The rest of the party are hurrying (taking the dash action) to the sounds of combat. Esa hangs onto RL, but Augustin will be tripping over roots and stumbling in the dark, so he will arrive one round later.

Esa waits until she is about 60ft from the lit up enemies and let's go of RL and flying up slightly. She targets the largest cluster of lit up beings and casts Wither and Bloom. Grimbald can have the healing if he's close enough.
