With the enemy so close, Calvin decides there's no time to wait. He approaches the nearest foe, then he shifts into a crocodile. Once his transformation is complete, he bites the lizardfolk before him.
(Attack: 19 Damage: 9 piercing damage, and if hit, is grappled.)
That hits! Lizardfolk (B) is grappled!
It's now the Lizardfolk's turn!
(A) Runs to the gap where Zale is hiding (Zale can make her attack and if the Lizardfolk survives it's gonna attack her) Bash with shield 8 + 4 = 12 hit (miss) and a Bite 5 + 4 = 9 to hit (miss)
(B) Tries to kill the croc that's holding on to his leg. Swing with Heavy Club 7 + 4 = 11 to hit (just misses croc AC I think?) and Shield Bash 7 + 4 = 11 (same)
(C) Runs down to Eric and tries to slam into him with his shield 3 + 4 = 7 ot hit and tries to bite hime when that fails 6 + 4 = 10 to hit...
(D) Tries to find another way in and makes for the gap on the left
(E) Moves down and throws a Javelin at Zale (nat 1)
(F) Does the same and roll a 3...
(G) Follows (D)
(H) Tries to help his friend (B) and attack the Croc: Heavy Club 12 + 4 = 16 to hit for 4 + 2 = 6 dmg and a Bite 8 + 4 = 12 for 2 + 2 = 4 dmg
(I) Sees that (H) has some succes and decides to move further down (but still in melee with Croc) and throws a Javelin at Eric 15 + 4 = 19 to hit (still misses)
Eric faces the Lizardfolk; he is frustrated by seeing that the creature have obstructed his way, preventing him to run into the fight at Calvin's side.
Well... it should be Khessa's turn again, for round 2.
Since Kriv took care of blocking the path of the nearby enemies (OOC: D and G's path), Khessa Dashes to close the last hole left in the fort of wagons (OOC: Moving 1 square south-east, then 7 squares east). Just to prevent J from squeezing through...
As she passes, with her long, wavy blonde hair blowing in the wind, she gives a dazzling smile to Eric: "Thank you for the protection! It's flattering to find that I'm always your first thought in battle. I'll try not to make you worry too much".

OCC: Sorry I forgot that Warding bond has touch range :/
In this case Eric unleashes the Spirit Guardians as his regular action.
C needs WIS save DC15 to halve 18 damages. If he dies Eric would move forward toward Calvin, trying to get more enemies into the Spirits range...
WIS save (C) 11 + 1 = 12 it fails and dies. Moving north you get (B), (H) and (I) in range. Their saves: (B) 10 + 1 = 11, (H) 11 + 1 = 12 and (I) 13 + 1 = 14 (damn I'm rolling bad!)
With that lizardfolk dead, Crocodile Calvin turns to the lizardfolk that attacked him. He then lunges forward attempting to bite him.
(Attack: 5 Damage: 7)
Unfortunately some Lizardfolk are quite agile.
It's now their turn. (H) needs to make a WIS save: 5 + 1 = 6 That fails. Eric, could you roll dmg for the Spirit Guardians?
(J) sneaks to the opening on the right, sees Khessa, throws a Javelin at her (5 + 4 = 9 to hit) and backs away.
(D) tries to Bite Kriv (16 + 4 = 20 to hit for 4 + 2 = 6 dmg) and bashes him with his Spiked Shield (7 + 4 = 11 to hit). (G) standing behind (D) has nothing better to do than throwing a Javelin at Kriv (11 + 4 = 15 to hit for 5 + 2 = 7 dmg).
(E) moves to Zale and swings with a Heavy Club at her (13 + 4 = 17 to hit for 3 + 2 = 5 dmg) and tries to Bite her (nat 1). (F) follows and throws a Javelin (7 + 4 = 11 to hit).
(OOC: Khessa ok with her placement!)
Khessa feels the power of her magical mark pulse, as she unleashes Magical Fire against the nearest lizardman, taking then cover behind a wagon.
Attack: 25 Damage: 17 (if it's a miss, the enemy still takes half damage, thanks to Potent Cantrip).
(Yippeee I'm not blind!)
Zale will draw her rapier but hold her action. She's letting the enemies come to her.
During the preparations, Calvin quickly gives the group a rundown on lizardfolk.
(Initiative: 19 rolled on log.)

That hits, Lizardfolk (A) takes the full 9 dmg.
So no BA hide?
That makes it your turn.

(Sure, she will duck slightly behind the wagon.)

It's now the Lizardfolk's turn!
Kriv, you're up!
Player: Any Good Alignment // DM: Lawful Evil
Kriv summons his tentacle just South of Calvin. The mass of vines and seaweed lash out towards I.
To hit: 17+4=21 Damage: 7+1=8 and slowed by 10 ft.
Meanwhile, he heads over South East of D, using his lightning breath to attack D and C.
Dex save 12 Damage: 11 or half on save.
Eric faces the Lizardfolk; he is frustrated by seeing that the creature have obstructed his way, preventing him to run into the fight at Calvin's side.
He casts Warding bond on Khessa as regular action.
As bonus action he unleash his flying flaming hammer over the creature head: to hit 15 damages: 6
As soon as the lizardfolk is in range, Zale takes a stab at him with her rapier.
To hit: 18
Damage: 7

That's a hit from the tentacle.
Dex saves: (D) 13 and (G) 9. (D) takes 5 dmg and (G) 11.
*boink* That just hits!
I don't you're able to touch Khessa fom there. Warding bond is touch right?
It hits, but he still lives.

(I think it's back to me?)
Zale takes another stab at A, hoping to finish him off this time.
To hit: 22
Damage: 8
Sneak: 5 (Now that no one else is within 5 ft of her, she can use Rackish Audacity to get a sneak attack.)
That's a kill! (A) dies!
Unfortunately some Lizardfolk are quite agile.

(H) is probably dead unless Eric rolls only 1s.
Next up: Kriv!
Player: Any Good Alignment // DM: Lawful Evil
D takes 10 cold damage from Kriv’s Armor of Agathys.
His tentacle moves next to F and lashes out at the lizard.
To hit: 2+4=6
Meanwhile Kriv swings the Fist at D (or G if D is dead already).
To hit: 14+8=22 Damage: 1+6+5=12 and 4
