Init 13

A child sized spider (SMS1) reveals it's self as it shoots a web at Laladak from the webbing on the ceiling. Web Attack 13. The webbing sticks to Laladak The and he is restrained by webbing. As an action, Laladak can make a DC 13 Strength check, bursting the webbing on a success. 

A second similar sized Spider (SMS2) moves along the web until it is above Laladak (10 feet) smd then descends on web filaments (15 feet) to attack Laladak's head with it's Bite Attack: 25 Damage: 4 + 3 piercing which hits Laladak. Laladak must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or take 1 poison damage. The spider then retreats back into the the web, ending its turn 5 feet above Laladak. 

The two Half Elves start moving towards the other hallway across the bath room from where the party is so they can use there bow and not get in the way. But as I have them in the back of the party Fario behind Tyris and Fellian bringing up the rear they won't get all the way there this turn.

Fario will shoot at SMS2 with his Composite Longbow Attack: 17 Damage: 11. His arrow finds the mark.

Fallian also shoots his Shortbow at SMS2 Attack: 21 Damage: 11. The largish spider now has two arrows sticking from its body.

Laladak make your Con save 

The party can act.

@Flyingmatthew: we need to know if I was right to use my reaction. If yes, the total damages of glaive plus 2 arrows is 32: is the spider still standing?

I need to know it especially because the space is narrow and I don't realize what Oreus can see or not

 I don't think you can attack the "web" that SMS1 shot at Laladak as it is being shot. That would be like using your reaction to attack an arrow an enemy shot as the arrow entered your space and I don't think that is possible. (You can attack the web directly, I just don't think you can use your reaction to do it.)

And you can't use your reaction to attack SMS2 as it is 5 feet above Laladak and you are 10 feet from Laladak, that would put the spider 15 feet from your position. 

Yes you would be able to see both SMS1 and SMS2 from your position.

OREUS

Oreus can see the spider who appeared some seconds ago against Ladalak but it is too far away to pierce it with the glaive, so he puts the glaive in his left hand, retrieves a javelin with his right hand, takes a second to calculate it won't catch any of his companion and then launches toward the ceiling at the spider.

FREE ACTION: Passing the glaive on left hand

MOVE ACTION: retrieve javelin

ATTACK with the javelin: Attack: 13 Damage: 3

Oreus throws his javelin at SMS2, the javelin hits the spider, but it is a glancing blow and the javelin falls to the ground narrowly missing Laladak. 

Tyris moves west until he can see the spiders, then launches an arrow at sms2.

(With sharpshooter) Attack: 9 Damage: 23

Cursing, low and creative, Laladak tries to burst from the web with all his might 

Strength Save: 10

Con Save: 13

Then he will control his breathing and ready himself for the next attack 

Second Wind: 5

Laladak looks at the spider within range of his Pike, "You mother****as ****ed up ******* with me!" 

Laladak's body absorbs the spider's poison, but he is able to break free from the webbing (in the future that is a Strength check not a Strength save so it's a +4 not a +6).

Tyris moves to where he can see the spiders and shoots it. Unfortunately his arrow sails right by the spider.

Alben will take up a spot in the hall and shoot his crossbow at the spider sms2. Attack: 24 Damage: 15

Alben moves behind Tyris and fires his crossbow at the spider above Laladak, but like Tyris he also misses the target.

Shadow will move diagonally north west to get next to Laladak and then again west into the half square so he clears the door way.  He draws a small vial of acid as he moves and then throws it at the spider above laladak

Attack: 15 Damage: 6
