You cannot make any sound in the hallway, but in your room things are audible. You walk into Liarin's room and rouse her physically, there is still no sound in this room. The three of you then open the door to Maajid's room.
As you open the door you see a chaotic and confusing scene. 6 men crowd around Maajid as he huddles in fear on his bed, trying to scream but cannot. One of the men with a long scar down the right side of his face looks at Maajid with maniacal joy holding a scimitar in his hand. Misha, from the Temple of Merikka, is also in the room, clearly concentrating on a spell. When she sees the three of you enter she hurriedly taps the man with the scar on the shoulder and points at you. He turns his wolf grin at you at motions to the other men. I'll roll initiative for you again:
I apologize for the crudity of this map. The one i had for this inn was very low res and this would have been more confusing. One thing i didn't mention was that this crew have come into this room by a secret door in the back of it. Just behind Misha

Liarin moves behind Xanrym and casts ice knife (Yay for S/M spells!) at the central goon. Attack: 17 Damage: 2 (piercing) Everyone in the room has to make a Dex save DC 15 or take 9 cold damage.

Incredible. As Scar Face receives a knife of ice straight to his chest, putting him to his knees (but not killing him outright), everyone in the room apart from one bandit up the front cops shards of ice to there bodies. Misha must make a 10 Con Save to see if she keeps concentration: 18
Either way, Liarin can get out of the zone of Silence to call to her companions (I'll assume that if concentration is broken then you just yell from where you are.) Up on the roof Lldryk wakes up to the yells from Liarin below, it will take a full round to make it to the rooms on the second floor. Avery cannot hear the yells from wear he is. I'll roll Lldryk into the initiative order:
The silence falls and the sound of battle can be heard from everywhere around. Misha wipes away the shards of ice and looks at you all with pure malice. "Fools, you would have all been useful servants to her, now you will have to simply serve as her next meal." She casts hold person on Theldrin. DC 12 Wis Save or be Paralyzed.
Lldryk will use this round to get to the rooms with a short sword in either hand. Once I get up to the hallway, "Liarin, where?" Noticing that I cannot hear myself, I look for where the trouble seems to be. I enter the room and attack Misha with each sword. First sword 16 Dam 4, second sword 22 Dam. 7

Theldrin shakes off Misha's spell with a look of grim determination as he takes a deep breath then mutters his incantations and moves his hands in a circular pattern that culminates with his right hand pointing towards the center of the room. (Casts Sleep)
(OOC: @Llydryk, from what @drumdigby said, it sounded like Llydryk has to use his action to dash to have enough movement to join this others this round. Hopefully, you can keep those attack & damage rolls and just use them next round!)
Theldrin's sleep spell comes over the bandits like a cloud pushing them to the floor. First Maajid, closely followed by Scar Face. then two more bandits towards the back of the room.
And yes, Lldryk will not arrive this round, using his Dash to just barely make it into the hallway to see his companions fighting with enemies in close quarters. You can absolutely use those attack rolls next round when you enter the battle. Although if you notice, Misha is up the back of the room next to the secret door. You will need to get past a bunch of bandits to get to her.

Xanrym was expecting to find Maajid asleep in his bed. Or maybe that Maajid was also missing. He definitely wasn't expecting to find Misha with a room full of cultists apparently about to murder Maajid in his bed, and he's initially dumbfounded by the shocking sight. Luckily, Liarin reacts quickly, and the silence of the hallway is broken with Liarin's shouts.
Xanrym doesn't like to use violence before he knows what he's fighting for, but the attempted sacrifice of their employer gives him reason enough to fight. Of course, he's not normally the one on the "front linea" of a fight, and his initial instinct is to retreat. Unfortunately, since neither Theldrin nor Liarin retreated from the doorway, Xanrym realizes that he's the only one preventing the cultists from flowing through and attacking his friends. Thankfully, Theldrin's spell puts half of the cultists to sleep.
Xanrym grits his teeth and resolves to do his best impression of a fighter. He draws his dagger in his left hand and attacks the cultist on his right first. If he kills that cultist, he attacks the one on the other side of the door and remains in the doorway until Lldryk reaches joins them (next round).
(OOC: I'm going to number the squares of the room like a computer number keypad. So, Maajid is on square 1, Scarface is on square 2, Misha is on square 3, etc.)
Movement: None. Remain in front of the door, blocking the cultists from moving through. Action: Attack cultist at #7, Shortsword: 22, Damage: 8 Bonus Action: Attack cultist at #7 or #9 (off-hand), Dagger: 18, Damage: 2 Free Action: Item interaction - drawing dagger
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The shortsword and dagger rip through the cultist's robes and drop him to the ground, shredded. One of the cultists still up wakes the cultist next to him, who awakens and runs up next to his other awake brother, both slashing at Xanrym with their scimitars.

Misha is going to use her action to wake up Scar Face. "Get up Derek you fool! Kill these idiots now, we can't let them get away, they've seen to much." Derek looks at Misha angrily but then turns his attention to you, picking up his scimitar. She will then use her bonus action to cast Healing Word on him: He gets back 3 health.
Theldrin notices Lldryk approaching and decides to make room for him, and to try to get a better view of the room at the same time, stepping 5 feet over behind Xanrym (I'm guessing this will potentially provoke an Attack of Opportunity from the goon in the middle of the doorway).
If the goon's attack hits, Theldrin will cast Shield as a Reaction, and if possible then cast Fire Bolt to shoot a bolt at the goon from his new vantage point behind Xanrym. If the goon doesn't attack or the attack misses then Theldrin will cast Magic Missile targeting either Misha or dispersing the missiles amongst the conscious goons he can see.
If Fire Bolt: Attack: 21 Damage: 6
If Magic Missle: 5

The take half the cold on a success. She then moves 25 ft down the hallway while humming to see where the silence ends.
