This dark hallway extends northward. The floor is clean, devoid of dirt as if mopped.
Rustling Leaves (with a very high passive perception) notices some runes inscribed on both walls, 5ft from the door, about human chest height. Fairly small and hard to see, especially in the dark.

RL will hold up his hand and tell Augustin to stop and stay back. He will then ritually cast detect magic to see if he can work out what the runes might do.
Augustin gets out his hand crossbow, and remembering seeing how Grimbald gets off accurate shots, uses his other hand to steady and shoots at one of the faintly seen marks on the wall. He closes one eye and sights it, and squeezes the trigger.
Grimbald suspects the same cleaning mechanism at play in the sarcophagus room - an ooze of some kind - has been through here also. The ooze appears to be absorbing all corpses, dirt, grime, arthropods, anything. There are some stains on the stone floor in the space between the two sigils/runes/glyphs/graffiti which does not look like blood, but something else?
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
It is fine. The owl flies through without triggering anything.
Esa flies up behind Rustling Leaves and perches on his shoulder.
"If it's a trap, and that's what it is likely to be, and the owl didn't die - good move by the way, clever - AND we know that oozes can bypass it, then it is likely triggered by a particular something. Humanoids in general? Humanoids who do not bear the sign of Orcus? Mammals? Who knows?"
"Can't understand this demonic cult rune rubbish. It makes no sense. It's the equivalent of trying to read an apothecary's script! We'll just have to try something else."
Grimbald says, "Ive got this" backs up a few paces, wriggles his but "Dwarves are known for their long jump...or was that squirrels?' and does a running jump over the suspicious stuff on the ground.
As Grimbald leaps through the space, the runes on each side glow briefly and green glowing darts of magic energy flash towards the dwarf as he is in mid-air. Four magical darts are released, one fizzles almost immediately, perhaps as a result of the degradation of the glyphs over time. The other three fly at Grimbald.
Attack 1: 10 Damage: 3
Attack 2: 22 Damage: 1
Attack 3: 12 Damage: 4
For each of these that hit, Grimbald must make a DC15 Constitution save or take poison damage.
Meanwhile the spiritual owl flies north and finds a hexagonal room with three exits.
This hexagonal room has old blood stains in the stone around a rusted grate in the centre of the floor. The floor slopes downward from the walls to the grate. The floor is clean, free of dirt, but there are cobwebs high up where ceiling meets wall.
The Owl will hang around in the hexagonal room as an early warning mechanism. RL will throw his last vial of alchemist fire at the runes (his dex is +2)
The map is slightly wrong - Grimbald Squirrelking is about 10 feet inside the hallway. He notices there are two torches in sconces on either side of the wall about halfway down the hall.

The detect magic results in a reading of abjuration magic. Arcana check please.

Can Augustin try and shoot at them to see if they explode? His logic is based on the last explodey runes.
Augustin gets out his hand crossbow, and remembering seeing how Grimbald gets off accurate shots, uses his other hand to steady and shoots at one of the faintly seen marks on the wall. He closes one eye and sights it, and squeezes the trigger.

The hand crossbow bolt breaks on contact with the wall. Missed the mark on the wall.
Augustin has 19 bolts left. He considers how many he is willing to expend on the task.
Grimbald investigates the suspiciously clean floor, suspecting traps.15

RL will summon a wild companion owl and fly that between the symbols but he is pretty sure it should be fine.

She peers at the sigils.
Arcana check 23.
Esa huffs.

RL will send his owl up the corridor until it discovers a door or a corner or detects something in the tunnel out to a range of 100ft max

Grimbald tries to spiral in mid-air to avoid the magical poison darts - he avoids one but two strike home.
Need two DC15 Con saves or take (in order)
Dart 1 7 poison damage.
Dart 2 9 poison damage.
