Eric walks toward the Lizardfolks, including them into the range of his Spirit Guardians. They deal 17 damages
If they still stand, Eric swings his hammer to the closest one (to hit 25 damages 9)
They take the dmg at the start of their turn:

Reading the description of any of those spells, you might wonder whether a creature is considered to be entering the spell’s area of effect if the area is created on the creature’s space. [...] Our design intent for such spells is this: a creature enters the area of effect when the creature passes into it. Creating the area of effect on the creature or moving it onto the creature doesn’t count. [emphasis added] If the creature is still in the area at the start of its turn, it is subjected to the area’s effect.
"Indeed!" Khessa is already on the verge of reversing her (magically enhanced) run and trying to reach the others again [[ OOC: but she will do it next round of course... she has no movement left, for this round ]]"We will search Mr Borngray later. I didn't like leaving the others either, but this guy... who knows what he could have done, if left free to act?"
Khessa, as soon as she stops speaking, takes advantage of the exceptional speed given to her by her spell to run until she returns to Eric's side. When he turns to look at her, his eyes meet her blue ones and her smile: "Borngray regretted so much leaving us without saying goodbye... that he died of sorrow!" she winks "I hope you didn't miss me too much, dear... I did it as quickly as I could!"
"And now..." at that point, the blonde arcane warrior coldly looks at the surviving enemies, ready to choose the next victim "...who is next?"
[[ OOC: Khessa uses Movement + Dash + the bonus action granted by Expeditious Retreat to come back in the room, at Eric's side ]]
Calvin's attack misses, Khessa is back and Snapjaw swings at the last Scaleshield: 19 + 4 + 1 = 25 to hit, for 4 + 2 + 1 = 7 dmg. Scaleshield needs to make a CON save: 16 + 2 = 18 it saves. Bite attack: 19 + 4 = 23 to hit, for 2 + 2 = 4 dmg.
Kriv climbs back to his feet, swinging in retaliation at the Dragonwing.
Fist
To hit: 16 Damage: 12+1=13
(The feature doesn’t specify that the tentacle goes away if I fall unconscious. If it should have disappeared, please disregard this.)
He steers the tentacle at the Dragonwing, hoping to take the cultist down.
To hit: 11 Damage: 6 (With a roll like that I doubt it matters if the tentacle is still around.)
Sorry for the late reply. That would finish the Dragonwing. Kriv can describe how he dies.
Player: Any Good Alignment // DM: Lawful Evil
The last Cultist takes SG dmg at the start of his turn. WIS save: 7 (it fails a probably dies, Eric could you roll dmg?)
Player: Any Good Alignment // DM: Lawful Evil
SG damages: 13
Kriv’s strike hits the Dragonwing in the ribs. As the body falls to the ground Kriv swings again, caving in the rib cage.
Well, even with a save it would still die...
So, next up: Zale
(only 2 Scaleshield Lizardfolks left)
Player: Any Good Alignment // DM: Lawful Evil
This is the Turn where Zale rushes to help Khessa... and discovers that she's already dealt with Borngray, I think.
Is it? I thought we passed that already?
Well here's her turn just in case.
Zale turns and rushes towards the nearest Lizardfolk, rapier brandished. After striking with her sword, she slashes with a claw.
Rapier: 9 (probably a miss)
Claw: 25
Damage: 5
Eric walks toward the Lizardfolks, including them into the range of his Spirit Guardians. They deal 17 damages

That's correct! Forgot about that! So Zale rushes to help Khessa. Next is Eric.
Player: Any Good Alignment // DM: Lawful Evil
They take the dmg at the start of their turn:
This is one of those tricky areas where the wording is unclear enough that it's been written up in the Sage Advice Compendium (search for 'moonbeam' to find the relevant section).
However you can't get both in the spell's area:
Which one will it be?
Player: Any Good Alignment // DM: Lawful Evil
OK, then Eric tries to include the two surrounding Kriv and deals 9 damages to the closest of the two
The one south of Kriv is Snapjaw, I assume you don't want to hurt him?
Player: Any Good Alignment // DM: Lawful Evil
Ah ok my fault. Then Eric will hurt the other one, and goes helping CrocoCalvin in his fight
An excellent choice! It takes the 9 dmg. It now their turn and even a save would be enough to kill it (SG).
The other one keeps attacking Kriv: whack: 9 + 4 = 13 to hit (miss), bite: 18 + 4 = 22 to hit for 4 + 2 = 6 dmg.
ROUND 4
Player: Any Good Alignment // DM: Lawful Evil
Cavlin continues in the fight, now with the help of Eric, and attempt to bit again.
(Attack: 8 Damage: 3 piercing damage.)

Eric meets the eyes of the blonde warrior "Indeed I missed you, but I didn't doubt for a second you would have gotten him!" he says smiling.

Next up: Kriv
Player: Any Good Alignment // DM: Lawful Evil
Wanting to finish the fight before he falls again, Kriv swings the Fist at the lizard and calls the tentacle to lash out at the hostile creature.
Fist
To hit: 17 Damage: 8+4=12
Tentacle: 17 Damage: 9
