You are in a room with windows with several doors leading into other rooms, and one door leading out. This seems to be some kind of meeting hall, probably used for festivals and village meetings when the weather is bad - which is 11 months of the year.
Stryke will wildshape into a wolf and use his nose to find what the goblins were doing to try to find the supplies Grimbald and Stryke heard them talking about
Stryke's nose leads him to a door, which he scratches on.
Vakiel opens the door and there is a room filled with crates, barrels, and casks. You estimate maybe 60 of them, far too many to fit on the cart. This would have taken a few carts to bring this and likely a few trips.
Looking through them you find supplies as if someone was going to be staying here - enough for a biggish army for a few days, or a small army for an extended stay. There is rations (jerky, dried fruit, salted meat), some alcohol, oil and lamps, tools and rope, a lot of horse feed, a crate of manacles - indicating they expected to take prisoners, boots, blankets, and bedrolls.
The only weapons are bunches of crossbow bolts and javelins. Probably the army would be bringing their own weapons and armour with them.
Haha we're rich! We'll eat like kings and queens! Where do we store this bounty? I'll find some hollow trees nearby. plus, an army on an empty stomach will turn on their own, starve em out I say. Almost forgot, we've got a temple to protect down there.
I think we load on as much of what Fernie thinks will be most useful for Aldbridge (did I get that name right? Can’t remember sorry!) and send them with a warning not to return as we expect the IC will be returning here in the near future.
Grimbald thinks protecting the temple is the priority. It needs to stay hidden. move what can be moved by cart, store the rest in the undercroft, partially collapse the main building to cover this entrance, leave a scattering of provisions outside to show the supplies have been ransacked. Leave a trail to suggest we have headed to the woods.

Partially collapsing the main building is probably not going to be possible but the rest might be. You can certainly pile up rubble atop the trap door.
Fernie suggests dumping the furniture and non-essential items from the cart, maybe put them back in the house as if they never left. Then there is more room for food, javelins, crossbow bolts.
Each hobgoblins had chainmail, shield, longsword, and longbow. They were killed by a moonbeam, so their armour is actually intact. Although it does have an Iron Circle emblem on the shoulder guards.
The goblins had their small shields and jagged curved blades, and shortbows..
You bring the horse and cart back to the village hall and all unload the furniture, stacking it as if it were ready for loading.
You spend time putting as many food crates and barrels on the cart, almost being dangerously overloaded. You make sure you pack all the crossbow bolts and javelins as well. Then rope to tie it all on. The poor horse! Fernie reckons she and the kids will walk to make it easier for the animal.
Only about a third of the crates and barrels fit on the cart. The rest of the supplies go underground, and then you load planks and rubble on top of the trap door. You go back to the original house you entered the Undercrofts from, and make sure that is hidden as well.
You take handfuls of supplies and leave a trail to the nearby light woods. Grimbald tells you to walk backwards in your own tracks so that it looks like you only went one way.
The sun is low on the horizon by the time you are all done. Fernie asks if you want to come back to Albridge and rest there before heading out again tomorrow. Otherwise you'll have to rest on the road. There's no way of getting to the Gravelstoke Mansion by dark. Or you could hole up here in Marl and rest. That would save you a couple of hours. It's unlikely there will be any Iron Circle soldiers coming from Harken today.
Also what will you do with the bodies of the hobgoblins and goblins? You could leave them, bury them, burn them. Crows are already taking eyeballs.
Grimbald suggests we need to leave our 'mark' somehow. let the iron circle know it was us, not the villagers. Let nature take its course on the bodies, but Ill shoot a bolt through an iron circle emblem onto the door of the main building. What else can we leave as a mark of 'we were here, we did this'?
Stryke sniffs out three families hiding in their area of the Undercroft, and with Lars' help you convince them you are friends. The families gratefully accept the offer of accompanying Fernie to Albridge.

Augustin kills the last goblin.

With the last goblin dead, the party takes a breather and reflects on their actions in the last few hours.

Vakiel will go get Fernie (and the kids) and the cart to load it with anything else we may find before sending them back to town.

Stryke supports this plan
Yep

yep just disguise the trapdoor as best we can
Grab some rations for us as well.
Are we getting a shield for Augustine, or any other armour for anyone?

Stryke while in wolf form will smell around the village looking for other survivors or anything else that smells unusual.
