After sliding the bookcase back in place and resetting the trigger, as well as generally trying to erase signs of their presence, Tamryn (and presumably Lyndaran) stealthily make their way back to the bathroom.

"No matter,"says Loris in regards to the missing servants, "I just wanted you to have everything or everyone you needed to begin negotiations. Let us proceed." He then stands, offers his hand to Mina, and leads her, Jhaartael, Kyrsa and Akyan down the corridor.
Meanwhile, Tamryn and Lyndaran, as far as they can tell, have successfully reset the gameroom to its original condition. When Tamryn first opens the door, Mrs. Beaufort is crossing at the north end of the corridor, but he closes it quickly and believes they have escaped detection. When the clerk passes, the two elves scamper across to the washroom, and none too soon, for they hear the voices of Loris and Jhaartael fast approaching. Lyndaran looks down, and realizes he is still holding one of the stray chesspieces in his hand, but since it had rolled under a bookshelf he doubts it will be missed.
The party reaches the gameroom, whereupon they find seats at the various tables, and soon the clerk arrives with several files and folders stuffed with paperwork.
"Any special rituals before we begin?" inquires Donegall, looking somewhat nervously at Mina.
Mina takes the mans hand with a smile as they head down towards the gameroom. When Donegall inquires about rituals, Milena blushes and replies, "None on my account, I tend to keep business and pleasure separated."

Once everyone has gone to the game room, Tamryn says to Lyndaran (and Akyan), “While you are all in there, I’m going to check out the office. Let me know if you need help.”
He then sneaks into the hall, makes sure the coast is clear, and makes his way to the office.
Tamryn is heading down the corridor to the office which he may or may not know is an office, and Lyndaran is in the washroom, everyone else is in the gameroom, including Loris and Mrs. Beaufort.
Taking the files from the clerk, Donegall seats himself at a table and waves Jhaartael and Mina to join him.
"Well, now, time to get down to business. I understand that you are interested in opening Digby's Gulch as a market for your products, and possibly as a distribution hub for surrounding villages. Please, share with me the details of your proposal, and I will supply you with any information or assistance that I can regarding our community. We find ourselves with a surplus of gold at the moment, and I assure you the townspeople are eager to spend it on luxuries from cities of the coast."
Tamryn heads to the western end of the northern corridor. The door there is locked.
"Excellent!" Correal says with a glint in his eye. "I am sure we can accommodate their interest from a broad radius about Faerun. East, West, North, South - the splendors that travel the trade routes are like fish in our network's nets - and Digby's Gultch looks to make a fine fishing vessel! As you know Master Donegall, the flow of trade is made possible by an increased demand for goods or services and the capillary action of the routes driving them to fill those vacuums. To better understand how we can come to the most mutually beneficial arrangement, perhaps you could describe some of the business and leisure activities which are popular here and in the neighboring villages. Then we can cross-reference with our trade lists to match up items and routes that would best enhance those activities, creating the siphon effect of demand and supply."He finishes this last with a charming smile as he leans in eager to listen to Donegall's reply. As he does so he appears to absent-mindedly rub his ring, casting amber glints in the light.
Mina/Milena nods as Correal goes into his speech about trade and the effect of supply and demand. She smiles and nods enthusiastically when he starts talking about fish.. but then he talks about Digby's Gultch being a fine fishing vessel and she feels a bit lost. Not exactly understanding Correal's meaning, she keeps her smile on, but stops nodding just letting the elf finish. Once he has, "Oh Loris, you'll love the items you will be able to get from us to sell at top dollar. Please, let us know what you're interested in and I'm sure we'll come to an agreement that will make us all happy."
(I thought once we got him alone - well sort of as the clerk is there - Jhaartael, sorry forgot spelling, was going to charm him? But yeah - I'm not real interested in going down a big path of commerce? or am I missing something? Obviously Mina has no idea that is the plan, she is just following their lead)
Lyndaran follows Tamryn and tries to help him. His skills with the lockpicks are a little bit rusty though and he just keep an eye out for anyone coming their way.
Akyan positions himself close to one side of the door, where he can watch what is going on. “Can you charm both Loris and the clerk?”Akyan asks Jhaartael, “If not, do you think she will notice? Or do I need to figure out how to get her to leave?”
(Yeah, I thought the plan was to charm the guy. I will say that if it goes wrong, Kyrsa would probably catch onto what the plan had been—and hopefully be able to use her fey step to turn things around. However, right now she has no idea what is going through their heads, likely she just assumes that this is just a distraction to allow the stealth team to keep looking around.)

Kyrsa takes up a position behind Mina and Jhaaratael, standing quietly with her hands behind her back.
(So, uh, I'm happy to keep making up dialogue about Faerunian commerce, but is there a plan here?)
Tamryn checks the door for alarms or traps and, if finding none, attempts to pick it with his thieves’ tools.

Tamryn successfully opens the locked door and enters the office, which is described here and visualized here.
(I'm going to hand-wave Lyndaran in there with you as I don't know why he would just be sitting in the washroom alone).
