Initiative: 22
(OOC: Sorry, I'm too busy to post until tomorrow. Also, DM, I know Shape Water cannot freeze creatures, but does it apply to something like golems too?)
A dark thrill courses through Bianka's veins. There's nothing that makes her come alive than facing monsters and studying them. "Ah, living armour! How long have I yearned for this encounter, to meet your kind and... test this!"
The wizard flings her water bag into the air. Her owl, Kiri, intercepts it, deftly pouring its contents onto the armour's head.
Bianka twirls her finger, guiding the liquid , seeking entry into the armour through its gaps.
Action:
Owl: Drop the water onto the armor.
Bianka: Channel the water into the armour's interior.
OOC: I attempt to manipulate the armour with the water, Taking a Shove Action with Bianka's spell casting modifier (5).

The Animated Armor is by no means waterproof, and in fact has large gaps between its plates of metal where normally the clothes of the wearer would be visible. So as you attempt to water-blast it (shove) the armour, much of the water gushes through the armour.
(Please let me know which direction you were shoving it. As it's standing against a wall, I am assuming towards the opposite direction, i.e. central opening in the staircase?)
Wishing he had a means to drag the armour even further forward and throw it down the stairwell, Alcazar is forced to resort to more traditional methods. He also looks nervously ahead, hoping or a way to make it nearer the next floor as fire leaps from his hand.
Attack: 18; Damage: 2
Movement (if possible): A little further up the stairs.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
As Bianca's familiar pours water over the animated armor, Bianka magically turns this into a sideways blast of water that shoves the Armor quite close to the edge of the balcony overlooking the stairs. The blast of water comes out through the various gaps in the armor and is now mostly gone, trickling down the staircase (if you want to try this again, you would need a fresh bit of water) .
Rojer's arrow flies true and strikes into the Armor, sticking into its chestplate and causing some cracks.
Alcazar's flame hits and singes the armor, but only leaves a small scorchmark (unlucky on the damage roll) as he moves up the stairs past Janek. (I am assuming you stop before you leave he armor's reach and trigger an attack of opportunity)
Armor's Turn:
The rusty armor seems to have shaken off its initial stillness and dust, and tries to hit both Alcazar and Janek:
Against Alcazar: Attack: 5 Damage (bludgeoning): 8
Wishing he had a means to drag the armour even further forward and throw it down the stairwell, Alcazar is forced to resort to more traditional methods.
(Assuming you walk to the right side first, you can use the Shove which is available to everyone if you want to try and push the Armor down the stairs)
Shove
Using the Attack action, you can make a special melee attack to shove a creature, either to knock it prone or push it away from you. If you're able to make multiple attacks with the Attack action, this attack replaces one of them.
The target must be no more than one size larger than you and must be within your reach. Instead of making an attack roll, you make a Strength (Athletics) check contested by the target's Strength (Athletics) or Dexterity (Acrobatics) check (the target chooses the ability to use). You succeed automatically if the target is incapacitated. If you succeed, you either knock the target prone or push it 5 feet away from you.
The rusty armor seems to have shaken off its initial stillness and dust, and tries to hit both Alcazar and Janek:
Against Alcazar: Attack: 5 Damage (bludgeoning): 8
Against Janek: Attack: 12 Damage (bludgeoning): 8
With some squeaking of metal hinges, the Armor attempts to swing its iron mailed fists at you, but is still somewhat slow and both Alcazar and Janek manage to deftly dodge the swinging fists. (no hits, given your ACs)
Janek draws a longsword with his right hand, still holding a torch to provide light in the other. He makes a broad swing at the armor. (Longsword Attack: 14 Damage: 8)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Thromlin walks up the steps a little to get a better look at the bodiless armor,"How unnatural!"he exclaims as he lifts the flame he has been carrying up to his lips and blows on it, sending it hurtling towards the unmanned armor.
Bianka used an interesting trick with water to shove the Armor close to the edge of the Stairs. (No damage, but one more shove might tip it over to fall down the two floors).
Rojer's hit it with an arrow. Damage 8 (I actually made a mistake here, as I somehow must have looked up the wrong AC. This shouldn't have hit, but the mistake is alreayd made, let's call it a fluke lucky shot and stick with it)
Alcazar's flame hits and singes the armor. Damage 2
On its turn, the tries to slam Alcazar and Janek but both manage to evade the attacks. (two misses)
Janek attacks with his sword, but the blow glances harmlessly off the armor's heavy metal. (miss)
Thromlin shoots flames at the armor, but despite its rust and dust, it somehow manages to bend just in time to dodge the blast. (miss)
Cumulative damage to armor: 10 points
It looks a little worse for wear, with some scratches and soot, but shows no major damage yet.
Bianka is up next, followed by Rojer and then Alcazar.

"Well that was different." Rojer remarks as he draws his bow and fires an arrow at the suit of armor.
