If stuff is happening and I don’t have time because party is moving on or there’s not a safe place to spend 10 mins, just throw it in there that the time has run out so I know that if you don’t mention any magical aura it’s not necessarily because there isn’t any...it’s because my spell isn’t active :)

"Yep, definitely dangerous." He follows the party, mentioning that the Storm Seals are probably being attracted to this area by the massively overcharged battery.
The group seems to have joined Mub up on the catwalk and then migrated from there to the nearby doorway that seems to lead outward to an opening in the top of the hill that covers this place. Nobody has interacted with the nearby strange glass orb sitting affixed to its metal stand, radiating calming emotions from some sort of magical cauliflower-shaped gemstone inside of it. Also the group seems to have decided that not making physical contact with the gigantic black cube is a wise decision, at it seems to vaporize things that get too close to it. That being said, there is a set of wooden planks leading from the catwalk on the far side across the stone to a huge demonic-looking skull resting on the dark stone itself. There are two other spiral stairs leading down from the catwalk as several passageways leading out of the room below. Also down below, two of the large skull-headed suits of armor seem to be working with a large sheet of metal like the ones hanging from the top of the catwalk near the stone. There is another passage way up here on the other side of the stone that the party is also considering exploring. up above all of this, Storm Seals of various sizes lazily drift in circles among the strange glowing blue liquid orbs that float through the air.

((Meta do the orbs surrounding the gemstone seem to be physical? Or like a misty/fluidic type of orb with the fragment inside?))
To the party: “Part of me wants to destroy those golem things before they finish whatever this thing is. That giant skull seems like a good thing to destroy from a distance. My guess is it has something to do with the skulls down below.”
((Yes, they are physical, like glass, though it may just be a physical shell and the strange cauliflower-shaped gem inside may be floating in a liquid suspension.))

The floating watery glowing orbs in the air are significantly larger than you bag's opening. Are you wanting to see if you can skim off some of the glowing liquid into your bag? And are you at all concerned about what things may already reside in said bag?
Also, an acrobatics check would be acceptable to maneuver around to accomplish your task.

If my detect magic spell is still active, I will walk around towards the other door until I am in range of the spell. If not I will look around that doorway to see where it leads. Not going through the thresh hold though.
Kathra watches Mub fly in the general direction of one of the watery orbs. She seems to think about shouting a warning or something, but then, after glancing at her own tattoos, shrugs and lets it be.
She does brace herself for something bad to happen, though.
Gavin turns in time to see Mub and thanks to himself “Ruh Roh Raggy”. This may go sideways in a hurry. He keeps a close eye on the the storm seals, prepared to cast Spirit Guardians if they become aggressive and get to close.

Mub going to take his bag and try and scoop up one of the orbs in the air then take it back to the party.

...Mub look at the big orb then back in his back then he just stares at the orb.

The other doorway leads down a short hallway and then up a long, unlit stairway to an upper room that you can't really make out.
