“Can you tell me the difference between a witch and a wizard?" "Sure, a wizard is what they call you when they want to hire you, and a witch is what they call you when they're getting ready to run you out of town.” SunWolf replied ― Barbara Hambly, The Witches of Wenshar
Mouser and tail-Feathers feel like the statue is not dangerous. It is a good thing as Mill Waters runs up to the base of the statue and starts to pray. You all see the blue light surround him as he prays. Mill Water experiences a calmness come over him as all his hit points are restored as well as if he has experienced a long rest. This effect lasts only about a minute as you all watch to see what is happening. Mill Waters hears a voice in his head as he prays. Once the blue light ceases to surround him he stops praying.
Millwater looks bewildered a moment as if in shock, then a deep calm sets in. Looking a little older, moving with less fidgeting he stands up "Mew! ......Master and I would ever so carefully check shrines for hidden words. Kinda of a game to us, whenever we found a hidden temple or shrine. Arcana and religion have so much power that it drains much of your own. But they left parables and stories too! Much of the Order of Physicians teachings comes from those words. There is power in mundane words stringed together and by themselves. Bhaal's decree not to eat yellow snow has saved countless soldiers from salt poisoning.' He turns back to the statue "What is her name?"
Festoon comments "Hey! You're glowing, Millwater!! Cool stuff!" and watches the rest of the room after a moment.

I failed to mention the statue of the woman is about 15 feet tall. The statue barely fits into the corner with the ceiling height at about 16 feet
Other than Millwater glowing for a bit less than 2 minutes you see no other effects from the statue. as Sorrow steps into the room she will see what looks like a wooden beam laying behind the opened door. Otherwise she sees nothing new in the room besides what was previously stated
Millwater studies himself a few moments, basking in the glow. Using the light of the glow ✨️ he starts looking for inscriptions and signs, while gently removing soils and lichens. He starts at the floor around the base and then the base itself. Obsessed with finding her name, and adding her wisdom to the Order's. He steps back after the glow twinks out, to get a better view of the statue. Completely oblivious of his companions and the chest in the room, he says outloud with joy and wonder in his voice "I can't help to wonder, if we are in a buried forgotten temple." He hears J'nah's voice and jump turns "She spoke to me! She needs help, uncleanness of the vermin in the caverns is despoiling her!"
Tail steps further in and goes to look at the statue closer. “She is not exactly what I would think goblins pray to. Though what caused the glow on you, Mill?”
Millwater turns to Tail Feathers and says "Benevolence! Ever since we meet I feared I shamed myself and the Order, the night before was my 16th birthday and I drank a whole bottle of wine. The 1st night we turned in, the sky was different with many moons I never seen before. All because I broke the Order's basic rules above all. Know thyself and nothing to excess...... She told me I was on the correct path easing my fears and doubts, my shame"
Tears run down his cheeks (Tail can see they are happy tears) "She gifted me, made me completely whole. Body, mind and spirit!"
"And the markings you found that lead us here, there are more to find. I wonder if the village or wood elfs know of her."
"Hey, Millwater! Does she move out of the corner?" Festoon asks, looking for another exit from the room.

"Shall we weed out some vermin for her?" Festoon asks with a grin. "My Uncle says he can make two of us run faster, too, so we can be speedy."

As Tail-Feathers steps into the room she moves close to the shrine. Every one sees the blue glow surround her like it did for Millwater. Like with Millwater the glow lasts for a bit less than two minutes before the glow around Tail0Feathers winks out. As others come into the room you see the room in its entirety. The only thing you see besides its previous description is the door As it is fully open and resting as close to the wall as possible you all can see a board made of stout wood resting along the bottom of the wall sticking out from behind the door.
After the glow subsides, "Did you feel it too?" Millwater asks Tail Feathers. "I copied her pose and said to her in my inner voice 'Blessed Be, Pleased to meet you. My name is Humble Waters' how did you introduce yourself?"
Millwater continues cleaning up and looking for signs while keeping eye on Tail. Happy that others get to share his experience. The word epiphany comes to mind, as he searches for the words to describe it.
Sorrow slings the axe on its loop, then approaches the statue. She searches for any engravings or inscriptions before slowly inclining her head. 'I know not your name and I am not one that is truly pious, but I thank you for helping these who are under my protection. We will do our best to rid these tunnels of vermin so that your light may shine again. If by chance you can reach out and comfort the littles from the town who have been taken against their will, I ask that you do that to strengthen their resolve-we will get to them as soon as we are finished here' she says softly to the statue. 'Justice shall be meted out to those who do such things to younglings' she states matter of factly and with heartfelt venom.
Vee moves to Sorrows side after seeing the Tabaxii having their moving experiences in time to hear her. He puts a hand to her shoulder. ‘Well said, my friend. Let’s get the others rounded up and see what we can do here before moving on to the original request. I can’t help but be concerned that these delays are putting the culprits further ahead of us and those younglings lives in danger or at risk.’ He too bows his head at the statue then looks out of the corner of his eye at Sorrow. Softly he asks ‘Wonder who was responsible for locking her up-seeing as the beam is on the inside here. Or how they got out once it was locked in place.’

What do the rest of you do?
‘Mill. Buddy. What’s going on?’ Sorrow says in a calm voice, stepping into the room.

"She said the cavern to the north is filled with vermin! I'm guessing goblins." Millwater says to Festoon.
“She mentioned something similar about the cave north of this one. We should go clear it out.”
"who is she? did you find that out?

Once people start moving in J'nah follows, trying to see if he recognizes the face on the statue, liking sorrows lament, he says "amen."
