Korba Cha save: 9 - what DC? This would also count as a sort of 'attack' in my mind, triggering Korba's action
You don't know the DC... but you immediately feel a strange sensation wash over you, hindering your actions. That is enough to trigger Korba's held action... and the unfortunate bandit in front of him is instantly decapitated by the warlock's cursed blade! One of the prisoners, a female elf, lets out cry of horror muffled by the gag tied over her mouth. The other, a male human, looks shocked as well, but he doesn't cry out. Perhaps he is too scared even for that. Several of the bandits also let out various curses or other utterances of anger. The only one who still looks completely unfazed is the death cultist.
Tytus was going to try and untie prisoners while others are busy talking, but as he creeps on the side there is sudden uproar and when he glances about there is a man standing still without a head before he falls to the ground. Tytus is just shocked, but now fight is unavoidable, so he targets by the emotions first. His target will be a cultist. He moves to hide behind abother tree closer to the fray and tries to quietly throw a clay flask of oil at the cultist.
Move 30 feet as per image. Then throw a vial of oil with advantage (from hidden) at the cultist . (1,19+2)=21. for 1+2 dmg (bludgeoning i would assume) and if hit, then cultist is covered in oil for one minute (after one minute it dries)

Hewelathan looks frightened. "How did Firion's people find them here?!", he wonders.
Hewelathan is not sure where his invisible companions are, but he knows that they cannot leave Jodie to get surrounded. As everyone start to move (or vanish!), Hewelathan tries to move closer to get a better view without getting too close to the others. He hopes that if he and his companions remain a little scattered, the cultist won't be able to neutralize them all at once.
Since Rhaenys appears to have run off on her own, Hewelathan follows in that direction to ensure that she doesn't get mobbed by the bandits. As he moves, he draws his moon sickle and begins casting a spell. Hewelathan decides to focus on the cultist, hoping that the bandits will flee if they take her out of the fight. And if she's concentrating on a spell, maybe he can disrupt her concentration. He calls on the elements to conjure a fire right where she stands.
Movement: ~30' to the square 10' east of the bandit who is closest to Rhaenys to force him to run farther around to get to Rhaenys Action: Cast spell Create Bonfire, target the square where the cultist stands, DEX save DC 14 or Damage: 6 fire (+5 from the oil that Tytus threw) Free Action: Drawing moon sickle
"Woah that... that was something..." he says and inmediatly his other voice interjects "Take decisive action against the wicked and evil. There you can protect the innocent for being harm and you'll bring clean death and less suffering to your enemies".. "Still... Flinn says looking at the burning corpses "that didn't seem less suffering to me... and the woods are going to burn.." he says looking around.
"I guess they were just waiting for us " he says to the suspicious about how fast the cultist were there.
Korba, quietly pushes the charred corpse in front of him out of his way and heads over to what remains of the cultist and begins to rifle though the body and burnt clothing, hoping to find some sign that might tell them more of this cult, and what their orders were.
If they are toasted, or at least appear that way, then Tytus next course of action would be to ten to the prisoners. He would approach to stand before them with head facing down, and ask:
- Are you hurt? Who are you, and how did you end up in this situation?
His first instinct was to cut their ropes, but when flames started blazing he saw again his own entrapment and that vision made him proceed with caution even when approaching prisoners.
His next step after hearing answers would be searching the prisoners for weapons or magical focuses.
That is what he would do if no one else interferes.

If any of the trees are burning, Jodie frowns at Hewelathan "Sorry". She starts to play a follow-up tune
Rainy day, dream away Ah, let the sun take a holiday Flowers bathe and I see the children play Lay back and groove on a rainy day
The patchy clouds start to close as a rain shower starts in 10 minutes and continues to torrential downpour in an additional 10 mins until all fires are doused.
It all happens so fast. Rhaenys cannot really see anything, as the path he has followed along the treeline trying to remain hidden and act carefully has prevented him from it, but he clearly hears the first body dropping to the ground and then feels heat of the firestorm that has begun to rain down. Then, only silence.
Calling off the spell he was about to cast, he runs to the center of the camp and then sees the bodies. Oh, if he just could unsee them... It is true this was not the first time he faced death, but not with this brutality and numbers.
A voice interrupts her thoughts:
"Can you imagine that I gave you THAT look?"
- Please, don't joke about this.
"Oh. You're right. That was excessive even for me."
And just as if the staff wanted to show its regret for the poor choice of a joke, it decided to go easy on Rhaenys. The dwarf shape suddenly dissapears to give way to the changeling's true aspect.
Rhaenys doesn't notice, as she is still looking at the bodies in shock. She doesn't even realize that it has started raining, and only when the soft rain turns to a torrential downpur does she seek cover under the nearest tree.
Several crates, two tents, and a couple trees catch fire after Jodie rains fire down upon everything... Fortunately, she quickly begins working on setting things right by conjuring up a massive rainstorm to prevent a forest fire.
Meanwhile, Tytus starts talking to the prisoners and asking them some questions... and quickly realizes that it will probably be easier to question them if he takes their gags off. They are both unarmed and don't have anything on them that looks like it could be used as an arcane focus. It's also worth noting that, though they look like they've had a rough day, they both are well-dressed; it's quite possible that they may be members of the nobility.
Several seemingly random items are still on the table where the cultist left them when she got up to join the fray.
Korba: Go ahead and roll an Investigation check if you want to learn anything from the charred remains of the cultist.

Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?
Tytus was not initially looking at their faces to avoid eye contact, but when no answer were given he glanced up and noticed the gags. He proceeds to remove the gags, and to put up a little performance while repeat the questions and add more.
Tytus tries to act as a crazy person not looking in their eyes moving his head randomly and generally acting like he can't stand in one place for half a second. He wants to make them feel uncertain about what is about to come, especially after what just happend. He wants them to answer the questions out of fear for themselves.

Searching the body, you find a charred metal pendant of some kind which might have been her spellcasting focus... it's hard to tell for sure because of the damage from the fire, but it looks like it was made in the likeness of a dragon. Anything else she had was entirely consumed in the flames.
