(OOC: I'm pretty sure that Liarin is down. Her sheet shows 15 HP, and then she took 1 from the caltrop, and 14 from the monk's two attacks. I'm going to assume that's correct so that I can post Xanrym's action first and hopefully get Liarin back up so that she can move out of the caltrops / oil this round.)
Xanrym says, "Call out if you need help, Avery." Then he moves past Theldrin to step into the hall, expecting to see Liarin or maybe a dire wolf, blocking the hallway. Instead, he sees her unconscious and lying on the ground where his illusion conceals the oil and the caltrops. He casts healing word to revive her, twinning the spell to heal Theldrin, too. He tells Theldrin (in Elvish), "Be ready with that fire as soon as the monk steps through the door." Finally, he raises his crossbow and fires at the monk just beyond Liarin, hoping to buy her some time to get out of the doorway.
Movement: Move past Theldrin and into the hallway, just north of the "middle" secret door from room 15. Action: Attack monk who is closest to Liarin, Crossbow, Light (80/320): 12, Damage: 11 Bonus Action: Cast spell (LVL 1 slot) Healing Word, Healing Liarin: 6 (That should also remove the penalty to movement from the caltrops.) Twinned spell: Healing Theldrin: 4 Free Action: Talking. Reloading crossbow.
"Ready," Theldrin replies in Elvish as he readies his Fire Bolt. He watches Liarin with concern hoping she will be able to make it out of the caltrop area.

Liarin revives and moves west out of the caltrops. Realizing she is in real danger from dropping again, she casts ice knife with the last of her powerful magics, the shifts into the form of a brown bear to defend herself.
Move: west out of the caltrops. Action: Ice Knife - on whomever is most central in the enemies - Attack: 8 Damage: 9 piercing - 7 cold Dex 15 Bonus: brown bear wild shape

As soon as Theldrin sees the monk reach the center of the area with the caltrops he aims a Fire Bolt at the floor where the oil was poured. He then retreats into Room 15 towards the other side of the long table.
(OOC: not sure if I need an attack roll to hit but here it is if needed)
Oh yeah i forgot about the oil. We'll probably say that the firebolt hits and the oil ignites. The monk standing in that spot not even letting out a yell as he burns to death.
Liarin, Xanrym, and Avery to go. One monk left standing, behind the newly made bonfire.
Xanrym shouts, "Avery! Just one cultist left! Open the door; finish him off!"
(OOC: I'll post Xanrym's action for this round once we resolve the questions that I posted to the OOC thread, and I know how much damage Xanrym actually took from the monks.)

So Xanrym will have suffered all three attacks from the monks.
(OOC: Bummer!)
Xanrym ended up a little closer to Liarin than he intended in an effort to heal her, forcing her to retreat behind him to get out of the way of the cult-corrupted monk. The monk steps through the door and punches Xanrym squarely in the face, sending him reeling back. Fortunately, the monk stepped on one of the concealed caltrops as he attempts to follow up with a kick, causing him to miss badly. Theldrin manages to light the oil, burning the monk to death, but not before the monk in the adjoining room hurls a dart at Xanrym.
Xanrym is still so disoriented by the first monk's punch that he isn't able to dodge out of the way of the dart, which sinks deep into his side in a spot not well-covered by his armor. He gasps, shouts out to Avery since he knows that none of them will be able to get to the monk in the adjoining room until the oil burns out. Then he stumbles back past Theldrin into room 15, where the goblins were. He just manages to make it to the table before sinking into one of the seats. He sets his crossbow on the table and says, half proudly, half ruefully, "Well, that almost worked as planned." As he reaches a shaky hand into one of his pouches, he asks, "Is that it? Are there any more coming? Or in that torture chamber?" He clutches a potion of healing in his hand.
Movement: 30' to the table in room 15 Action: Ready action to drink the potion of healing if anything else attacks them next round. Free Action: Talking. Item interaction: taking out a potion.
(OOC: Xanrym is at 2 HP, but he does not drink the potion yet. If there are more enemies who pose an immediate danger, he will do that next round. Otherwise, he wonders whether he should just try to bandage his wounds (short rest) before they move on now that they're all out of spell slots. Then he could save the potion in case something else knocks one of them out before they get out of this temple.)
"Looks clear so far," Theldrin says with a grim smile as he surveys the situation. "But who knows what may be next...." He lets out a sigh as he puts both hands on the table and bows his head, taking a moment to compose himself. Soon he looks up, then adds, "This place is really starting to take a toll on us."

None of them make it. Jocelyn in particular had a had time with the fire. Her robes caught on fire and burnt her severely.

All good Liarin, you can keep your wild shape. So Xanrym will have suffered all three attacks from the monks.
Avery's sword hacks into the monk. He goes down, no sound, but as he falls the green flickers out of his eyes. They return to normal.
They're all down.
