the beetle pop out of her head. He snaps free and stands.
(I assume it was his action to break free, so won't start slashing until next turn).
(Yes 30ft diameter, spirit guardians only effects ones that are designated by caster, definitely not the non hostile kids. )
