The Sahuagin Baron jumps backward into the ocean, clearly terrified of Xanrym's Whispers. (Pretty sure that means Khessa and Avery can make Opportunity Attacks.) Wolgar will definately take the Opportunity Attack:..
Khessa curses, as her Pike misses yet another time, and thinks t herself: 'I really still have to get used to the rolling of the ship... I'm used to fighting on ground that doesn't move under your feet at the best moment, damn it!'
Hoping to get used to the situation soon, the blonde arcane warrior descends the stairs of the Quarterdeck just enough to be able to strike, from top to bottom, the Sahuagin who is fighting with Wolgar and the dwarf of the crew.
Since the Sahuagin is of Medium size, on a hit she pushes him 10' straight away from herself, overboard!
[[ OOC: So... 5. 5 rolls in a row getting a result < 11. Let's go on and see how much dice gods hate me... ]]
Once again, the tall adventuress is forced by an unexpected roll to correct her balance - and the menacing tip of the long weapon hit nothing but thin (and salty) air.
'Focus, Khessa...' the blonde arcane warrior struggles to keep calm 'Focus...'

Xanrym: Round 3
As Khessa passes Xanrym on the stairs, he tries to inspire Khessa, "Never doubt! Your mighty pike will hit its mark!"
Xanrym finishes mounting the steps to the quarterdeck. Taking advantage of the Druid of the Deep's situation (being both caught Theldrin's web and glowing from Syllen's spell), he turns, raises his crossbow, and uses True Strike to fire a bolt at the Sahuagin Druid. Then he makes his way to the railing at the stern of the quarterdeck where Sahuagin Baron leaped back into the sea. Still worried about that large fiend, Xanrym glances over the edge to see whether the baron is already starting to climb back up there.
If Xanrym can see the Sahuagin Baron, he shouts a warning to Syllen and Khessa.
Movement: Move 25 ft to the stern of the quarterdeck. Action: Cast a spell True Strike with Attack the Druid of the Deep, Crossbow, Light (80/320): 20, Damage: 11 (radiant) (Advantage because of the Guiding Bolt and because the Druid is [condition]restrained/condition].) Bonus Action: Grant bardic inspiration to Khessa. Once within the next 1 hour when Khessa fails a D20 Test, she can roll a 1d6 and add the number rolled to the d20, possibly turning into a success. Free Action: Talking. Looking over the back of the ship for the Sahuagin Baron.

(It's a little unclear on the map, but I think there is only one set of stairs. So the stairs that Xanrym are on are actually the ones next to the Dwarf. I've tried to make it clearer on the next map. But with Khessa's Pike and Xanrym being technically above and out of melee with the Sahuagin, all your actions should be possible.)
Sahuagin 5 goes down from the combined attack of Coriana and her tentacles. Sahuagin 1 DC 14 CON Save against Thunderwave : 19
Sahuagin 3 goes down under Avery's assault. Xanrym's bolt sinks into the Druid's arm, and when Xanrym looks over the deck of the ship, he sees no sign of the Baron.

At that moment, you hear and almighty splash and roar. The Sahuagin Baron leaping out of the water and jumping onto the deck of the boat, right next to Wolgar. You see now that the blood from his scars sizzle with greenish ichor. Two of his Trident attacks are aimed at the old Dwarf, and one at Theldrin:
Trident 1 against Wolgar Attack: 15 Damage: 11 Piercing
Trident 2 against Wolgar Attack: 8 Damage: 12 Piercing
Trident 3 against Theldrin Attack: 21 Damage: 12 Piercing
Syllen is up. Two Sahuagin have been taken down, but the Baron has just leaped back aboard the ship. He's roaring bloodthirsty commands at his minions.
Dwarf 1 falls back dying, and Sahuagin 1 invades the deck, slithering up to Theldrin on the Ballista looking to attack and end his Concentration.
Group 5 and Group 1 are up. The Sahuagin have started to invade the ship. You also know that you haven't seen the last of the Sahuagin Baron.
(I'll put up a Battle Map in a little bit)
Coriana draws her tentacle closer to her and tries coordinating attack with it.

Avery continues his attack: attack 24, damage 11
(OOC: Don't forget that Avery also had the option to make an opportunity attack on the Sahuagin Baron on the baron's turn.)
(OOC: Not sure, but 18 could be a hit.)

Xanrym's words go straight to Khessa's heart - she feels them become somehow part of her indomitable soul...
"You bet!" the blonde arcane warrior smiles at the bard, showing perhaps even more confidence than at the beginning of the battle.

I should also note that the Forecastle is still covered in Web , anyone entering would be subject to that spell
