I'm going to say that Tyris and Laladak readied actions where for hostile creatures by the door. These are trying to hide and not by the door so you don't get the readied action.
Remember that these are 10 foot squares.
Laladak goes in and attempts to attack the skulk, but misses, maybe because of the spider husks.
As Shadow moves past the table another Dark Creeper attacks him from underneath the table Attack: 20 Damage: 13
Shadow takes a nasty dagger wound to the leg and then finishes his move and stabs the skulk in the back.
The rest of the party can make a free perception check with advantage (Laladak makes a normal check as he is in combat already) DC 12 to see the dagger flash out from beneath the table, otherwise you just see Shadow stumble on his way to attack the skulk.
how do you wanna play it? It looks like we should forgo the perception because he gave away his position, unless there is something special about the creature

He is a small humanoid hiding under the table and sliced Shadow's legs as Shadow went be. Shadow knows he's there as he is the one that got hit, but I made a Judgment call that he would remain hidden until his turn as the attack was an attack of opportunity. I then decided that to honor the spirit of the rules I would have everyone make a perception check with those who aren't in combat already make it with advantage. An opportunity attack is a reaction and therefore he can't do it again. Here is a Series of events
1. All creatures in the room make stealth checks to hide.
2. 2 of those creatures stealth checks where 14 or under.
3. Shadow unlocks the door and has a passive perception of 14, he sees the 2 characters that rolled badly.
4. Laladak moves to attack the skulk and misses, the skulk attacks Laladak and misses.
5. Shadow moves to flank the skulk with Laladak, moving past on if the tables. Under that table is a small creature that rolled well on his stealth check.
6. That hidden creature sticks out a hand with a dagger as Shadow is moving by. The table is still there providing cover and shadows, all that he reveals is his hand and the dagger at close to ground level.
7. The DM (me) decides that because his is small, under a table, and just sticks out a hand - he doesn't automatically reveal himself to the party at large, but because the rules state that he should have revealed himself the DM (me) decides to have everyone make a perception check with a medium-low DC and have those not already engaged in combat make it with advantage.
Oreus sees the hotheaded Ladalal attacking, he is not to blame: also the previous skulk didn't want to parley, and even if he wanted, he pratically cannot speak properly.
Oreus follows directly his companions towards the skulk to attack him with his glaive with both the hedge and the rear of the weapon.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The first Dark Creeper moves to flank Shadow with the skulk and attacks Attack: 18 Damage: 15 droping Shadow with a precise stab in the back.
Another Dark Creeper (DC2) moves out of the southern fireplace and moves to engage Oreus (10 feet from the door, in front of the northern table) Dagger Attack: 13 Damage: 14 dropping Oreus with a lucky strike to the kidney.
The Dark Creeper hiding under the table (DC3) moves to flank Laladak with the skulk and attacks with his dagger Attack: 22 Damage: 17

ooc: I have reaction when somebody enters in my reach because of my feat, maybe I kill him on the spot?!
Oreus was on guard and with the back of his eyes he saw that monster coming towards his flank, the paladin invokes the gods and immediately replies with a blow
REACTION: ATTACK: 19 Damage: 13
IF HIT: I also uses a spell to add damages for DIVINE SMITE: 8
Before the Dark Creeper makes his attack, Oreus attacks with his glaive and hits the Creeper, but not enough to take him down. The Dark Creeper then stab Oreus in the kidney and Oreus goes down.
(I'm not sure about using Divine Smite on a reaction and will have to do so research, but it won't be enough to take him down, however if it works the party can see that it really hurts the Dark Creeper).
(Thanks for the link, I wasn't able to find anything definitive.) Yes the Divine Smite worked and the Dark Creeper shied away from the radiant light. The next attack against him (DC2) can be made with advantage.

PERCEPTION 16
Tyris sees the hand come out from underneath the table and almost hamstring Shadow.
Oreus does not.
Oreus you can act before the others make their checks.
ooc: in order to know what to do it I need a confirmation:
I remember searching about giving away hiding place for someone who is hidden, indeed that's what I have found:

I got alot a doods
ooc: the hell of answer!, got it!
OREUS
Oreus sees the hotheaded Ladalal attacking, he is not to blame: also the previous skulk didn't want to parley, and even if he wanted, he pratically cannot speak properly.
Oreus follows directly his companions towards the skulk to attack him with his glaive with both the hedge and the rear of the weapon.
MOVE: VS THE SKULK
ATTACK: 21 Damage: 11
bonus ATTACK: 22 Damage: 7
Oreus moves next to Laladak and attacks the skulk on the diagonal. Both the blade and the butt of his glaive find there mark.
Tyris, Alben and Laladak can act
ooc: I have reaction when somebody enters in my reach because of my feat, maybe I kill him on the spot?!

REACTION: ATTACK: 19 Damage: 13

13 damages: is him or Oreus down?
Before the Dark Creeper makes his attack, Oreus attacks with his glaive and hits the Creeper, but not enough to take him down. The Dark Creeper then stab Oreus in the kidney and Oreus goes down.

ok, it seems DIVINE SMITE works even with reactions, https://www.reddit.com/r/dndnext/comments/7h5l8k/divine_smite_question/
nonetheless, Oreus is down
