Millwater gets down on all four paws so next person can see. Silently strutting as he heads down the hall, he looks at ground and scratches at it. How much dust, dirt, debris on the floor?
Closing an eye, Millwater turns to see who's following. "Mew" as he turn back to the darkness, then steps into it.
Sorrow clears her throat. ‘Allow me. This branch isn’t really wide enough for you and I to squeeze together, and our height is such Id probably lop off your head swinging my axe.’
Millwater turns his head to Sorrow's voice, double takes. Heeding Sorrow's advice, Millwater squirrels past her feet crouching behind her right, low to the wall.
Festoon tucks himself third in line, regardless of where that places him. His stature makes this passage comparably wide, so he keeps his bow nocked and senses keen.

“Can you tell me the difference between a witch and a wizard?" "Sure, a wizard is what they call you when they want to hire you, and a witch is what they call you when they're getting ready to run you out of town.” SunWolf replied ― Barbara Hambly, The Witches of Wenshar
Millwater's small size let's him scurry around people feet to maintain a position behind Sorrow. During the shuffle of positioning, he places his ear against the door to see if he can hear anything. He decides not the check the handle and moves back behind Sorrow. He readies himself on all four paws ready to pounce on a threat.
Tail Feathers waits to figure out which of her companions to follow behind, which in turn made her last in line. With a small sigh, she decided to walk backwards to help keep an eye on anything behind them
Sorrow examines the door she sees no hinges there is no handle or any indication of an lock. You can see no writing on this door that seems to be made of one piece of wood. Upon further examination the door fits snugly into what may be a notched opening in the surrounding rock wall. You see no signs of any traps on the door.
Softly Sorrow says to Miil ‘Can you drop to all 4, move to my right and push on the door down low? I see no hinges handled latch or lock. So it should open inward. If that doesn’t open it try pushing the middle, then move to the left and repeat if the right doesn’t work.’ As she speaks she’ll raise two fingers of her left hand , turn them 90 degrees then drop them to point forward.
Millwater scurry arounds Sorrow's feet into position. He places his hands near the bottom right testing it at 1st, then pushing it til he has his shoulder to it. He thinks back to similar exercises during training and remembers to control his breathing. Not budging he moves to the otherside to try as instructed.
As Millwater pushes on the lower left side of the door the door easily opens up on its hinges/ There is a slight metal on metal sound as the door swings open. It opens fully coming to a rest on the wall with a dull thump sound of wood on metal. The doorway is located in the middle of a 20 foot wall. The room is also 20 feet deep. in the middle of the far wall directly across from the doorway is a chest. In the left far corner is a tall statue of a woman in prayer. The statue is made of a pure while stone that glows with a faint blueish softly pulsing color. I need a perception check DC 15 from everyone as well as a history check DC 22 from everyone. you see nothing else in the room.
Remembering his dream with the earthmother he runs up to her to get a closer look. Millwater copies her posture and tries to remember her name and if he has visited her temples. But he this in a strange new land. He steps forward and kneels at the statue. He looks around the base then looks up and says "what is your name I wonder?"
