Templeton will dip down around the barrels and back up into the room (BA Disengage) Grabbing and arrow he draws and shoots at the one that attacked him.
Nari manages to move over the cistern and put herself between the two ruffians still up as Templeton moves into the next room to gain range and shoots. She is now flanking with both Templeton and bear Pip. She hits one of the ruffians twice, nearly taking him out.
The third ruffian tries Templeton's trick and moves over and around the barrels to reach bear Pip. He hits for 4 hp damage to the bear.

If there is space between Templton and closest ruffian then Templton will use steady aim as a Bonus action. If not he will use disengage as a bonus action and retreat abif before shooting:

Feels like that'd finish him off. If so, Mayhew will ask who needs Healing Light. If he's still up, it's the ol' EB for him when Mayhew's turn comes around.
Mayhew will Eldritch Blast the redbrand that struck Templeton. 10 to hit and 9 damage.
As a bonus action, he'll use one die of Healing Light on Templeton, healing 2 hit points.
The Redbrand ruffian dodges Mayhew's Eldritch Blast.

The Redbrand ruffian on Templeton goes down. The next one steps up and takes a swipe at Templeton but misses.

Bear Pip takes out the last ruffian, and Nari ensures he is dead.
Pip, you have about 40 minutes left to stay in your wild shape.
Nari will look around and investigate the bodies for anything useful.
Nari, you find 12 gp, 28 sp, 20 cp, and 11 ep as well as two garnets.
Mayhew will go over to the cistern and pull up the rope, to see if anything other than a bucket is attached to it.
