Seeing Silf hit by the blacksmith’s hammer, Eron’s resolve hardens into a force of fury having already marked this foe slashing into rotten flesh. Eron continues his assault. Action attack 16 damage 4. Bonus action attack 17 damage 4. Add favored foe 2 if an attack hits.
Silf’s eyes widen as the hammer comes down hard on her shoulder, slamming hard enough to break the skin, but just barely. She spasms for a moment, as if in seizure, before slowly rising from the ground, her eyes milk white. Suddenly all of the cuteness disappears from the tiny fairy’s face; no more twinkly eyes, jaunty smile, or charming giggles. Fairies may seem to represent everything beautifully magical about fey life, but, as she turns her face to the blacksmith, all of the dark horrors of the Feywild beam from her countenance. The repulsiveness of hags, the bloodthirstiness of redcaps, the treachery of the darklings, all of it emanates from the fairy’s countenance. As a banshee-like wail erupts from nowhere, Silf raises a crooked finger at the blacksmith zombie 5, uttering something deep and foreign as hellish flames erupt from her outstretched finger (which is a fancy way of saying Silf casts hellish rebuke as a reaction!).
Fluttering back down to her feet, she blinks a couple of times and looks over at Blair, noticing an axe-gash wound! She also watches Eron swing at the zombie in front of her! “Eron! What about your Zombie!?” comes her normal, high voice. The little fairy touches the sky in front of her, tracing a golden triangle in the air. Pressing her palm against the shape, she launches an eldritch blast at zombie 6 (for her attack action!). Simultaneously, she mechanically raises her left palm toward Blair. Her tiny unicorn horn glows and from her palm issues a stream of tiny, insubstantial frolicking unicorns, galloping toward Blair with healing light (as her Bonus action!).
Reaction to Zombie 5: Hellish Rebuke DC 13 DEX save or 13 (half damage on a successful save!)
Attack to Zombie 6: Eldritch Blast attack: 20 Damage: 13
Bonus action to Blair: Healing light heals Blair for 2

Honorary Leader in the Pixie Peewee Powderpuff Pals!
"I agree, we really should move." Blair says, scanning the surrounding area, tracing the horde of zombies that seem to never end. The calm blue-green of his eyes seem to glow faintly that contrasts with the dark and ominous scene before him. The thought of how many more undead could still be lurking in the trees, in this whole town makes his heart sink even deeper. Feeling a big stronger after Silf's healing, Blair climbs up their horse, and encourages it into a trod. "We’re getting surrounded, it’s best we regroup.” He says to everyone, urging the others to move, glancing at the zombies closing on their position. "Silf, come."
With a sense of finality, he turns back to the undead and whispers a final curse under his breath. "Theirs not to reason why... Theirs but to do and die." The quiet words are uttered with a bitter taste, a reminder of the cruel fate of the undead, to be used then discarded.
Move: Climb on the horse
Action: Vicious Mockery on zombie 1: DC13 Wisdom save or take 1 psychic damage
Bonus Action: Mantle of Inspiration on Silf, Nobriki and Quatt. They gain 5 temp HP and can immediately use their reaction to move, without provoking opportunity attacks.
Nobriki definitely underestimated the frail looking form of the barmaid as he let himself be so distracted trying to protect Quatt from the big ole boy chef that he didn't see the impromptu cudgel coming at it from the other side, striking him in the stag like horns and slicing down across his face. The blow splits open the fuzzy flesh of his cheek and quite literally spins him around. All he can think of is that if his head was a bell you would have been able to hear it ringing!
Spun around as he is, he has a direct line of sight with Blair as a sound that can only be described as movement itself helps to right his vision and his footing, and he leaps forward excitedly, heading toward Blair. He stops just long enough to reach up and put a hand on Blair's mounted leg, whispering a prayer to his mistress to mend the muscle and knit the flesh. Afterwards, he will look for an opening in the zombies and head that way. Looking ahead to see if it is clear and indicating as such to his companions.
In his head he can't help but make a silent appeal to Titania, wishing he had some means of attacking at a distance! Perhaps one day, he tries to reassure himself...
Reaction: Movement to Blair per Mantle of Inspiration. Action: Lay On Hands to Blair for 5hp or whatever is remaining. Movement: 30 ft or whatever makes sense to head towards an opening in the zombies and check it out.
"There's more...coming from the treeline," Cal calls out as his radiance erupts from his hand and the first zombie shambling out from the forest ignites with Pelor's holy flame! "Beryl," he calls out to her as she glances from her foe towards the treeline!
"Blair and Cal are right," Beryl shouts to the party. "We can't win this if we don't know how many there are to fight," she says. "It could be happening to the hold area...or beyond," she barely manages to utter as she grips her axe with two hands, her forearms covered in zombie viscera!

