"We lack the intelligence report to be sure that we are going able to do so. " replies Lyndaran " I apologize if I sound rude. " he quickly adds " What I mean is that we do not know if their leader, the head that organize it all, is inside that building. Probably don't, but we could get a name for the one in charge here if we are able to find that person. I admire your silver tongues and you have proven that are as resourceful with it that I am with my bow, but as you already said they are expecting a wagon full of women, almost kids, and we do not have that and no good reason to know who they are and what are they doing here. As soon as we try to pass as 'vendors' they will suspect that something is wrong. I cannot think of a plausible history here to pass the guards, unless we use magic to convince them and I would rather save that if the infiltration goes wrong. I suggest that we climb and try to find the one in charge inside."
Akyan nods to Lyndaran, "I'm a good liar, but I do not consider myself a smooth talker. We do have him, though." He gestures to Jhaartael. "Perhaps he could hypnotize whoever opens the door. Then we could have them take us to whoever is in charge. Or, some of us could stay with Jhaartael, while the rest of us try to break in. This building doesn't seem that big, so it might be harder for us all to sneak in. If some of us get in with an 'invitation' that would at least give some of us an alibi and some sort of advantage it the rest of us are found."
"We are less that we are used to. I would not split our numbers. I trust you" he says to Akyan but his glance runs over the rest of his companions " If you think we can do this I am with you. I will keep myself at the back and cover you with the bow. "he nods.
You entered the gate around 5:30 AM, so it's probably 5:50 or so now. The sky is starting to lighten, but there won't be full-on sunlight for another 60 minutes.
"That sounds like a good plan, but it would only work as long as the charmed individual stays charmed long enough for us to accomplish our goal..." Kyrsa says. "Otherwise we'll have to find a way to dispose of him quietly before he has time to retaliate." She shakes her head, then looks to Jhaartael, "How long can you keep someone hypnotized?"
"Can your bird see if there is anyone in any of the rooms with windows?" Akyan asks Jhaartael. "One of us could probably boost the other up to the window to get it open, but it would be nice to make sure there aren't any people in there before we try it."
"I'll create a link with at least member of the group I do not go with. If the charm doesn't last, or doesn't work at all. We'll at least get some of us inside." He replies to Kyrsa, "Now, who is going with who? I'm thinking Lyndaran and I could go through the windows, and Jhaartael, Kyrsa, and Mina could try the door. Though Mina could come with Lyndaran and I as well, It might be good to have three of us if we are found out."
"I can keep one person effectively hypnotized at close range practically indefinitely, while you disarm them, empty their pockets and secure them. If there are multiple people at once, then I shall have to apply other more complex manipulations of the weave or figure out how we can separate them long enough to take them out one by one."
Jhaartael uses his connection with his raven to see if he can see anyone through the windows and get a sense of what is going on inside and numbers of people.
Looking through the raven's eyes, the wizard sees through the grimy glass a room lit by an oil lantern. There are four cots in the room, one of which is occupied by a sleeping humanoid of some sort. There is a single closed door leading out of the room. Beside each cot is a small chest of the sort where personal belongings are kept.
Lyndaran starts to get ready and puts his rope around his shoulder and waist to have it at hand so he can tie to somewhere and drop it for the other two to climb up.
Tamryn feigns a look of confusion. "Annika? Did I say Annika? It's been so long since...never mind. That's all in the past. In any case, you and your kin don't need to feel indebted to me. I do this for the honor of the fight and the joy of bringing liberty to the entrapped. Now if you or your mother would like to provide support to the cause, that is your choice and I would not turn it away. The fight is hard and costly, in both lives and coin. But you should not feel an obligation. Returning you safely home is all the payment I need."
Fatima gets the sense the elf is not being entirely truthful with her, but she is not sure about what.
Tamryn guides the horses drawing the wagon through the streets of Athkatla, crossing the impressive bridge over the Alandor river just as the sun rises. The further north they go, the nicer the neighborhoods, and the cleaner the streets. Stealing hasty glances at his map, Tamryn manages to finally approach the front gate of the Dannihyr estate, where he pulls back on the reins, and the horses come to a halt. He jumps down and circles to Fatima's side of the wagon, where he helps the girl down as well. He knocks on the wooden wall of the vehicle, and shortly Annika and Fatima's two companions climb out and join them. The little party advances to the gate, where the guards recognize the young women, and allow you to enter the courtyard. Fatima enters the manor house, and asks the elf and dwarf to wait outside until summoned.
"It's our last chance to run for it," whispers Annika. "You still want to go through with this? Having inside information about the cartel would be extremely useful, but it's not worth dying for..."
Tamryn says, “Running makes you look guilty. They’re suspicious enough. We haven’t done anything wrong, haven’t asked for money or information; they’ve got no reason to detain us. Just be yourself, Gretchen. How did you get along with the girls?”
"I'd rather not split up if it can be helped. Again, we don't know how many people are in the building, the last thing we need is for half of our group to be caught inside where the other half can't help them. However..." She pauses, "Perhaps Jhaarteal and I could stage a distraction outside if the need arose. It could draw out some of the men so we can get a clearer idea of what we are up against, and hopefully allow the rest of you to sneak in undetected."
She pauses, "Didn't we have a grappling hook? Or is that now in Tamryn's possession? If we don't have that, I suppose boosting each other up might be quieter anyways."
She looks to Jhaartael, "Of course, if there is only one person at the door, you could always hypnotize him and get us in that way. I just doubt we'd only have one person to deal with. How many can you comfortably handle at once?"
"I'm not sure who has a grappling hook, but i do agree that boosting each other up would be the better option. Especially if there is someone in there."
"Here, Mina and I can boost you up. That way if the window is locked, it will be easier for you to pick it, or figure a different way to get it open. It will also be quieter than trying to climb or jump in." After saying this Akyan walks over to the base of the window and makes a stirrup shape with his hands. He is expecting Mina to do the same, so that they can both lift Lyndaran up to the window.
"I'll leave the other part up to you two." Akyan says to Kyrsa and Jhaarteal, "You can either follow us up here, or try the other part of the plan. It's up to you."

Are there any trees around? Or any way to get to the same level as the upper windows even if we can't reach them?
(OOC: also what time of day is it? Just need to know if i need to roll with disadvantage from sunlight.)

(Oh, and there's no trees around. I guess you could Jason Bourne it from the building across the street....)
The windows of the warehouse are approximately 12 feet off the ground.
