Dakota dodges the bolt but the bullet sinks into his shoulder
Both bolts hit Kestin (16 & 15 damage) another flies into Jan (16 damage), and you see why they're using such outdated weaponry. The bolts sprout withered black leaves and expand, trying to wrap round. Please can you make Dexterity saving throws? Disadvantage for Kestin, who was hit twice
The bullet clips Dakota, dealing 17 damage and opening a wound in their side. They'll take 1d4 damage at the start of their turns until they regain at least 1hp (or take an action to attempt a medicine check).
Kass dodges the bullet on this one

Dakota rears back, black blood dripping from his wound. He winces in pain and aims his revolver a second time. His eyes narrow in concentration, an audible click sounding from his gun followed by the sickening crack of thunder rumbling overhead. The clouds flash with lightning and it strikes down a second time.
Have the three on the opposite side make DC 19 DEX saves, taking 35 lightning damage on a fail, half on a success. As a bonus action, he casts shield of faith and takes 4 damage

Both avoid the worst of it, but as they splutter from poisonous gas, they're really not looking good, particularly the third one who took the full brunt of Kestin's fire

Kass is going to run over with his glaive out, "I really hope you aren't guards." and try to get next to as many people within 10 feet as possible.
Action surge, plus normal action will be all attacks

Remaining are two next to Kass' end of the street, one at the other end of the street and two somewhere up in the roof, of though you can't make them out yet
"You know, even if they are guards" Kestin starts, hus voice slightly muffled by his mask, "This is just... self defence." He explains, thought his voice has a grin to it as he pulls out another vial. This time however, he lifts his mask slightly and swallows the bubbling fluid as a bonus action. Then, using his movement he's gonna scale the building (how tall is it? Depending on how tall it is the the rest of my turn changes)
As he reaches the top of the building, he pulls down his mask, revealing his grin to the two gunners on top, "Howdy friends" He laughs, green mist gathering on his tongue before he releases a Blas of poison.
*Kestin is on the roof of a nearby warehouse with the two unharmed rifle shooters, Dakota and Jan are in the middle of the street where you both started. 30ft from them in one direction is another assailant, with a crossbow and mostly unhurt. 30ft from them at the other end of the street is Kass with two more, who look more hurt.*

Then in that case, Jan cracks his knuckles, his leather gauntlets glowing brighter---like glowsticks---with each pop of a joint. "Oi, why're ye hidin' back there with a crossbow, ye coward?" the Duregar rumbles, storming over to the assailant with a very grumpy expression on his face. Then he socks him in the mouth as hard as he can. Twice. Like two claps of thunder, they're not fast, but he aims to make it as powerful and effective as he can.
Two attack actions; both melee attacks with the Guardian Armor's Thunder Gauntlets: 27 to hit, for 8 thunder damage! 21 to hit, for 10 thunder damage!