OOC: Since Nobriki went I believe its Quatts turn? Im a little fuzzy on everyones position currently, so movement below is to try and connect with largest group of allies not in combat
Quatt hearing the others glances over to see more zombies coming, he knows he must leave to regroup but fears he cannot do so without further injury but then he hears Blair's words of inspiration and feels a lightness come upon him. And so he strikes out with his staff before trotting away from the zombies, he feels quicker and lighter than ever before, he thinks to himself that this must be like what hares feel like when he's seen them bouncing around the the fields above ground.
Action: Staff attack the zombie next to him 22 Damage 9 magical bludgeoning
Reaction: Mantle of inspiration movement with no AoO, up to 30 feet to nearest allies not in combat
Move: Up to another 30 feet to connect with allies if needed

"Retreat to the tavern, " Beryl calls out gruffly she then makes a loud series of whistles and Navar barrels over to her which she mounts the horse in a swift movement before digging in her heels and trotting towards Cal who holds a hand up. The cavalier then leans out grasping the halfling's out stretched hand taking it into hers and pulling him into her saddle! "Blair! To me," she adds looking at Blair atop his horse. "Let's give the others a chance to get inside," she explains.

Zombie blacksmith stays down.
Remaining zombies use their 20ft of movement to reach party members.
Zombie 6 attacks Eron 11 Damage: 4
OOC Beryl and Cal are remaining in initiative order! I am operating under the impression that the party is moving towards the front door of the tavern! I would say the party is 45ft from the entrance which is around the corner of the tavern from the barricade.
Blair closes his eyes for a moment, taking a deep breath and feeling the warmth of Nobriki's healing energy suffuse his body. As he exhales, he feels the tension and pain start to ebb away, replaced by a sense of calm and renewed strength. He opens his eyes and looks at Nobriki with gratitude, feeling a surge of respect and admiration for the paladin's divine powers.
"Thank you, Nobriki," he says, his voice softening with gratitude. "Your healing touch truly is a gift from the divine. And…” He trails off, his brows furrow in worry at seeing Nobriki’s injury. “Sorry I didn’t see they get you, I would’ve distracted them.” He heart pounds in his chest. They need to find a way out of this undead-infested labyrinth, and fast.
Blair scans the area around them, looking for any signs of weakness or openings they can exploit. He nods towards Beryl telling them to retreat to the tavern, he says. "Let's go that way.”
"OH don't you worry about me, ole buddy ole Blair! This is just a scratch (he says, wincing as he touches the gash), and my mistress has plenty more healing I can use to patch myself up... Unless of course one of you all need it first!"
Nobriki grabs Blairs sleeve and Quatt staff (assuming Quatt had headed this way), and tries to start dragging them toward the tavern.
" Let's get into the tavern and start preparing our defense so the others don't have to hold them back for any longer than necessary! Come on every body! "
OOC If you're moving towards the tavern you can do so freely by disengaging and moving your movement away. On round 4 if your PC still intends to go to the tavern I'll say your PC is out of initiative order! Those remaining to fight will remain in order.
Silf watches Blair and longs to follow, but she cannot bring herself to leave Eron holding the line. "Eron, we have to make for the tavern! Let's go!"
((If Eron disengages she'll disengage and follow Blair to the tavern))
Eron immediately disengages to catch up with the others at the tavern on his way he scoops up his bow. There is an ember of anger smoldering in Eron’s eyes, (Draconic) “Never touch the faerie!”
Eron’s visage cools a little seeing Nobriki wince touching his injury. “Here friend please take these.” He hands Nobriki 10 goodberries
As he retrieves his goodberries for Nobriki, he realizes he was hit by the stablehand zombie. Eron consumes 5 also.
As the remaining party rushes towards the tavern meanwhile Cal and Beryl remaining mounted on Navar. The two continue their assault on the zombies slowly shambling from the barricade and treeline! Beryl makes another trampling charge with Navar as Cal wields holy radiance that erupts from the cleric's hands!
Ending initiative order. Post at will!
