I’m still too far to engage, so Vakiel will move up to 30ft seeking cover. At the sight of the Iron Circle, he becomes enraged. He will attempt to hurl a javelin at whatever target he can see (?) preferring to target a crossbow brigand if possible.
The drake is bowled over by Rustling Leaves in warhorse form, and the scaled creature is prone, the rider goes flying and needs to make an acrobatics check DC10 to avoid taking damage. If he fails he takes 3 bludgeoning damage.
Drake Rider acrobatics check: 10.
Augustin leaps from Rustling Leaves' back in a beautiful and spectacular manoeuvre and gets advantage on his attack on the prone drake. I might just give the creature disadvantage to try and beat Augustin's grapple attack.
Augustin has successfully grappled the much larger, and prone, drake. He can continue to grapple to hold it prone, which will give everyone else attacking it advantage on their attacks.
<Assuming Grimbald is the first to act in the party>
Grimbald shouts "That's them!. Take them" (Grimbald's attempt to confuse them!) and with a hand crossbow in each hand (and Dread Ambusher) makes 2 attacks on first round and one bonus action on the leader. Attack: 21 Damage: 4
Attack: 24 Damage: 5
bonus action Attack: 17 Damage: 1
then he will move up to 35 to get within melee of the crossbowers, hopefully imposing disadvantage on their crossbows,
Grimbald hurts the leader, making her stagger. She is bloodied already from this and Esa'switch bolt. However Grimbald does not have enough movement to get in melee range of the crossbowers, he's just a little short. Pun definitely intended.

Vakiel moves up using the building as cover and hurls his javelin at the closest crossbow wielding Iron Circle soldier. The soldier steps to one side with a sneer and the javelin misses.
Charging around the building are a rabble of six men and women in leather and Iron Circle tabards, wielding crossbows and carrying maces at their belt. They move in a disorganised manner, indicating these are likely new recruits or barely trained soldiers. They handle their crossbows with confidence so they've had some training in this at least. The rabble had obviously been hiding on the far side of the building as part of an ambush. They come around the south side of the building and vault over the low wall, when any trained soldier would have used the low wall for cover. They come out behind the party (except for Esa who was hanging back).
The loose their crossbows at whoever they can see.
The Priestess of Asmodeus casts hold person on the advancing Grimbald. Grimbald please make a Wisdom save DC13.
The drake struggles to break Augustin's hold on him. Need an Athletics check from Augustin. The Drake's athletics (which has advantage) check is: 23.
The two Iron Circle guards with crossbows near the priestess seem to trust that the drake and the drake rider will take care of Augustin and his horse. The shoulder their crossbows and replace them with shields, then take their spears out of the ground and charge at Grimbald.
Use these rolls if Grimbald is NOT HELD by the spell:
Iron Circle Guard 1: Attack: 5 Damage: 3.
Iron Circle Guard 2: Attack: 16 Damage: 6.
Use these rolls if Grimbald IS HELD by the spell:
Iron Circle Guard 1: Attack: 11 Damage: 9.
Iron Circle Guard 2: Attack: 17 Damage: 6.
The Drake Rider drops the lance he was wielding, and draws his shortsword and runs at RL the warhorse, as he can't get to Augustin. He stabs viciously, obviously competent with the weapon and knows where to place his blade to do maximum damage.
Drake Rider - Two shortsword attacks:
Attack 1: 10 Damage: 7.
Attack 2: 15 Damage: 9.
If he hits with any 1 attack, the Drake Rider also does an extra 3 sneak attack damage.
Here is what the map looks like. The drake rider should be in melee range of RL the warhorse. I'll fix that if I need to put a new version of the map out.
It is the party's turn. I still need a Wisdom save from Grimbald (DC13) and an Athletics check from Augustin (needs to beat 23).
Also I think RL the Warhorse attacked the drake and hit with its hoofs, which allowed the chance to knock prone, then gets another hoof attack as a bonus action at advantage. I don't think you did the bonus action hoof attack with advantage.

True, I didn't roll the attack at advantage, second roll just in case. Attack: 24 Damage: 16
Vakiel will step into the group of soldiers that appeared behind him, aiming to get as many within 10ft of him as possible.
They see his eyes turn pitch black and two skeletal, ghostly wings unfold from his back (NecroticShroud) he growls angrily at them “You’re on the wrong side of this war - get out of here now while you still can”
each of them must make a CHA saving throw (DC11) or become frightened of Vak until the end of my next turn (transformation lasts for 1 minute)

Esa calls out to Vakiel "Looks like you and I have this lot!"
She casts Wither and Bloom on the huddled group. Each within the 10ft sphere radius must make a CON14 saving throw 6 necrotic damage, half as much on a save.
Vakiel can also use hit die to heal, and add +4 to whatever you roll.

Augustin is yeeting off the charging horse at the drake.
Which I presume is his attack? Athletics 25

And then swing the drake like a club!
I'm just reminding you the drake is as big as a horse and is being ridden by an Iron Circle warrior type.
RL in horse form with Augustin riding him caromes into the red scaled drake.
The drake normally has advantage on Strength checks, but RL's cunning positioning has nullified that effect and catches the creature mid-stride.
Red Drake strength save: 313. (needs to equal or beat DC14).

I just found a battlemap for this encounter so might need to revise this statement. :\
Rustling Leaves' hoofs smash into the prone drake, cracking some scales and causing the creature to hiss in pain and fury.
As Augustin lands on the creature and wraps his arms around its neck, the creature tries to resist the grapple.
Strength check with disadvantage: 13

Athletics check to ruin the birds life! (Done on dnd beyond due to being on the phone) Augustin will use HIS inspiration to give himself advantage!
