The secret door is Yeshil's way out, but it looks like the guards are using it for protection against whoever is in the hall. The only way to clear the path is to get them to move - either out into the hall or back into the room. And getting them to move into the room is likely easier, although more dangerous. Drawing one of her daggers, she takes aim and flings it from the shadows at the exposed back of the cultist standing half in the doorway. Then she sprints across to the west side of the room and crouches down behind the long bench, preparing to draw another dagger...
Action: Thrown Dagger Attack: 16 Damage: 14 (rolled with advantage, including Sneak Attack, assuming unseen from the previous Stealth roll)
Finn laughs a bit at the absurdity of her little ole self being in combat with five cultists at once. This is not how she ever imagined her life going... But it is what it is and it may as well be that with a smile on her face and a song on her lips. "It's the end of the world as we know it," she starts singing even as she flows about and counter attacks.
Finn first moves due south (or down...), moving up onto the table to do so, so that she can continue attacking the one who is attempting to flee - Nobody gets out alive!! (Dex roll to jump onto the table IF you ant one - 7. Ugh, I should never volunteer rolls...) Whatever it takes, Finn is determined to attack the wounded one first even if she most move around the table and open herself up to opportunity attacks...
Rapier Attack: 21to hit for 7piercing damage plus a Defensive Flourish which adds 4more damage and 4 to Finn's AC until the start of her next turn PLUS 2necrotic since they are hexed. (13 total damage...) Bonus Action Scimitar Attack: 9 to hit for 8 slashing damage...

Three bolts clatter onto the streets as Jararaka jumps out of the way, and as she points to the cultist that is running up the stairs to unleash a guiding bolt, a last crossbow bolt nails her in the shoulder and she stumbles into the wall in pain. The electric bolt hits the wall uselessly and flickers out. Jararaka curses, smearing blood all over the doorway, and calls out furiously to the guards outside, "hey! Real blood is being shed here!"
With that, she turns and face the cultist still fully in the corridor, and surges forward wildly to bite them.
Action- Guiding Bolt Attack: Nat 1

An amused smirk would dance on the giantess' lips when the guard would fall on his face in his attempt to grab her. Holding her arms up to show she had not touched the guard, Jirel would step back a bit when Jararaka would head for the door entance. It's not that she was afraid of the Flaming Fist's, it's that she was positioning herself to close gaps between her and her companions, without boxing them in either. She'd keep herself between the guards and Tylaerys.

Jararaka'sspell fails to hit her target, and her hungry jaws bite down only on a bit of leather pauldron. Still, she has closed the gap on these foes and given them something to think about, with a 7' electric lizardwoman right in front of them.
From the shadows, Yeshil flicks a dagger at the guard lurking near the door. The dagger catches the guard between the shoulders. She lurches forward then reaches back, trying to get hold of the blade. Yeshil then ducks behind a bench.
Just then, a painful ringing sound fills the air in the hallway. The two guards out near Jararaka cover their ears and weather the worst of Tylaerys' spell [Successful saves 17, 17] but the guard attacked by Yeshilis too distracted by the knife in her back. Blood pours from her ears and her eyes go blank as she drops to the floor. [With the only guard who knew of her presence dead, Yeshilis effectively hidden again.]
Tylaerysand Jararakaboth call out to the Flaming Fist for aid. As they do so, Jirelcontinues to use footwork to keep the Fist away from the others.
With the spells and bolts flying, any remaining onlookers flee the scene. The two Flaming Fist look angry and uncertain of what to do, even as one picks himself up off the cobblestone street. "Yeah, we can see something bad is happening," one calls out in response to Tylaerys. "You hooligans are out of control!" Both of them draw their swords and try to advance on Jirel, not attacking but trying to get her to back up and move left -> right down the street.
[Going to roll this as a shove... disadvantage for Jirel'sdodge + advantage for one of the Fist giving help to the other so = a straight athletics roll. Jirelcan contest this with an athletics or acrobatics check, DC 8... or she can voluntarily go with the flow and back up 5 feet.]
In the hall, the guard Jararakajust tried to bite lowers his crossbow and with a shortsword stabs at the lizardwoman, finding a gap in her defenses.
Shortsword Attack: 21 Piercing Damage: 4
Next to him, the other guard who had been subject to Tylaerys' attack assesses her options. The hallway is too narrow to reach Jararaka, so she reloads her crossbow and fires a bolt at Tylaerys, just outside the open door. It misses, badly.
Crossbow Attack: 5 (Miss)
On the stairs, the guard their shouts upstairs, "We've got hostiles coming in! Spellcasters and brutes! We need more crossbows down here!" One of the guards from the second floor runs halfway down the steps to join him, and they each loose a bolt at Jararaka.
Crossbow Attack: 9 (Miss)
Crossbow Attack: 19 Piercing Damage: 4
Upstairs, the crossbow guard on the other end of the tabletop from Finn lowers her crossbow and draws a pair of daggers, advancing on the changing and slashing with each blade, coming close but failing to connect.

