Khessa tells Borngray: "That's a shame" (but without actually sounding sad...).
The very next moment, the blonde arcane warrior's expression changes dramatically; all of a sudden she is furious: "That five-headed overdized worm! She was controlling me! She alerted this people!" she tells her friends"Well," she fixes her blue eyes on Borngray "we'll see if this is in your best interest. Your queen does not hesitate very much to sacrifice her pawns, you know?"
The mark burns like hell, but the tall adventuress grits her teeth to ignore the pain and unsheats her greatsword.
We'll see who's sacrificed, Human! Borngrey spits out that last word with disgust.
Borngrey's init: 19 + 2 = 21
Snapjaw: 15
Scaleshield Lizardfolks (3): 3
Dragonwing: 8 + 3 = 11
Cultists (4): 9 + 1 = 10
Because this is an important fight I'll wait for Calvin (just the be sure Borngrey doesn't do something he wouldn't have if Calvin acted first).
Borngray uses his bonus action to cast Magic Weapon on his Longsword. He moves to Eric (who I assume is in the front) and takes to swings at him: nat 2 to hit and 9 + 6 + 1 = 16 to hit (that also misses).
Khessa steps forward threateningly towards Dralmorrer Borngray: "I thought you wanted to see if I was ready to sacrifice... didn't you? Leave him alone and deal with me!" she goes around the enemy, so as to arrive on the opposite side from Eric, in a position in which she seems to be easily surrounded (hoping, in this way, to attract the attention of the commander... and the others opponents who will eventually come near).
Once in position, the blonde arcane warrior utters a rapid esoteric chant and immediately her contours become incredibly indistinct... it won't be easy to target her! [[OOC: Attacks against her are made with Disadvantage ]]
[[OOC: It's clear the intended positioning, isn't it? Something like

Snapjaw rushes to the Cultist near the bottom center. He tries to stab him with his new Dagger: 9 + 4 + 1 = 14 hit and does 4 + 2 + 1 = 7 dmg followd by a bite attack: 11 + 4 = 15 to hit for 4 + 2 = 6 dmg. Killing him instantly.
Hearing another fight break out above, Kriv holds his breath and focuses his anger. He charges to the top of the stairs, heading for the Dragonwing. He swings The Fist towards them.
That's a good hit on the Dragonwing. He retaliates immediately (Kriv): 14 + 5 = 19 to hit for 4 + 3 = 7 slashing dmg (halved) + 4 acid dmg. 2nd attack: 10 + 5 = 15 to hit for 6 + 3 = 9 slashing dmg(halved) + 4 acid dmg.
Cultist (A) goes for Khessa: 13 + 3 = 16 to hit (miss)
Cultist (B) goes for Eric: 3 + 3 = 6 to hit (miss)
Cultist (C) remains dead
Cultist (D) tries to help the Scaleshield Lizardfolk with his crocodile issue and attack Calvin: 8 + 3 = 11 to hit (I think that misses)
Despite feeling the urge to rush in and find a foe to face one on one, Zale decides it's probably best for her to stay close to the healers. She's not fully healed from the last fight after all.
First she lines herself up with three enemies. The tell-tail forks of electricity dance around her throat as she positions herself, once aligned she launches a bolt of lighting towards their enemies. (If she can only hit two that's fine as well. I'm not entirely sure where we are supposed to be.) Then she dashes to flank Borngrey with Khessa.
Breath weapon: 11 lightning damage. dex save 12 for half damage

Well, I tried to update the map. It's a bit of a mess though...
In theory Zale could move to the upper right corner to target 2 enemies. But she wouldn't have enough movement to reach Borngrey and it would trigger an AoO. So I think it looks a bit like the above?
Cultist (D) DEX save: 6 + 1 = 7 it fails. The Cultist take full dmg and falls to the ground.
Scaleshield Lizardfolk (B) DEX save: 15 it saves and takes only minor dmg.
DM: remember that the speed of the foes affected by the spell have their movement speed halved and takes 3d8 damages at the start of their turn (WIS save DC 15 to halve). :)
Scaleshield Lizardfolk (A) tries to help the Dragonwing with Kriv. First he tries to wack him with his Morningstar 6 + 4 = 10 (miss) followed by a shield bash: 10 + 4 = 14 to hit (also misses).
Scaleshield Lizardfolk (B) needs to make WIS save first: 13 + 1 = 14 (fail I think, pleas roll dmg Eric) and keeps attacking Calvin: 16 + 4 = 20 to hit for 5 + 2 = 7 dmg and 17 + 4 = 21 for 1 + 2 = 3 dmg.
Scaleshield Lizardfolk (C) moves to within 5 ft from Scaleshield Lizardfolk (B) being very much aware to stay away from Spirti Guardians.
Borngray starts his turn with the Spirit Guardians: WIS save 6 (Eric please roll dmg).
Hmmpff! I've got a few tricks of my own! A wave of thunderous force sweeps out from Borngrey, generating a a thunderous boom audible in the whole castle. Tables and chairs fly around and Khessa, Eric and Zale need to make a CON save DC 13 or take 17 (thunder) dmg and are automatically pushed 10 feet away from (if they fail), a save for half the dmg and no movement.
Cultist (B) is unlucky enough to be caught in the blast: CON save 9. Well... he dead...
Oh Eric, make a CON save for concetrations on SG too.
[[ OOC: Khessa saves, so she takes 8 damage only. Her Arcane Ward, activated during the fight with the vermins, was still able to absorb 9 damage, so it absorbs the damage completely and has only 1 more damage point it can still absorb. Player: Any Good Alignment // DM: Lawful Evil
To make things even more messy, Eric unleash his spirit guardians by which Eric's party and allies are not affected
every foe in 15ft radius takes 4 damages (WIS save to halve)
As a bonus action he swing his spiritual weapon to Borngray: to hit 21 damages: 5
Rolled damages was ridiculously low :(
DM: remember that the speed of the foes affected by the spell have their movement speed halved and takes 3d8 damages at the start of their turn (WIS save DC 15 to halve). :)
Thanks for that :(
The saves: Cultist (A) nat2 (takes 4 dmg), Cultist (B) 8 (takes 4 dmg), Scaleshield Lizardfolk (B) 4 + 1 = 5 (takes 4 dmg) and Borngrey: 4 (also takes 4 dmg).
21 hits and Borngray takes 5 dmg.
Now it's the Scaleshield Lizardfolk's turn.
Scaleshield Lizardfolk (A) tries to help the Dragonwing with Kriv. First he tries to wack him with his Morningstar 6 + 4 = 10 (miss) followed by a shield bash: 10 + 4 = 14 to hit (also misses).

Khessa's CON save DC 13: 10
Since she gets some damage anyway (whether she saves or not), Khessa's CON save for concentration DC 10 (to keep concentration on Blur): 12
Khessa firmly plants her powerful legs and resists the magical concussion, to the point that the Arcane Ward that she had activated previously, during the battle with the vermins, completely absorbs the impact, but the effort causes her to lose her concentration so the effect that maintained her contours indistinct ends.

Scaleshield Lizardfolk (B) takes 18 damages from SG
Borngray takes 14 damages from SG
Eric's Concentration is 11 I guess it is just enough :/
Eric's CON save is 9 so he is pushed 10 feet away and takes 17 damages, but it doesn't break his concentration
