Zale simply waits for someone to answer Khessa. As she does this she looks around the room for any potential guild members and tries to determine their rank if she sees any.
Without looking up a few people point at a loud, boisterous man with a booming voice sitting at table in the back. Zale (and everyone looking) notice that Leosin is also at that table (among others).
Eric waves to Leosin "I'm glad to see you again Leosin!" and approaches his table "We have many things to tell you and discuss, it will take at least a couple of beers I guess" he sigs "another ones... but there are good news, you'll be glad to hear that!"
Khessa takes a seat next to Eric: "Hello Leosin! And you must be Ontharr, I assume?" she holds out her hand to the boisterous man with a booming voice "I'm Khessa, nice to meet you. As Eric was telling, we bring news from Greenest..." she addresses both the monk and the paladin now "Shall we talk about it here or would you prefer to discuss privately?"
Zale walks over to the table with Eric and Khessa, "Eye, that we do." She says, "And I hear you have some things to tell us as well?" She smiles at the large man, and holds out her hand to shake his after Khessa, "I be Zale Stormsent, it be a pleasure to make yer acquaintance." She doesn't say any more, as Khessa had raised a good point. It may be beneficial to speak in private.
Calvin follows the group over to Leosin and Ontharr; he then turns to Nixi and whispers, "Who are they again? I think all of these transformations are having an effect on my memory."

Nixi replies to Calvin, "I believe that Leosin was a prisoner they liberated from the dragon cult before I joined the group. He has been investigating these raiders and the cult for months. After returning him to Greenest, he recruited them to aid in opposing the cult, and told us we should seek him out as well as his friend Ontharr when we arrived here, in Elturel."
" Good to see you not all tied to a pole Mr Leosin, looks like her doin great since last time I saw ya. I spent a bit O' as a captive of another sort myself. I was and inch away from being witches stew" Zeminny will say with a chuckle. Huge smile of contentment on his face

Aah there you are! Leosin replies. Good to see you in one piece! Before I forget...Here's your reward! 150 gp right? Leosin hands out the reward to all characters individually.

Hahaha! The big man laughs, burps and clasps your arm. You're pretty strong but it still hurts a bit. So these are the lot you've been tellin' me about Leosin! Your Dwarven friend is thirsty. First we drink! Beer! Beer for all!

Nice to meet you Zale! [painful arm clasp] First we must celebrate your arrival! Drink, drink a be merry!

After most of you had like 3 or 4 beers Otharr Frume stand up and booms: Friends! It's time for a little contest! What shall we do? A drinking game? Or maybe some arm-wrestling?
"If you're asking me, I'm more up for drinking! the dwarf laugh. But I bet at least two of my friends will be glad to accept an arm-westling challenge!" le looks briefly toward Kriv and Khessa "or am I wrong?"

(@DM: asking just to be sure: it's 150gp to divide among all or 150gp each?)
Khessa is a little surprised that Ontharr puts celebration before news, but trusts that the paladin, wiser than her, knows what he does.In fact, maybe after all a short delay won't have any ill effects... and in fact, it will lift everyone's spirits!
Determined and convinced, the blonde arcane warrior replies to Eric first, smiling: "You seem to be getting to know me pretty well Eric!"
Then to the strong man: "I'll arm-wrestling you any time, my newfound friend! I'll feel much safer," she winks "after testing the strength of the arm that defends the helpless and the cause of good in general in this land!"
The dragonborn hides the pain from the handshake under a smile. She's a bit confused to why this guy wants to celebrate so bad, but she'll never turn down free drinks.
Once Onthar, announces an arm wrestling contest, and Eric announces that Kriv and Khessa should be up for the challenge, Zale butts in, "EH?! Don't leave me out o this! I might be small for me race but i still be quite strong!" Red-faced from all the beer, she slides into the seat across from Khessa and holds out her arm, grinning wryly, "It be my turn now! Winner takes on Kriv!"
If Khessa is up for the challenge: Athletics for Zale: 20 (Edit: Or whoever she's put up against.)
Calvin looks around the "headquaters", "This is not exactly what I was expecting. Maybe they have a room in the back?"

Kriv decides his friends have everything under control. Besides, he doesn’t remember why they are here. He tries to find a bartender and order an ale.

Kriv perks up when he hears “arm wrestling.” “I’m up for a contest.”
Three other members of Frume Order want to join the arm wrestling. One of Leosin's monks also joins.
Frume turns to Eric: Don't worry this wont take long!
Frume is matched with one his fellow Order members en beats him with ease (Frume rolls with advantage btw). The monk loses to the other.
Khessa make an athletics check. You have to beat: 16 + 3 = 19
Kriv, you'll have to beat: 10 + 3 = 13