Yeshil dashes up the ladder and falls in line with the fleeing cultists, emerging on the third floor. There are foul smelling bathrooms up here and a large common room lit by candles. The cultists are gathering next to a hole in a brick wall on the west side of the room. It appears to open up into a large, dark space beyond. There are five cultists up here and at least 2 more following behind you up the stairs.
Jararaka bares her fangs and whacks the flat of her scimitar against her shield, causing lightning to crackle. Then she raises the blade and slashes the guard in front of her. The blade bites deep, evading the guard's defenses.
Scimitar Attack: 25 Slashing Damage: 10
Outside:
The Flaming Fist continue to try to herd Jirel east down the street, 5' at a time. [Same as before... Jirelcan voluntarily give up 5' of ground, or contest Athletics or Acrobatics against DC 14.]
Downstairs:
The guard attacked by Jararakais now heavily wounded. He looks to repay the favor and stabs out with his shortsword. The blade bites, but even as he sneers in triumph, lightning arcs back along the blade and delivers a jolt. Its not enough to drop him, but his resolve is clearly fading.
Shortsword Attack on Jararaka: 14 (Miss)
Shortsword Attack on Jararaka: 19 Piercing Damage: 7

Light Crossbow Attack on Jararaka: 21 Piercing Damage: 7

The guards all hold their ground. "Drop the lizard! Focus fire, damnit!" one of those on the stairs shouts at the woman targeting Tylaerys.
Second Floor:
Finn still has 3 guards to deal with. She brandishes her rapier furiously, deflecting the dagger attacks of the guard sharing the table with her, and a crossbow bolt from one of the guards on the ground.
Dagger Attack on Finn: 21 (Miss)
Dagger Attack on Finn: 19 (Miss)

Finn is almost having a fabulous time dancing with so many partners and losing nothing but a little breath. She even sees the crossbow being aimed at her at gives it nary a thought, too full of her skills and prowess. There is no time to step aside but with an arcane word and a gesture of her free hand... But she has no free hand with which to complete her Shield spell and the bolt finds it marks plunging thickly, wetly into her abdomen and all but knocking her from her feet. She then says a different word...
This is suddenly a lot less fun for Finn. Eyes narrowed, teeth gritted, she intends to take the one in front of her down and then rush right after that piece of crap with the crossbow!
Rapier Attack vs one on table with her: 12 to hit for 11piercing damage plus 2necrotic from Hex... And that is last Bardic Inspiration left to fuel flourishes...)
IF she downs the one she is in melee with right now then Finn uses her movement to get up close and personal with the one who shot her. If nothing else she can get close and make their using the crossbow difficult...
Tylaerys dodges in behind the massive Lizardfolk, the crossbow bolt meant for her just missing. She then calls upon her draconic powers to send darts of silvery force towards the enemies, one striking the heavily wounded cultist fighting Jararaka and another two striking the shouting woman behind him.
Magic Missile 1: 3 Magic Missile 2 and 3: 4
If she can she will then slip into the room to the left to find cover from the cultists at the stair.

