Khessa stands 30' from the Drider, her magical Greatsword at the ready: "Go on and roast Mr SpiderDrow, Teldrin... Then I'll charge and slice it for good".
Close enough now, Xanrym moves forward to empty a flask of oil right below the drider. He figures that Theldrin'sFireball will ignite it, causing extra damage. He checks what Syllen plans to do. Xanrym can use Unsettling Words to help ensure Syllen's or Theldrin's spell takes full effect: the other spellcasters just need to make sure that the right one casts his spell first. Then Xanrym moves back, away from from the drider, and behind Avery and Khessa and checks: "Is everyone ready? On my signal, Syllen and Theldrin will start the assault. Then Khessa and Avery can charge, and Coriana and I will let loose our attacks. Just remember that it can use the walls or ceiling to move around us."
Movement: Move up to the drider. Action: Utilize one flask of oil, covering a 5-ft square just beneath the front of the drider in oil. Free Action: Talking, coordinating everyone's "readied" actions to start in round 6.
(OOC: Unless someone has something else that they need to coordinate, we can "start" in round 6, next round. At the start of round 6:
Xanrym and Coriana will ready their cantrips.
Syllen or Theldrin, depending on whose spell needs Xanrym's debuff more, will start.
Then the other one (Theldrin or Syllen) can cast his spell.
Avery and Khessa attack the drider.
Xanrym's and Coriana's readied actions can trigger on Khessa's attack.
That should take us to the start of round 7, and Xanrym and Coriana should get another turn before the drider's turn comes up.
I doubt that we'll finish it off before it can attack, but hopefully this coordinated attack ensures that it only gets one round of attacks, and it won't be able to get away before we kill it.
@werelemur, @JehanO - If Syllen is going to go for Entangle again, I think that we should use the Unsettling Words debuff for that since it will benefit everyone's attacks if the drider is restrained. If not, Xanrym could use the Faerie Fire scroll to try to give everyone's attacks advantage. Or, if that seems like overkill, we can just use the debuff to maximize the damage from Theldrin's Fireball.
“I shall attempt to restrain the creature. If you could assist me that would be much appreciated.”
After Xanrym uses cutting words Syllen will cast Entangle. If the creature fails it has disadvantage on its Dex saves and everyone has advantage on attacks.
Syllen uses Wild Resurgence to get a spell slot back.
Theldrin nods grimly, then focuses on coordinating his attack with Syllen, casting Fireball and using Sculpt Spells to protect anyone who wants to be close to the Drider.
After spreading the oil, Xanrym backs away from the drider, talking to it (in Elvish) in calm, slow tone as he moves.
(In Elvish, imagining him talking like a stage magician/hypnotist) "Pay attention to the sound of my voice. You can hear only my voice. Your legs are heavy and slow. When you awake, you will find it difficult to move quickly."
Once Xanrym has moved back behind Avery and Khessa, he says, "Everyone ready?" Then he raises his crossbow to aim at the drider and readies True Strike.
Movement: Move 30-ft back away from the drider. Bonus Action: Use Unsettling Words against the drider. The drider must subtract 5 from the next saving throw it makes before the start of Xanrym's next turn. That should make it's initial saving throw vs. Syllen's Entangle a DC 20 STR save. Action: Ready the spell True Strike with Attack drider #2, Crossbow, Light (80/320): 19, Damage: 8 (piercing) + 11 (radiant) = 19 (total) Trigger: just after Theldrin's Fireball goes off Free Action: Talking. Equip crossbow.

(OOC: @drumdigby -
I've updated where Xanrym will be on the map at the end of his turn on round 6.
The Unsettling Words and Entangle saving throw DC (above) are correct.
There are problems with his attack roll. The D&DB tooltip isn't showing me the individual rolls. I assumed advantage on the attack above, but if the Drider was not restrained by Entangle, I'll just make a separate attack roll here, ensuring that it's not higher than a 19 since that's what I rolled above with advantage. Whether Xanrym had advantage or not, there's also an error in my damage roll macro above, so I'll also reroll the damage here.
Adjustments for Xanrym's action in round 6: Attack: only if the Drider is not restrained: 16 Damage: whether or not the Drider is restrained: 8 (piercing) + 9 (radiant) = 17 total.
(OOC: @Aaggie, @Painted_Beyond - Assuming that nothing interrupted us, we're up to round 6 and ready for Avery and Khessa to attack drider #2. It's down the hall a bit, so I think we have to assume that they were both moving into position starting in round 5.)
As soon as the spells have run their course and the flames from Theldrin's blast of magical fire have died down, Khessa charges straight at the Drider.
The blonde arcane warrior is still Blurry, since nothing has broken her concentration, but the mighty Greatsword she wields in both hands is clearly visible and menacing...
...And, as soon as the distance allows, the massive blade comes down in a powerful slash, propelled by the tall adventuress's weight and run-up.
"I could start the attack by hitting it with a Fireball," Theldrin muses. "These things seem pretty tough."
"I won't take first shot but I'll be aiming until the right time," says Coriana, the words to an Eldritch Blast on her lips.
Action: Ready an Eldritch Blast to fire on the drider as soon as another party member damages it.
