Seeing one of the Necrohulks cut down by the berserkers, Xanrym relaxes a little. Spotting Syllen lying on the ground, he casts a spell to revive the elf. Then he tries to summon a fire right where the remaining Necrohulk is standing.
Xanrym calls out to Syllenin Elvish:
(in Elvish) "Awaken, Syllen! Don't let these mushrooms lull you to sleep with their dreams of death and decay!"

Initially dismayed to see the effects of the spore bombs on the rest of the party, and chastising himself for underestimating the Necrohulks, Theldrin is heartened by the sound of the Horn of Valhalla echoing through the mushroom forest. He can't help but let out a cheer as he sees the beserkers swarm around the two Necrohulks, and quickly cutting the more injured one down.
Not wanting to take any chances with another potential spore bomb he continues the attack, aiming a Fire Bolt over the beserker's heads and into the writhing mass of the remaining Necrohulk.
Khessa takes a moment to wink at Avery: "You know? The sound of that horn has just become my favorite tune for life!"
The blonde arcane warrior, however, immediately devotes herself to helping annihilate the last opponent. Since he is already surrounded by berserkers, she sheathes her Greatsword and firmly grasps her Pike, taking advantage of its long range to lunge at the monster without needing to push through the throng of savage warriors intent on tearing him to pieces.
...But the dense crowd of allies still prevents her from hitting the monster effectively. Her high morale, however, makes her feel much better than before!

Aver will see if there is an opening to attack but as the Berserkers are now swarming the remaining beast, he will allow them to finish it off and not get in the way.
The second Necrohulk comes down, it's limbs secreting bright purple sap. As they fell the plant, the Berserkers all turn to Avery, eyes glassy and expectant, waiting for their next order.
The clearing is empty now, and the Berserker's haven't stepped on too many of the mushrooms.
"Well done, boys!" Khessa smiles brightly at the party and the Berserkers. "How about we get those magic hands back to work and gather what we need (maybe even a few more, given how dangerous it is to come looking for them)? Let's hurry, I wouldn't want any more guardians like these to appear!"
The blonde arcane warrior approaches the revived Syllen: "Glad to see you back on your feet, my friend! Indigestible mushrooms, weren't they?" she winks. "Can you walk, or do you need to lean on me?"
Theldrin lets out another cheer as he sees the second Nercrohulk fall, then moves back towards the clearing. He takes Khessa's words to heart and with a quick nod takes control of his Mage Hand again. "Stand ready in case there are more..." he warns grimly as he sends the hand in to pick another mushroom.
Xanrym goes first to Syllen to ensure that he's OK. Then he celebrates and thanks Avery for using his magic horn, adding, "I don't know what we would have done had you not sounded your horn! We couldn't have taken down those fungal monstrosities so fast without these warriors whom you summoned. They remind me of drawings I've seen of ancient warriors from the Thillonrian Peninsula, which is called 'Rhizia' in the Cold Tongue. It is now home to Northern Kingdoms, like those of the Frost Barbarians and the Snow Barbarians." At least that's how the historians in the City of Greyhawk normally refer to those peoples.
After this brief musing on the origins of these berserker spirits, Xanrym hurries to help Theldrin with collecting the mushrooms. He loads a bolt into his crossbow and again hides near the clearing, ready to fire at anything else that attacks.
Hearing Xanrym's words, Syllen opens his eyes to see the creatures being dealt with. His face in the dirt as Khessa walks over Syllen mutters under his breath.
“Well that could have gone better.”
As Syllen gets on his feet he responds to Khessa with a smile.
“I have heard of mushrooms causing someone to pass out but that was a little extreme. I would never reject the offer of aid. Given how difficult that was it might be best to prioritize getting the mushrooms and leaving.”
As Syllen returns to the group he would recommend using his more powerful healing spell(Aura of Vitality: 20d6 of healing) to make sure everyone is at full health unless anyone disagrees.

Hide - Stealth: 19 (advantage from Cloak of Elvenkind)
If nothing else disturbs their collection of the mushrooms, Xanrym offers to put them in his Sack unless Syllen has a better idea.
