"Agreed." Akyan replies, "Well, let's hurry up with this. We've already wasted enough time standing here."
Walking out of the room, he approaches Jhaartael and the tied man. "Can you get him to go in there?" He gestures to the office. "Once we take care of him, we can finish up the job." He glances at the captive, unsure of what exactly could release him from the spell.
Careful not to injure him (yet), Tamryn points his rapier at the bound boss. "Ok, big guy, it's time to get you moving. Katryn wants to say hi." He will keep it pointed at the big man while the others move him.
Hearing his companions' comments and understanding that they deemed the boss captive enough without his hypnosis, Jhaartael carefully steps away from the boss and breaks the gaze.
Jhaartael, surmising what his companions intend to do to the man, offers another solution, "what if our friend here were to feel compelled to turn over a new leaf, confess and turn himself in to the city authorities?"
Akyan shrugs, "Are you willing to trust that he will do that? Or do you have some other spell up your sleeve?"The disguised drow looks skeptical but waits for an answer.
"Honestly, I'm not sure that will be much better then letting him go," Kyrsa says hesitantly. "From what I gather, this city is basically run by crime lords, so who's to say he won't just end up back here where he started if we send him to whatever passes for authorities here?"
Lyndaran literally jumps on his feet when the boss snap out the rope and yells. The arrow he got notched on the bow goes out as he jumps and get stuck on the floor nearly at his feet.
Akyan growls. Just when they thought this mission was going smoothly. Summoning his blades, he makes sure to stay at least ten feet away from the hulking man and positions himself in front of the office door. Telepathically, he tells Kyrsa and Mina. "If you can't tell. Our prisoner is loose. I say you two start the fire in there while we deal with him. Once you're done, we can make a break for the secret stair hopefully before the whole base is on us. A fire in there will at least keep some of them off our tails."
Getting a clear shot, he throws his blades at the boss.
To hit: 13
Damage: 10
To hit: 25
Damage: 5
Sneak attack if applicable (I think Tamryn is close enough to him?): 7
Hearing the raucous going on in the main room, Mina is on her way to help, but stops short when she hears Akyan's message. She races back to the office they ransacked and pulls out her tinderbox. She attempts to light a fire amongst the litter that Kyrsa made of all the documents on and in the desk.
The Orc-Jhaartael continues to move away from the Boss, to the stairs. There, he draws out a flask of oil. He turns back to face the Boss. Saying quietly but intently, "sanarcir". ((Int save DC 15)).
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.

(Well, initiative is all muddled now, but as soon as the spell is released, the Boss begins struggling against his bonds. Str check: 23 )
The boss bursts the rope binding him with sheer power, and hollers, "Intruders!" as he turns to attack.
