I would very much like to pick up my shield captai America style and move to a javelin :)
Roger that. At the end of your turn you have your shield (as a free interact with object action) and used your bonus action to cast shield of faith. You can draw your javelin at the start of your next turn.
Esa grumbles at her limited spell slots remaining. Then she thought she might as well fire bolt the dragonborn attacking Augustin. He was going to resist, sure, but he wasn't immune. Any little bit might help. She pops around the chimney, sights the dragonborn and gets the spell away, then ducks back around the chimney to avoid any return fire.
Spell Attack: 16 Damage: 13.
"Leth! No one is minding us, stop crying and help. Shoot that scaly ****! Then duck down again!"
Let scowls and pops his head above the roof peak. No one is looking at them, so he grabs his bow and stands next to the chimney and shoots at the dragonborn menacing Augustin, lying flat again behind the roof peak afterwards.

Vakiel will attack the IC soldiers in front of him, prioritising the one that looks more injured (if either at all), moving from one to the other if one drops.

Vakiel drops both Iron Circle soldiers, and is now left facing the black-scaled dragonborn war priest.
Tanya: If the priest is still in the spot on the map (thus not triggering an opportunity attack) can vakiel move to the follow spot after attacking the guards...
DM: When Vakiel moves something strange happens. At position 3 down 1 left from his end move position he bumped into someone invisible. He keeps going but now he knows someone invisible is on the battlefield. Vakiel is in line of sight and hearing of RL, Esa, and Grimbald so he can yell out to them and let them know.

RL would like to move to location provided in chat and take a spear attack at where he assumes Vakiel bumped into the invisible thing, 10ft reach on spear.

RL moves to the place where Vakiel is gesturing for him to go. He jabs his Starlight Spear forward and is rewarded with the spear meeting resistance and a cry of pain.
Grimbald fires two bolts at the priest. (Hunter's Mark) Attack: 22 Damage: 11 and Attack: 22 Damage: 13 then scurries to shift his position behind the roof peak to keep them guessing where on the roof he is.
Red scaled dragonborn takes two swings at Augustin:
Attack 1: 19 Damage: 5.
Attack 1: 12 Damage: 11.
If he hits and Augustin is still standing, the paladin cannot gain hit points until the start of his next turn.
If Augustin is down the dragonborn will then move away from whoever is taking snipes at him and go around the corner.
The black-scaled dragonborn warpriest presents her holy symbol of Tiamat and rains unholy fire down on Rustling Leaves. He must make a DC15 wisdom save or take 9 radiant damage and be blinded until the start of the war priest's next turn. On a save take half damage and will not be blinded. Then it will close with Rustling Leaves to stand next to him.
From the invisible person there is the chanting of a spell, and cone of freezing air blasts towards Vakiel. The barbarian must make a DC14 Constitution save or take 38 cold damage (ouch). Save for half damage. Then there is a puff of dust as the invisible person is on the move somewhere.
Vakiel becomes a frozen statue at the corner of the building. Rustling Leaves is blinded until the start of the dragonborn war priest's next turn.
It is the start of round 5 and the party's turn. The black X is the last known location of the invisible spellcaster - you are pretty sure of course, it is the Iron Circle mage who has cast greater invisibility on himself. The blue X is the frozen statue of Vakiel.

On your turn, yep. If you pick up your shield you'll not be able to use your greatsword, but you could use your javelin as a melee weapon.

Grimbald hears the front door (facing the priest) of the house under him open but nobody seems to emerge.

Sadly the fire bolt does not penetrate the dragonborn's splint armour, and Leth's shot is even worse, missing the target entirely.

Vakiel will shift to the corner of the building Augustin is in (as per chat).
When he bumps into something invisible on the way through he curses and shouts “there’s another magic wielder on the road”

I didn't know how to make that map smaller from copy and paste.
