Wildhunt. While shifted, you have advantage on Wisdom checks, and no creature within 30 feet of you can make an attack roll with advantage against you unless you’re incapacitated.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Augustin is pretty confident the boys in here can handle the remaining two hobgoblins.
He will turn to the most injured one and start caving in his skull with his Sceptre, moving his attacks to the other one as the first goes down. If he can move into an advantageous position he will. If it requires one dog to move forward a bit it will. After this, his dogs are directed to run around the block and cover us, communicating what they see.
First: Attack: 14 Damage: 13
Second: Attack: 21 Damage: 12
Bonus (if one dies or I get a crit): Attack: 18 Damage: 12
The remaining two hobgoblins go down under a combination of Grimbald's crossbow bolt and Augustin's red sceptre.
The dogs remain outside, the shouts, screams, and wailing has them spooked and eager for action.
Vakiel checks the bodies and relieves the hobgoblins of their money pouches (total 133sp, 48cp, 112 iron bits). They have splint mail and greatswords. Kaltis, the high priest of Asmodeus, has a ring that looks like it might be magical, a red sceptre similar to the one Augustin is using, a holy symbol of Asmodeus around his neck, and a pouch of diamonds which will total 500gp, possibly being used for a spell component. Vakiel considers this, such a princely treasure would be hard to sell in the poverty striken Harkenwold.
Outside Esa notices the Iron Circle group to the south with the two dragonborn soldiers have noticed an empty cart with a cage going past. Now they seem to have noticed that the soldier they sent to check in at the trading post has not returned. One of the dragonborn shouts orders and is gathering the other soldiers. Looks like they are all coming to see what's up.
Vakiel, barely containing his rage, will grab the coins, ring, holy symbol, sceptre, & pouch. Hell the. Stick his head into the room the cleric came from to check it...
The cleric came from a corridor with several other doors. One is slightly ajar with a light from a candle in it. Vakiel can hear frightened whispering from behind the door.
This seems to be an office. Vakiel sees a stout man with thinning hair looking alarmed as he sees the barbarian looking at him. Vakiel think this is likely to be Rennis, the owner of Harkenwold Trading Post. A woman of similar age stands in front of two frightened adolescent children and gives Vakiel a worried look.
The Iron Circle group is coming through the village towards the trading post, they are on alert but confident.
As discussed on messenger, party will start in the following locations, ready to ambush. I'll need a group stealth check (including one roll for all the dogs) with advantage, then an initiative roll. Don't forget most heavy and medium armour give disadvantage on stealth, so advantage will bring your roll back to normal.
I'm going to assume Esa and Leth are actually on the other side of the peak of the roof, lying flat. Not standing like superman with hands on hips at the front. When the battle starts they can take a small step forward.
Stealth for Augustin: (hiding in the house): 4 Not sure how disadvantage is working in this scenario.
Stealth for the hounds: 14
You don't need to roll with disadvantage, as you get advantage for being in a house so it's just a flat roll for you. But you rolled a 5 and a 3 so I'll accept the 5 which was rolled first and assume your total is a 6.

Vakiel takes a critical hit.
Rolling on the slashing critical injury table: 18
Minor Scar. The scar doesn't have any adverse effect. Magical healing of 6th level or higher, such as heal or regenerate, removes the scar.
It is now the party's turn.
Esa sees the soldier she killed hasn't been missed yet. The screams coming from where the devils are slaughtering everyone are terrible.

Augustin flashes a big dumb toothy grin at Vakiel.
"Fooled you, check the bodies for anything for anything interesting, particular any healing potions"
"We need to move quickly, those screams are getting worse, maybe we look into that"
His eyes still haven't adjusted quite adjusted back to normal yet.

From Ricks post, it is.
The Iron Circle troops include two dragonborn, nine soldiers, and a spellcaster coming from 3 on the map. minus one soldier perhaps?

Correct on all counts.
Vakiel will cautiously head towards the whispering and glance into the room

Vakiel will step into the room, point at Rennis and growl 'Stay'.
Intimidation (if needed) 8
Stepping back out he will shut the door & attempt to jam his dagger between the door and frame to bar the door.
Then he'll head back to catch up with the others
