occ: I am thinking to cast Sanctuary on myself before helping Kriv (and eventually Sale) to climb up, maybe by trowing him a rope... what advantage could I give them that way? just to decide if is worthy or if is better just blasting the bandits...
((Kriv (and maybe Zale) would have a lot of cover from the pit (until they get close and fire bolts into the pit, they are about 40 ft away from you and the pit, 2 on each side of you). So Sanctuary would result in the Bandits targeting Calvin))
(Lol let’s hope her acrobatics are better than her perception)
Acrobatics:24 (few lol)
Jumping the pit at the last minute, Zale lands on the other side in a crouched position. “Thanks be to ya Eric. Without that warning I’d be on top a Kriv right now.”
(Let’s see if her cursed perception will let her notice the bandits)
(Lol yes Zale can be the comedic relief (whether she like it or not) since Eek and Zeminny are off on their own little adventure.)
”YEOUCH!” Zale yelps jumping a couple feet off the ground. Once she lands she spins around to face the bastard who shot her, lightning crackling around her neck. “I bet you thought that was real funny didn’t you!” Drawing her rapier, she will run towards the bandits, getting as close to the one who shot her as she can. Then she will blast him with her breath weapon. (She will try to position herself so she can hit at least two, but she’s settle for the one.)
Dex save 11
Damage: 6
(So I think she’s ten feet away from the one who hit her now?)

Yeah, you can hit Bandit A and B with that. You're abut 10 ft from A and about 15-20ish from B (it's a 30 ft line right?).
Eric murmurs an holy pray to Moradin and thin fire tongue start to surround him, spiraling around like a force barrier, casting Shield of faiton himself as a bonus action. (it will bring his AC to 21 or 20 if blessing of the forge is already feaded)
As regular action Eric will face the closest of the bandits with the wrath of hi hammer: to hit 12 damage if hits: 5

Unfortunately your speed is only 25 ft and the Bandits are about 40 ft away. You can use your action to dash, that can bring you in melee range with A and B or C and D (or only one of them if you want).
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Ah ok, din't take the distance into account. So, If can change strategy a bit into blasting, Eric will cast Guiding bolt to the closest bandit as a regular action while using his movement just to get closer to the bandits.
Eric invokes the name of his deity again, loudly, and his hammer brights in fire, he swings it it the air toward the closest bandit and a whirling fire bolt erupt toward the bandit
Kriv you take 4 dmg from the fall and you are prone in a 10 ft deep pit. Let's hope Zale doesn't fall on top of you.
Eric and Calvin notice 4 bandits sneaking in. (They rolled crap, so when we know what happens with Zale combat can start)
Here's the initiative order:
[14] Bandits x4
[11] Kriv, Calvin, Eric
[7] Zale

occ: ok, blasting seems better idea... I'll wait to find out what happens to Zale and our turn...

Perception: 3 (Critical fail…What did I expect…)
occ: I don't think we need to spot the bandits since they have already rolled initiative lol
(Probably not, but they are trying to sneak up on us so I rolled just in case. Lol hopefully I didn’t need to.)
(Since Eric warned you there isn't a surprise round for the Bandits. We'll use that nat 1 for comedy though!)
Bandit A fires a crossbow bolt at Zale who's looking for bandits in the wrong direction. To hit 17 + 3 = 20. Right in her bottom for 4 + 1 = 5 dmg!
Bandit B targets Calvin: to hit 2 + 3 = 5 for 6 + 1 = 7 dmg (miss I guess)
Bandit C fires at Zale, aiming for the other cheek: to hit 3 + 3 = 6 for 8 + 1 = 9 dmg (sadly also a miss)
Bandit D tries her luck by attacking Eric: to hit 9 + 3 = 12 for 4 + 1 = 5 dmg (also miss I think)
(All rolls in game log)

Kriv groans as he gets to his feet and climbs out of the hole. (Half movement and action)
Athletics: 24
(If he gets out): He pulls out his Greataxe and runs toward the enemy.

No problem, are you going to A and B (west) or C and D (east)?

Bandit B

(Sounds right to me!)
Ok, I'd say you get within 30 ft of Bandit B. You still have your Bonus Action.

Kriv will bonus action rage.

To hit with the guiding bolt: 18
If hits, it deals 14 radiant damages
No problem. The enormous bolt of fire and light whirls to Bandit C, but it goes way wide. You get within 15 ft of Bandit C and 25 of Bandit D.
