This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"Yes! Yes! What Mr Zeds said! He is a very nice and good man! Please listen to him!" Krackle would add, glancing towards his direction before continuing to look for the people they helped escape...
Through all the commotion you hear a baby cry and see the family you saved. The mother Linan Swift steps forward and vouches for Krackle. Plus considering Zeds words and Krackle's persuasive sincere tone the gate guards relent raising their spears. "Alright I get it you not one of them. Take your lizard to the stables and make sure it does not chomp on the horses. After your done go see Governor Nighhill. He will be in his study that way" says the guard first pointing towards the dining hall and then to the study.
"Thank you..." Krackle would say with a nervous smile... "come... come on jr.. let's get you tucked in for tonight" He would whisper as he tried to direct the lizard into a stable. Once parked inside he would slide down the side of the scaly beast and begin rummaging through his pack. "Here.. you can lay on this.." He would say as he pulls out a small bedroll with some gnomish letting stitched along the edges. Before going he would pull two more rations worth of meat from the pack and feed them to Jr. "Here, please don't eat any people or horses OK? us dragons gotta stick together" With a smile he would give Jr another pat on the head before quickly scurrying back to the group.
There were no coins on the masked rider, but you did find a prayer written in draconic which praised dragons as the apex species and where other races should bow down to dragons.
Zeds keeps the daggers unless Krackle or someone else requests on. Always good to have more blades on hand. The component pouch he would wrinkle his nose at and then offer it around to the others, basically just dumping it out if nobody laid claim to it. (Did I get the mask?)
"Perhaps we should tie a leash to him so he cant get too close to the horses?" Zeds suggests to Krackle as he is stabling the beast.
When Zeds mentions securing the lizard, the kobold would nod. he would once again begin rummaging through his pack and pull out a rope. in a matter of moments he would work the rope around the Jr's neck and secure it to the stable... making sure he had room to move but unable to reach the nearby horses.
then, turning towards his companions he would clutch his bag and look up towards the group. "Umm I just wanted to say thanks... for not abandoning me at the tavern... and for helping with those guards..." he would say as he looked up with big round eyes. "I... uhh... never had anyone stick up for me or look after me before." After a moment he would shake his head and point down the hall. "I guess we should get moving to see the governor"
The guard says "Yeah up ahead in the 3rd room on the left. Took it over for himself, though he is helping in his own way by offering supplies" says the guard.
Realizing the guard is ignoring his pleas he gives up and joins the others.
I don't think anyone is going to be willing to leave the keep till morning... and I'm too exhausted to go myself it would just be suicide. What now friends is our companionship up or should we go as a group to the Mayor. I think we could be uses full in this crisis.
Ironthar does your employer sell clothes? I'd like to wash and change before pleading my case for aid. I don't want to delay any longer then we have to, but besides the keep the temple is the safest place in the city I've seen. It's also most likely to be targeted for its treasure and relics (I made an assumption I'll edit if that's not true).

Persuasion once more? 19
Through all the commotion you hear a baby cry and see the family you saved. The mother Linan Swift steps forward and vouches for Krackle. Plus considering Zeds words and Krackle's persuasive sincere tone the gate guards relent raising their spears. "Alright I get it you not one of them. The large dining hall was transformed into a makeshift stables. Upon entering you see a horse munching on some velvet curtains.
"Thank you..." Krackle would say with a nervous smile... "come... come on jr.. let's get you tucked in for tonight" He would whisper as he tried to direct the lizard into a stable. Once parked inside he would slide down the side of the scaly beast and begin rummaging through his pack. "Here.. you can lay on this.." Yes Zeds has the mask as well.
Ironthar is just too tired to deal with the stubborn guard, he’s glad the matter resolved before he have to put his hand to it.
“Let’s get inside. I’m bloody tired”
As soon as the guards relaxs he approaches them.
Good Sirs did Priest Falconmoon make it in?
The guard shakes his head 'No he is not here. Damn he must still be at the temple. I don't know how long he can survive."
Krackle would take the component pouch
When Zeds mentions securing the lizard, the kobold would nod. he would once again begin rummaging through his pack and pull out a rope. in a matter of moments he would work the rope around the Jr's neck and secure it to the stable... making sure he had room to move but unable to reach the nearby horses.

Stirling still with the guards starts pleading with them.
"Then you must sends some guards to rescue him and any others who took refuge in the temple!"
Stirling, exhausted covered in blood and at some point had soiled himself, is a pitiful sight.
"Maybe the governor can send some men to get him?" Krackle would suggest to Stirling as he placed a small hand on his blood soaked leg.
Once inside, Ironthar looks around for his employer.
Perception 15
“I’m searching for a merchant named Morahn Goldhand, is he here?” He asks the guards.
The guard says "Yeah up ahead in the 3rd room on the left. Took it over for himself, though he is helping in his own way by offering supplies" says the guard.
Realizing the guard is ignoring his pleas he gives up and joins the others.

"I... want to stick together..." Krackle would reply as he held on to Stirlings leg... "I think we should go together to see the governor.."
"I would like that. The gods brought us together I think we a fated to do something great. But before the Mayor maybe some change of clothes for me"
Stirling takes off the leather armor and tosses aside the crossbow he got from the cut throat.
(Sorry missed Sterling's post. In essence the guard says unless he is ordered to go, he is staying put.)