Even before she has figured out exactly what lies to tell to justify her presence here, Yeshil is resorting to her instinctive and innate magic to bend one of the cultists to her favour. Mumbling the same words of dark Sylvan that she did in the P&W Cantina, and touching her finger to her nose, she attempts to charm (DC 14 WIS save) the cultist whose face she is borrowing. Then without waiting to see if it worked or not, Yeshil walks toward her 'twin', but speaks to the whole group as she lowers her hood to reveal the borrowed face...
Ah, well said. But there have always been eight of us. You see how similar the two of us here are? (Yeshil stands directly beside the one who she hopes is now charmed) For reasons yet to be revealed by those at Naerytar, my companion and I have never appeared amongst you together. Is that not right, companion mine? But with the present danger, we must drop the ruse now. Come, let us move to safety and speak more of this.
Here's a CHA roll if required: 5 (Yeshil has no relevant skill proficiency), and a second roll for advantage if the target (twin) cultist is charmed.

Dragon Fanatic. The cultist has advantage on saving throws against being charmed or frightened. While the cultist can see a dragon or higher-ranking Cult of the Dragon cultist friendly to it, the cultist ignores the effects of being charmed or frightened.

The Flaming Fist continue to try to herd Jirel east down the street, 5' at a time. [Same as before... Jirel can voluntarily give up 5' of ground, or contest Athletics or Acrobatics against DC 14.]
Downstairs:
The guard attacked by Jararaka is now heavily wounded. He looks to repay the favor and stabs out with his shortsword. The blade bites, but even as he sneers in triumph, lightning arcs back along the blade and delivers a jolt. Its not enough to drop him, but his resolve is clearly fading.
[Jararaka utilizes Wrath of the Storm, spending her reaction to deal Lightning damage to the attacker. The attacker makes the DEX save (17) so takes on 2 Lightning damage.]
The nearby guard keeps her crossbow aimed at Tylaerys, sending a bolt that just misses.
The two on the stairs keep their crossbows aimed at Jararaka, with one of them landing a hit.
But even in her fencing glory, she just misses the last incoming bolt from the guard on the other table. It bites deep in her side, finding a gap in her armor.
Light Crossbow Attack on Finn: 24 Piercing Damage: 14
Third Floor:
The last two Cultists race up the stairs behind Yeshil. One moves toward the hole in the brick wall. "Hurry! We can shelter here until...".
"Wait," the last one up the stairs says, looking around at the cowled figures huddled on the third floor. "There were only seven of us...".
The party is back up!

Rapier Attack vs one on table with her: 12 to hit for 11 piercing damage plus 2 necrotic from Hex...
Bonus Action Scimitar Attack: 19 to hit for 7 slashing damage plus 5 necrotic from hex plus 5 more from Defensive Flourish (also making AC 22 until start of her next turn...
Magic Missile 1: 3
Magic Missile 2 and 3: 4
If she can she will then slip into the room to the left to find cover from the cultists at the stair.
Here's a CHA roll if required: 5 (Yeshil has no relevant skill proficiency), and a second roll for advantage if the target (twin) cultist is charmed.

second roll: 2
How does a red dragon blow out the candles on its birthday cake?
((those were not good rolls...))
((No, they were not. This is a character with low CHA, who resorts to magic to charm people cos she's got no social skills, but still ultimately fails... A success would be nice, but a fail is amusing at least.))
How does a red dragon blow out the candles on its birthday cake?
WIS: 18
Dragon Fanatic. The cultist has advantage on saving throws against being charmed or frightened. While the cultist can see a dragon or higher-ranking Cult of the Dragon cultist friendly to it, the cultist ignores the effects of being charmed or frightened.
Third Floor:
"Huh?" replies the 'charmed' cultist. "What? No. I've never even seen this arsehole before!"
All eyes now turn to the disguised Yeshil, with ill intent.
[I'll get a third floor map up soon...]
Second Floor:
Finn lands one slice against her dagger-wielding opponent but it is not enough to drop him. Still, her swordsmanship should fend off more attacks for another round, though she is starting to feel the strain [bardic inspiration tapped out].
First Floor:
Tylaerys' Magic Missile fells the guard in front of Jararaka. The other two orbs flawlessly hit another guard [unclear on which... there is a woman guard close to Jararaka, and a man on the stairs who was shouting...].
Jirel and Jararaka are up!
