When the bandits turn, Eric swiftly catch the closest one. The two crawls on the ground for few seconds until Eric gets free to swing his hammer over the prone bandit. his chest breaks over the hammer's pressure an his heart stops in an instant.
As bandit A backs away from Zale, she whips out her crossbow, lightning still crackling around her neck. She pulls the trigger and the bandit's eyes bulge as the bolt strikes him right between his eyes, burying itself in his brain. He staggers, then falls dead.
"Ha! If yer gonna shoot someone, shoot 'em where it's lethal!" She pulls the bolt out of her butt and uses it to shoot at the fleeing bandit.
Eric is full armored dwarf with no ranged weapons and no more slots to cast any other bolts so he just curses him with some dwarfish profanities, but he is not gonna pursue him... but he wont stop his allies if they do so either.
Kris’s Handaxe flies end over end and catches the bandit between the shoulder blades. Dropping him in an instant. Kriv approaches the body and pulls the axe out, placing it back in his belt.
Zale puts her crossbow away and looks to the others. “Well let’s be off then… Eric you seem to be the only one who can actually see any sooooo, why don’t you take the lead?”
((FFS I just typed an epic story on my phone and now it's gone bc I tried to make some names bold))
Anyway with Eric in the lead you reach Greenest without further issue. You're feeling pretty tired, but as you make your way through town to the keep... People start to cheer for you! New of your arrival travels quickly and soon family members of the prisoners you saved come and hug you. They're crying their eyes out. The tired feeling fades away and you find a new strength you didn't know you had. This must be how those heroes of old felt!
((Calvin, Eric, Kriv and Zale can level up. If you multiclass please RP some reason how it happens. There's some downtime coming up if needed))
After returning to Greenest, Calvin is feeling more confident in his abilities. They had all gone through quite the ordeal since leaving and had learned so much. The whole experience has left him feeling more connected to nature and its power. The applause and celebrations only greatly enchanced the feeling.

Kriv returns to the area where Telurion died. He sits, deep in thought. As he runs his fingers through the lightning scorched earth an idea hits him. Kriv climbs to his feet and heads down to the nearby stream.
Eric tries to avoid the crowd in a first place, not use to cheer up since a long time... this uncontrolled steam of emotions makes him uncomfortable, awakening mournful memories. He alternates the joy he shares with the people of Greenest for being returned with moments for nostalgia and regret. Even if he couldn't be able to resist making some toast with some dwarfish beer and enjoying some pulled pork into town's taverns, he will return soon to the forge of Greenes, the place in which he refuges to prey, calming his spirit, and helping Greenest folks.
during most his downtime Eric will work in the Greenest forges, or he'll help folks to build a new ones if it has been destroyed... For himself, Eric would like to craft a Splint or Plate armor, using his proficiency in smith tools and eventually his Artisan Blessing for creating some pieces of armor (if applicable)
First things first, you think. You enter the courtyard of the keep and see 2 figures, they seem to be waiting for something. Khessa and Nixi what do they see?
One of the two figures, is that of a tall and imposing woman, with tanned skin, sitting on a bench next to the other (much smaller) figure. She is young (in her twenties) and clearly healthy and vigorous; in fact she does not seem hindered at all by the chain mail she is wearing, nor by the pair of heavy weapons that are restino on her back (a greatsword and a maul).
Her long thick curly blonde hair is partially hiding her face, while she has her head partially reclined on a large tome wich has a black cover decorate with bizarre runes and web-like motifs. She is holding the tome on her knees, showing and pointing passages to the other as she talk to her.
The conversation must be of great interest to her, because at first she didn't notice the newcomers; but then, looking up for a moment, she spots them and, all excited, nudges the other at her side and fixes on them blue eyes that sparkle with interest.
The moment Khessa nudges Nixi a door sings open and few other figures enter the courtyard. Some known to all, others only known to Calvin, Eric, Zale and Kriv. The first 2 are Governor Nighthill and Castellan Escobert the Red. Behind them the Gnome Wizard Fizker and the monk Nesim Waladra follow.
Nighthill makes a beeline for Calvin, Eric, Zale and Kriv.
Friends! I'm delighted to see you! You've done everything you could and... His expression suddenly changes. Someone is missing from your group. Someone very important... Where's Eek?
"See, Nixi?" Khessa can't help but tell her friend "Judging by how Nighthill is talking to them, these must be the heroes who saved Greenest! I can't wait to know how we can best help them..."
And with that, the tall blonde carefully places her grimoire back in her backpack and quickly approaches so as not to miss a word if any information discovered about the enemy who dared to attack the village so mercilessly and so cowardly.
That's a hit. You can describe how Bandit C dies.

To hit: 9
Damage: 6
So, Bandit D is all that's left. And she is running! Are you going to let her escape? (Zale missed her)

Kriv runs after Bandit D and throws his 2nd Handaxe for a Reckless Attack.
To hit: 18+6=24
Damage: 2+2+4=8
And that wil do it. Combat ends when Kriv describes the death of the last Bandit.

With the fight over you can make your way to Greenest. Where you'll arrive around 10 am (pushing a level of exhaustion).

Fine for me
(Sounds good)

Zale looks around with some confusion but shrugs and smiles as the families joyously celebrate their reunions.
