Oreus attacks the Dark Creeper as it comes into range, getting a good blow in. Then he follows it up with his second Divine Smite which looks like it really hurt the creeper (The next single attack against DC1 will have advantage). Then the Dark Creeper drops Oreus for a second time.
The skulk says something to the Dark Creeper who answers, and the skulk moves out the door and up towards the forest room (right above Allen's position on the last map update)
The two half-elves don't make into the room but one casts healing word on Shadow for 6
The 1 Dark Creeper barks out an order the the other two, and then moves to attack Shadow with his dagger Attack: 16 Damage: 6 wounding Shadow.
The other two Dark Creepers take Oreus' glaive and Laladak's pike, and taking off their black cloaks wrap the weapons together in the dark cloaks, extinguishing the light from the room.
Tyris and Alben are up. Laladak make your 2nd Death Save.

Alben nods at the half elves before turning back, entering the south door and stepping west of the doorway. He will then cast magic missile at the skulk dealing 12 damage
If the skulk is still standing after the magic missile, Tyris moves into the room to the northwest corner and launches an arrow at it. If the magic missile kills it, he'll move into the room, keeping to the far wall, ending his movement by door J and shoot at DC1 (ignoring half or three-quarter cover due to the sharpshooter feat).
No sharpshooter for the attack if it's the skulk and it looks almost dead. If it's the Creeper and it looks more healthy, then sub 5 from the attack roll and add 10 to the damage.
Tyris moves to the J door and and prepares to shoot into the room, only to see that the light has been removed somehow. (There's enough light coming from the forest room that the dining hall is dim light.) Tyris can make another action.

Tyris threw a sunrod into the room, it bounces off a table leg and comes to rest by the door next to DC2.
Laladak makes his 2nd Death save.
One of the halfelves moves up to flank DC1 with Shadow and attacks with his Longsword Attack: 16 Damage: 10 followed by a shortsword Attack: 21 Damage: 4
The 2nd halfelf will take position in the tunnels mouth (so he can't be flanked) and fire his shortbow at DC1 Attack: Attack: 15 Damage: 9 + 3 radiant damage dropping him to his feet. Then he make a bonus action to shoot DC2 Attack: 8 Damage: 5 + 1 radiant damage which misses.
