We will keep the same initiative order and then everyone will delay until your initiative, so you will effectively go first. Legendary Actions will start as soon as someone enters the Lair and then initiative will pick back up after your turn.

"I will enter with Leroy and Roxo first," Akkron announces. "Everyone else give me a moment so that both the dragons and I can unleash several area effects without fear of friendly fire, and then you can all join us to beat the beast into submission."
Before entering, Akkron will pull out his two Potions of Invulnerability and give one to each of the dragons (as they're going to be in melee with the ARD and Akkron will try to stay near the back where the only real danger will be the fire breathe, which he has already taken a potion of resistance for). Then he will enter.
He starts by casting lightning bolt from his staff of power, dealing 35 Lightning damage on a failed DC 24 Dex save (half on a success).
Then the two dragons will both charge in and use their breathe weapons on the ARD.
For Leroy the GDD's breathe weapon, the ARD must make a DC 18 Dex save or take 48 Necrotic damage (half on a success)
For Roxo's breathe weapon, the ARD must make a DC 17 Strength save or take 41 Force damage and its speed becomes 0 until the start of Roxo's next turn (half damage on a success, and its speed is not reduced).

This may have been an oversight, but I think one of your dragons is naturally immune to the Frightened Condition and Akkron and the other dragon were the ones who could have eaten the Heroes feast. That means that Roxo doesn't get the temps but that Leroy does, for all three of you to have immunity to the Frightful Presence.
Because of the 30 foot range of Singularity Breath, Roxo needs to be in the room 30 feet from the ARD. However, the room is just 85 feet in diameter, so with the size of the ARD and the Size of Leroy the GDD, your death dragon can be standing nearly anywhere. Not to mention, the range of lightning bolt is 100 feet which exceeds the diameter of the room. The only condition is that I won't allow ranged attacks from outside of the entrance-way, you must be making attacks form the gray squares, call it a line of sight issue with the entrance being obscured or however you like to justify the mechanics. That means Rogues can sneak in and out of gray squares, plus I'm setting up an Arcane Gate for melee'ers and Healers to get into the room without bottle-necking the entrance.
For the next round of initiative, please provide your coordinates for you, Roxo, and Leroy, in the room. Also, if you have a preference for the 10x10 foot arcane gate, let me know, I was planning to put it 20 feet from the ARD, in a location that doesn't block either of your dragons from getting into melee range.
OOC, I'm preparing myself for a large number of casualties in the coming rounds, with Revivify on hand as needed. This combat is way above Encounter Level and some of the lower level followers just don't have the HP to deal with what's about to come.
